This is a great place to stay and very close to the Gatlinburg Parkway (the main street) and the entrance to Anakeesta ~ 7 mins walk. The property seemed very new and clean. The lounge area is quite large and has an awesome view outside of the the city, forests and mountains beyond. The room was modern, clean and had a great view. Bathroom was clean and modern. Overall a great property. The Starbucks within the property is open till around noon. If they can keep it open till the evening that'll be great.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but we hope housekeeping standards improve.

The hotel is modern and had a great atmosphere. The area that could use improvement is the cleanliness. When we arrived, there was a napkin ad crumbs on the window sill, and a small piece of trash near the bed. After housekeeping cleaned our room the next day the same piece of trash was still there, which made it it seem like the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. We also noticed the elevator, the restaurant menu was posted and it had an oily or greasy appearance.

Stunning new hotel in Gatlinburg. Elevated experience for those of us not travelling with kids. Hotel staff was great with one slight exception. Wait/Bar staff were awesome once they noticed you were there, but several times walked in to empty restaurant and had to wait to be greeted. Not a huge deal, but I expected better. All amentities were fabuous. I'll go again!

Myself and my family had an amazing time at this hotel. The decor was fantastic. We couldn’t stop talking about how detailed it was and the amazing zenology products that were available for the guests to use in the room. All the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and nice everyday we were there. The food at the restaurant was great and we visited every day. The pool and rest area were amazing with the little pool bar area and the miniature golf area . The view was beautiful.Everything was great!!

For the most part the hotel was great. The pool was awesome, bartender was more interested in his cell phone than his willing paying customers. The restaurant menu was not impressive at all. Was looking for more traditional finger foods for a pool/bar scene. Bar tenders were very slow. The workout room was clean. The room was nice …. Other than hot water in the shower did not happen even after calling for assistance. Ice machines did not work. When it’s 100 degrees out people like ice.

Everything was wonderful. We literally had a sound proof room. And the blinds completely darkened the room. The pool was great. The breakfast at the restaurant had amazing food and view of Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel wasn't full of kids. Plenty of parking. Definitely a prime location close to everything. This was the first time for my wife. We were on our 3rd anniversary of our first date.

The property has a great location, is well maintained, and has friendly staff. Beds were super comfy and room felt clean and airy. Food on property was okay - good options very good drinks…what I didn’t appreciate was not being able to access the rooftop after 11pm and not having any late night food options. The pool area downstairs was nice but did not have a bartender on staff during the day which was disappointing - Other than that it was a great experience.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the high rates on cleanliness. The hotel was built in 2025. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is rated best for couples but there were lots of families during our stay. There is a microwave in the hallway where the ice machine is located in a room. The room key card gives ONLY guest access to the floors where the guest are staying (2-5) which is a GREAT security system.
There is some covered parking available. There are 3 washers and 2 dryers on the first floor for a fee of $3.25 paid with an app, which is convenient.
The pool is on the first floor. There is a restaurant on the 6th floor. The restaurant needs much improvement in consistency with the food. The servers are nice. The hotel gives a $40 credit to use at the restaurant and/or bar.
We went our first night and waited 40 minutes for our dinner that came out cold. The manager was very apologetic and gave us $40 credit more as compensation for how late it was and the cold dinner. We needed up eating Dominos in our room. We decided to use the credits for breakfast which was a little better experience but they lack in the consistency of the food. It all depended on the cook. So, don’t go expecting anything amazing. I hope they are able to work things out better because the decor is beautiful.
The hotel sticks out in Gatlinburg as a gem!
Oh! And the coffee in the room is superb!
Also, Blue Moose restaurant is a good alternative.

The vibe is this hotel was just right. The perfect escape from the busy streets of Gatlinburg. Quiet, calm, and welcoming. We swam in the infinity pool and ate at the restaurant multiple times. Beautiful views. Great food. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the covered parking underneath the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is new and gorgeous. The room was great , very clean , the beds were comfortable and the couch was perfect for another bed . The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing view and you could use it late into the evening. The only downside was that the pool bar and some amenities weren’t available during the week and then one day they had no food or bar service at all :( overall a great stay

The hotel’s location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance, so we never had to worry about parking while visiting the attractions.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. One thing to note is that while the hotel advertises EV charging, it doesn’t mention that the chargers are Tesla-only, which was disappointing for non-Tesla owners.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the property. Room service was slow, and when we brought it up, the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic or eager to help. The pool was also not heated as advertised on the website.

We also dined at the hotel restaurant. The food was fairly basic, and it was clear they were understaffed, which affected both the service and overall dining experience.

What a helpful staff. The front desk helped book my wife and I a room on short notice very late at night. We left a rental property behind and cancelled our booking there due to many unpleasant issues with the property. We started our vacation out with the stress of all that and needing somewhere to simply sleep, we found this gem of a hotel. The gentleman at the front desk understood our situation and worked with us to help get us a stay there. I’ve stayed at several places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this is by far my favorite. Reasonably priced for the location and the looks of the place. THE SHOWER. My wife and I fell in love with the shower because of the rain shower head and great water pressure, it was amazing. It was definitely a much needed save from the bad start our vacation got off to. We will likely be staying here from now on every time we visit Gatlinburg. Love this place!

Nice, clean new property located on the side of a hill with beautiful views in n the town-facing side. Helpful front-desk staff but avoid the restaurant at all costs. Horrible service (bartender acted somewhat annoyed we were there, salad course served at the same time as entree, wait staff eating in the dining room while continuing to serve customers) and food was definitely not worth the cost. Parking is great, I love the ability to park under the building out of the elements. Didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice.

Our room was clean and housekeeping made the bed and traded out towels, much appreciated.
The Starbucks coffee stand's hours were 7am -12noon, the coffee tasted very weak.
This is the worst part: The pool had algae in most all areas, and the water was cloudy. I reported this the evening we arrived, with the assurance that it was going to be looked into. Nothing. I mentioned it again the next day. Two days later an office staff person was in the pool sweeping the algae (not vacuuming) while clients were present, and indicated that the other staff had noticed the algae problem too. It was very clear that there is no pool maintenance company taking care of things, and no desire to improve the situation.
As we were checking out of the hotel I asked to speak to the manager. He/she wasn't there yet so I left my number to call me. I have called the hotel 3 separate days and no one is answering the phone.

We purchased breakfast with the reservation and were able to eat at the restaurant each morning at no additional cost. The room had great design, nice lighting and a great view. Hotel was wonderful! Very nice and clean, higher end feeling but still trendy and cool, close to everything, nice pool and roof top outdoor bar/lounge area,. Price seems a little high at first but after comparing other hotels around the area and those hotels charging a fee for everything and factoring in your time to drive 20 - 30 miles away from the strip including traffic, the slightly higher price to stay at the Indigo greatly makes up for someone that values their time. Tip: Ask for complementary breakfast (includes a drink at the bar) and parking.

A great location if you plan to walk from one end to the other of the main strip in Gatlinburg. Pool is nice. Rooms are great and the expresso/latte machine hooked me. The latte creamer they have made it so much better for me.

Great staff, even at the restaurant. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. They even have laundry for those that may require it and we did on our long road trip. Two washers and two dryers with an app you use to pay per use.

A great stay overall.

Perfect for those who want the amazing Smoky Mountain views with modern, updated accommodations. A rustic stay isn't my cup of tea so I was beyond happy with my stay here. The hotel staff were courteous, the room and view were beautiful, and the location was just at the end of main street so a lot of attractions/stores/entertainment were in close proximity and quite walkable. Highly reco this property and I'll look for other IHG properties in future.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It’s just far enough from the gatlinburg downtown strip that you feel like you’re still in nature. If you’re like us coming to explore the national park and not the “Vegas Vibes” then I strongly recommend this hotel. The people who work the front desk were incredible and took amazing care of us! There’s laundry on site (the front shop sells detergent), the gym was great and the pool was a nice evening activity. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit GSM again!
