Pools were closed. Jets in tube didn't work. TV is way too small for the big room. Toilet too low to the ground. Water pressure was low. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice.

Room was nice, you can tell they've been updated. Aside from minor things, we enjoyed our stay. Disappointed with the \"heated indoor pool\" as it was absolutely not heated. The water was freezing. Spa wasn't working either. No drink machine on site anywhere.

The staff was pretty rude when we first arrived. The way the buildings are set up is confusing. The room was dark, bathroom wasn't clean and the shower head was clogged and the water dripped. The indoor pool was cloudy, hot tub didn't have water. The continental breakfast is served in a small room off the lobby. The coffee in the lobby is more water than coffee. The microwave was small and old, the mini fridge was also old. The TV was also small. Two of the three elevators shake. The covered walkway top had a large hole in it. Staff must all be new as they didn't know where anything is. There's zero drink vending machines only one ice machine. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The staff did ensure that we had new towels daily.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 5. We did the jacuzzi suite with balcony. I will say it is very dated with no bells an whistles. As a family with young children, I didn't like that there was no fire spickets, inside of the room on the ceiling, there's just a note on the inside of the door for an exit route/strategy should there be a fire. I also didn't like in the 2nd bedroom there's no windows and the locks lock from the outside of that door. Kind of odd. In today's world, that makes me nervous. Won't stay there again because I felt that kinda creepy.

Save your money.The location isn’t worth it.1 pull out mattress was so filthy that it was nearly all yellow.The second pull out had put a twin size ‘jail cot’ on a full frame.I’m usually pretty forgiving,but this was the stay from hell.AC didn’t work in the suite. Mgmt was terrible.Didn’t care.Said all of us could use one room or not have AC.We had 2 families. We slept with babies in the truck because it was so hot.Told us they had no fans either. The tv was removed from the bedroom. The first person we spoke with said it must have been stolen. Found out later mgmt took it for another room and didn’t replace it. When we asked they told us we only need one tv! It’s a suite with a bedroom!!!! Half clean rooms. Stains. Holes. Old, stale ‘breakfast’.Rude DESK staff with the exception of the first night. She felt so bad about the mgmt response she let us borrow her PERSONAL fan from her room to at least keep the rest of us semi-cool until morning. They moved us for the second night to a regular double king. Tub didn’t work, plus TERRIBLE water pressure. Cherry on top, we only booked for the indoor pool.Closed!This was a staple as the LeConte, the new owners are horrible and I wouldn’t stay again if it was free. I did send a complaint to Wyndham as well as I don’t think they would like their name attached to such a $£!¥ hole. In the end, after everything, owner said she would give us $50,take it or leave it.
Most staff won’t stay long either. HK & maint mgrs were both amazing!

Place was TERRIBLE. I was traveling from Memphis to there. 6hr and 45min. Called all day to talk about a late check in no answer. Got there and ask about the phone lady said she didn't know anything about the phone not being answered. Room B136 was horrible. Carpet was dirty. Plaster hanging off the walls. Traces of mold. Me and my family had 2 nights planned there. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning. I just took a loss on the money. Shower was terrible as well. Water temperature was either boiling hot or ice ice cold. Kept shoes on the whole night refused to walk on that nasty carpet. DO NOT STAY THERE

The room we stayed in had been recently renovated and I think they did a great job with it. It was a very cute space. The cleanliness was about average or maybe slightly below. The room felt cleaned but there was a ton of hair on the shower drain as if they sprayed and rinsed the shower but did not wipe it out. The parking and location are fantastic. Right in the middle of everything. I was extremely disappointed to find the hot tub was closed though. I specifically booked this hotel so we could enjoy a nice evening sitting in the hot tub after our long motorcycle ride. But such is life. I would stay here again though I think the price may be a tad high for the rooms themselves, you are paying for the central location and not having to pay to park while you're there.

No amount of wallpapaer and fresh paint could make me want to stay here again. Upon entering our room it smelled like urine, although everthing was clean. The a/c did not work in the room & windows could not be opened. The hot water took about 10-15 minutes before actually getting hot. My kids used the indoor pool quite a bit, the hottub was out of service, duct taped and no water in it. The pool area rarely had any towels, maybe 1 or 2 at a time. Two of my kids cut their feet on the bottom of the pool due to broken tiles, these were deep cuts that caused bleeding! Although this place was pet friendly there isnt any grass area for pets. Breakfast was meh....it was food. Hard boiled eggs, sausages, a few pancakes if they werent out, some yogurts and various breads. The seating area is very small. A small but annoying thing; the tv was outdated with cable, coloring & sound was awful. Front desk staff was mostly unfriendly. The stay was just unpleastent, yes it is on the main strip but I would gladly pay more for a higher quality stay next time. If you just want a place to lay your head, this is it. If you want to enjoy your stay, this is not the place.

Our room had no handsoap. We asked the front desk twice, they said they would send some up. We never got any. The carpets were terribly stained. The shower is hard to make a comfortable temperature and gets scolding hot.
At breakfast there aren't many options. By 8:30 they had no milk for the cereal, the biscuits were awful, they were out of most of the muffins and nothing got restocked.
The hot tub was out of order and appeared to be indefinitely. The pool was fine.

I booked this hotel specifically becauase it had a wheelchair accessible room. I called 2 days before check-in to confirm we for sure would have that specific type of room. They confirmed we did. I even did the pre-check in and made note that we needed a handicap room. They end up giving it away anyway. After driving nearly 8 hours, we arrived right at check-in time too. The person checking me in ended up laughing and giggling about it to whoever she was talking to on the phone and her fellow staff members. I was livid, but respectful expressing all that I went through to ensure I had this kind of room. When another staff member walked in she even said, \"Welcome to Hell!\". While waiting there for them to hopefully rectify the situation, other customers were complaining that they did not get the room they paid for. One woman waited 30 minutes just to get a 2nd room key. We ended up taking a room they had available, but was not wheelchair accessible. That meant no bathroom accessiblity. On another note, the breakfast area had only 3 tables, not enough parking for everyone, cracked walls, ceilings, stained carpet, stained tub and very noisy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pro: Location! Hotel is located on the strip and everything is within walking distance. 1 BDRM (2) Queen Beds suite is spacious.

Cons: 1: Staff not knowledgable of hotel. After check in, we noticed the room were missing things. No ironing board, hair dryer, cups and only 2 towels. My wife went to the office and inquired. Reception gave her additional towels and told her someone will be up to bring the hair dryer (no one ever came). Following morning she inquired again and the lady at the front desk told her that hair dryers were not part of the amenities! My wife then looks up the hotel info and see's hair dryer is indeed part of the amenities so she goes back to office and tells them that we are still missing cups, ironing board and a hair dryer. Eventually they brought everything up. 2. Going down to breakfast on our 2nd day and coffee didn't seem to look right and notice the refill light is on. I asked about the coffee if needs refilled and lady said, they do not know anything about the coffee and that someone else comes and service the coffee. So we left and went to Starbucks! Also the breakfast is below average and breakfast area is small. 3. Indoor pool is NOT HEATED! It was freezing and hot tub not working! 4. No TV in the bedroom, appears someone took it off. 5. The cabinet door hits the light when its opened!

Summary: Hotel has so much potential! With proper cleaning, and having the right employees who cares about their job, this hotel could be a gem!

Cons: both pools were very cold, hot tub was drained, carpet was very stained, continental breakfast was boiled eggs and sliced bread, no cleaning service was provided, we had to take out our own trash, get toilet paper and a trash liner from the lobby. The lobby employee couldn’t answer any questions about the pool being locked during the day.

Breakfast was non existent; rock solid bakery items and no toaster access along with cold coffee. Staff are useless when you tell them about an issue; they do nothing to try to make something work/right. Outdoor pool was freezing so we tried to go to the indoor pool but it was also not heated, and the hot tub was empty with the grids at the bottom of the tub duct taped.

The girl at the front desk did not have a clue on how to check people in. I requested a handicap accessible room when I did my reservation. We did not get a handicap accessible room even though she told me she would find us one. On my second day, my room key did not work. I stood in line at the desk while she tried to check other people in for a long time she had no clue on how to find people’s reservations. The breakfast was cold on the first morning and on the second morning the little muffins were not filled. Our TV did not work, but the maintenance man gave us a new one.

The room was missing a TV in the bedroom, carpet and couches stained, no outlets in the bathroom, extremely noisy from the street, the breakfast wasn't enough to feed the guests, staff was very unorganized and seemed like they had no clue what to do. I called the desk before going to the pool to see if the hot tub was open and they told me it was but when I got down there it was 100% empty and closed for maintenance. The pool was cold and slimy in the bottom.
After checkout I get a call from the hotel telling me they forgot to get my card info and demanded a payment. I told them I reserved through Hotels.com and they said their system was down and demanded a receipt. I got texts and emails from them for the next 2 days demanding a receipt and I had sent it within minutes of the first request.

Never ever going back here.

It was meh. Check in was rough, they ended up switching our room because ours still wasn’t ready at almost 4 pm. Our building entrance literally did not have a door so security is a concern. It was quick trip so it was ok for what it was but we were glad to be leaving and not staying another night.

The pet rooms have carpet and you could see urine stains in multiple places. Sadly this was the worse night of sleep we have ever had in a hotel. Room was very stuffy and we woke up very congested. I believe this was due to the old carpet that has been soiled on who knows how many times. Great location on the strip but will never stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for walking the strip. The room was spacious and they were accommodating to my request for a roll out bed. The pool was nice, could be better lit at night time though. Breakfast was pretty small for a hotel with so many rooms, so it got crowded at times. The shower gets pretty hot and is tricky to get to a good temperature. The staff was pleasant and we'd definitely stay here again.

One good thing- the indoor pool for the kids. However propertywise, the showers were barely functional, dripping low pressure and barely warm. To choose from at the included breakfast was an empty container, a container of several hard boiled eggs floating in water, and a container of reheated old tasting sausages. It was VERY low effort, no one attending to it. Upon checkin- I cancelled for that following night in advance as needed AT checkin, was assured it was no problem by the desk worker, as I had originally booked 2 nights. The next morning at check out the manager came over from her office to tell me that I would still be charged. Also that Expedia had not communicated with them as I had been told they would. Basically I was accused of not handling it correctly or lying. I had let the worker at the front desk know upon check in, and ALSO the third party site THAT DAY, who assured me it would be cancelled. But upon telling her the morning of checkout she interrupted me speaking saying \"if you will listen\" loudly like I was a scolded child, talking over me. I was being polite up until that point, thought it wasn't worth dealing with such a person we will just unfortunately leave a bad review and never stay there again, making sure we tell everyone we know who also vacations in that area to avoid this property at all costs.

I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent stay. We specifically selected a pet-friendly room not because we were traveling with pets, but because when we asked about the difference, we were informed that the pet-friendly rooms did not have carpet. Ironically, the regular carpeted rooms were actually cheaper than the pet-friendly option we booked. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room we were assigned did have carpet and did not resemble the photos shown online.
Upon entering, the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was also not what we expected. The bathtub appeared very worn and in need of repairs, rather than updated as the photos suggested.
We did not request a room change because we were traveling with a group attending an event that weekend, and the hotel was completely full, with our entire group staying there.
Last night we turned on the air conditioning for the first time because the room was warm. The unit did not seem to function properly and appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. Shortly after turning it on, we began experiencing sore throats, sneezing, and discomfort. By around 1 a.m. we turned it off, but we still could not sleep. At 3 a.m. we decided to leave the hotel, especially because we had two minors with us and did not want them to get sick.
We travel to this area every year around the same time, and this was our first time trying this hotel, so it was very disappointing for our family. Unfortunately, we are cur

The room was clean when we arrived. We were given a sheet with instructions/tips but it wasn’t very clear. We had a misunderstanding with trying to get housekeeping to come. We realized that putting out the door sign that said “maid service needed” was treated as a DND sign. The breakfast seemed to dwindle as the week went on.
The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to many great things and check in/out was easy. Overall, we had a good time.

I want to be upfront about this, for the people that do nothing but sleep in the hotel like my wife and I do, this place will be just fine. We would stay here again because of how cheap it was. But that is all I can recommend doing.

Other pros:
- The hotel is pretty central to town, so that was nice when we wanted to walk around.
- Staff is friendly
- The fridge worked
- Bed was pretty comfortable

Cons:
- We requested room service with both the door tag and at the front desk, and never got it.
- The shower leaked badly, regardless of how the curtain was pulled (seemed like it was coming from the tub wall)
- The ceiling in the shower was peeling
- The ceiling in the room was peeling and looked like the roof leaked
- The AC barely got cold on the few days we needed it (we stayed in march when there were a few 70+ degree days)
- The indoor pool was kinda gross, it looked nothing like the photos
- The room in the TV wouldn't work
- Ventilation was a small issue, the couple that stayed in the room next to us were smokers and any time they were outside, you could smell it in our room

If you are someone that likes cold rooms, clean showers, a TV to put you to sleep, daily room service, this might not be the place to stay.

My wife and I had a great time in town, literally only slept and showered in the room, and would stay here again for the price if we wanted a cheaper trip. But I did expect a little bit of a nicer place.

We liked our room, the bathroom was clean, no water stains and shower worked well. Clean towels, plenty of Dove shampoo, body wash and conditioner and body lotion, hair dryer, microwave and frig all worked. The only and very inconvenient problem was the TV!!! We couldn't get the cable to work, after the maintenance guy fixed it, we couldn't get it back, he mentioned the channels would not save in the memory. No batteries? Broken smart TV? Also the remote was hard to operate too.
The breakfast was terrible. By 9am , ran out of boiled eggs the first day we stayed, the next day, ran out of sausages when breakfast was offered until 10a.
No replenish!! There were no fruits, no waffles, no pancakes, just 1 boiled egg left, bagels/toast, corn flakes, 1 yogurt and orange juice and coffee.
The indoor pool was also closed.

WiFi wouldn’t work, so no tv or phone use, Indoor pool and hot tub do not work but we’re told we could drive to a Holiday Inn to swim. When we asked when the pool or WiFi would be fixed the front desk told us they weren’t maintenance so it wasn’t there issue and they don’t know. I stayed one night and that was because the lady at the front desk would not check us out and told us to wait for a manager to be on site the next afternoon. Terrible experience after a 5.5 car ride here and a 4 year old who just wanted to swim and wind down for the evening.

Our room was all the way back by the dumpsters. A truck came to empty the dumpsters every morning around 3am. It was a startling noise that jolted us out of bed from a dead sleep. Also there was mold on the bathroom wall and a used, nasty dirty wash rag in the bathroom. So gross!

The staff were great. The room not so much. Less than 10 minutes there my socks were black on the bottom. Bring your house shoes. They did not service our room every day like their paper said that they gave us on check in. And the last night we were there ants invaded the bathroom.

Well we called and got told multiple different things about the pool amenities. Kept being told it would be ready the next day. Was very important for our daughter so we were bummed. Rooms were basically clean. Wouldn’t say the cleanest but good enough. The breakfast was also lacking. The stay wasn’t bad but could be better for a hotel in gatlinburg.

The room was great. Only two complaints... no hot water at bathroom sink, bathtub unknown did not use. Outside noise from trucks and loud motorcycle no fault to the hotel. Staff was wonderful.
