We liked everything about this property! 2 pools was a great idea. Family area with one pool and the other pool was good for people traveling without children. The family area with fire pit and grill was nice. Our room was big open and very inviting. The bathroom was beautiful with hot water as soon as we turned it on. The bathroom was modern and everything was clean. We will stay here here again. The only thing not very many chairs in room for rainy days.

Everything was tremendous we’ve stayed there years before and it’s just as good if not better than it was then.
Ladonna
We love staying here!
Michael
Hotel was great our room was right across from the bonfire and the staff was great, have no complaints and location was amazing!
gangadhar
Toilets were not cleaned and was in a horrible situation when we entered. Hadsoap, shampoo, body wash were all empty in the room. Lighting in the room was not that great. Overall experience was terrible.
Abhishek
Clean and spacioud room with super friendly staff. Breakfast was well served but the breakfast area can become crowdy at peak hours
Krysten
I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here!
Richard
Clean large room. Comfortable beds. A bit dated. Shower water pressure low. Bathroom light shorted out.
One elevator. Pools small but clean and cool. Great location for walking to the main strip.

Clean room, comfy beds, great location
Surya
Best value for money. Great breakfast options. Parking is fine. Very close to the downtown.
Pamela
This property was exactly what I was looking for…. For me, it was all about the location. It was off the busy main road, but yet only took a minute or two to walk to the action. Even though it was so close to all attractions, it was still quiet in our room and even outside on the rocking chairs. The rooms were also clean and property was well-maintained.
George
The hotel is perfectly situated right off the main drag with walking access to every where we went. It has a nice little pool for adults and a separate pool for the kiddies and a cool fire pit for evenings, and parking onsite.

Location is excellent
Breakfast is really bad and a joke, same stuff every single day, it should not be advertised as a hotel with breakfast
Cleaning is limited, they didn’t change beds or vacuumed

Best stay we have had in the Piegon Forge/Gatlinburg area! One of the cleanest rooms we’ve had. Only con was the breakfast. Good variety, just not enough food to feed everyone that was coming down for breakfast. The guy refilling was great, but if he had some help to keep up with the demand it would’ve been even better. Shotgun style rooms make you feel like you’re staying in a condo, but with hotel pricing. Pools were great as well!
Sebastian
Room was super clean and pool was so fun! Was a nice getaway for us two and was fairly cheap! Thank you!
Holly
Free parking, walking distance to restaurants and activities in Gatlinburg, and great location to the national park. Clean and very good breakfast options.
Neysha
Muy conveniente ya que queda cerca de todo, me encantó.
JAMES
Staff was great
Chelsea
The Hotel Check in staff are very friendly and nice ! The room was very clean , spacious and full of amenities. For a room that was located behind the pool area, it was very quiet and relaxing . The beds were soft and comfy . My son slept the longest.
The only problem that we had was the breakfast wasn’t good . The eggs were watery and runny, the gravy was too thick and chalky , and the staff that did the breakfast weren’t nice or welcoming . One worker was waiting behind me and just starring at me when I was waiting for my waffle. When I realized he was waiting for me to move , I apologized and he didn’t say nothing . Just restocked the utensils and walked away. If anyone works the breakfast area . They need to be nice , welcoming , and be courteous . That was the only problem .

Everything was amazing, including having a bear walk right through the door and into the building
Heather
Great stay! Rooms were clean, plenty of parking and an easy walk to the village
June
The bathroom was extremely dirty. Not happy at all. It was to the point of gross.
For the breakfast there were many things lacking. There were not any cups out for juice, the waffle mix was empty and the gentleman was more interested in being on his phone than working. He acted like it was an inconvenience to have refill items, wipe down tables and work. There were many items empty. The only bread item out was a few slices of white bread. The serving dishes were empty of food and there was not any fruit set out. I always choose Best Western because of their cleanliness, attention to details and their breakfast. This hotel was sorely lacking in every area and it was very disappointing and I will not stay here again.

Good location. Parking is tight. Bed was comfortable. Only real complaint was the light coming in from the windows at night.
Annette
Great stay. Clean room. Will stay here again.
Celini
Clean room and absolutely recommend is super close to downtown
Arpana
The property was very clean, and Steph was very helpful very conveniently located
Aaron
The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on. Otherwise, a lovely spot with great staff! ✨A beautiful creek, a short walk from everything, and a pretty good view too (during the day so if youre not out all day you can enjoy it, its kinda rough after 9pm)!
Ed and Joy
Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of onsite parking and free breakfast along with friendly and helpful staff and a quiet off the parkway location makes it a very good place to stay. Highly recommended.

Super convenient. Always appreciate free parking in G’burg. Nice to be able to walk to everything. Good spacious room

My room was smelling of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Carpets were dirty, and there were a lot of footprints by the bathroom door. The AC unit rattled 24/7. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. People were making noise by the pool late at night, after 11 p.m. Totally unacceptable!
Katelyn
Breakfast was good for our family and our toddler loved the pool with slide. Conveniently located downtown gatlinburg and able to easily walk to all attractions. Overall satisfied with the average hotel. It had everything we needed.
Ray
Newly renovated ,very nice rooms and bedding . One big negative the pools were never cleaned or picked up around the three days we were there. We came to lounge around the pool so that was disappointing.
Venkata
ok

The ck in lady was amazing

My friend and I stayed for a weekend with my children.
When we got there Friday evening it was very easy to check in, finding your room is a little confusing because you cannot see the room numbers due to the balcony we were on the second floor, seem like there was more people that was not staying at the hotel parking in the hotel space, leaving very limited parking for hotel guest or hotel guest didn't have their parking pass in window.
Breakfast: was good waffles biscuit and gravy sausage links and scrambled eggs.
Pool: there was two pools one with a slide and one without that was pretty nice and very clean
One of the nights we did have an incident with our door not latching or locking the polite front office gentleman came to check it out within minutes and was moving us to another room since it was so late and the maintenance guy was off duty but ended up seeing him and said something to him and he came up to the room and fixed our door off clock very nice of him.
The last night we were there the fire alarms were going off due to smoke in the laundry room the front office gentleman had no clue until we said something. Suggestion maybe to do some training on fire safety of the hotel with staff and any other emergency that may happen.

We found roaches in the bathroom upon arrival and the sheets in the bedroom was dirty. We left after check in right away. Unfortunately, they didn't refund the money which is unfair to us. I don't recommend this hotel at all!!!!
Damon
Great Trip and very close to the strip. Rooms were excellent and veryclean.

Beautiful! They have a nice breakfast !Great location!
April
Very comfortable place to stay. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was limited and always the same. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the area was quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was central and within walking distance to all the activities we wanted to do , and more. We felt we couldn't have picked a better location.
Room was large, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Breakfast was ok with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, and coffee. We would stay again without question.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was great and close to everything. Breakfast not the greatest, but there are plenty of surrounding places to go for food.
Carolyn

The breakfast menu was not really appealing.

The shower water took about 15–30 minutes to get hot. This resulted in a large amount of water being wasted before I could even shower, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests.

This Howard Johnson's is now run by Best Western, and seemed to be intertwined with at least one other hotel, and was a little confusing. Once we found we could park in the tiny lot in the back, where our room was, it was super easy to get in and out. Everything was clean and it's only a couple blocks to walk to town.
Shawn
room was updated. clean. check in was a breeze.
location is awesome. had bears visit both days. Will be back

We loved our stay!
Mustafa
Excellent location, downtown within easy walking distance. Gave the feel of a resort with good hotels around and close to hilly area. Clean room, very good breakfast, friendly staff and good housekeeping. Free parking in Gatlinburg is a major plus. Definitely recommend this hotel to all. Gave the feel of a more than 3-star hotel (its hotel rating). Amenities is another plus.
Sherry

Barbara
Clean room, great staff, good breakfast. Great value. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Jeff
We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and location of the room. Hot breakfast and the staff were very helpful and fruendly.
Star
The breakfast service has been cancelled. This is in a great area and very walkable. The sign still says Best Western, so that threw us off. We were able to easily find a parking space.
Adina
Good hotel
theresa
There was a lot of renovations going on, so the room that we booked online was not available. When we called the front desk to try to extend for a second day I think they made me check out and then check back. The rooms were clean, affordable in the hotel was located with him walking distance of a lot of attractions. Trolley runs right outside the hotel. That’s a big plus. The mattresses were extremely lumpy besides that not a bad day. Just wish that there wasn’t a lot of construction going on.
wayne
The place was newly renovated with new flooring paint and beds that were incredibly comfortable, clean , close to everything. Would highly recommend and if I was in the area again would definitely stay again.
Aime
Love this place, have stayed multiple times
Amy
If you want to take a shower you probably shouldn’t stay here. The water pressure is terrible.
Debra
Everything was wonderful

Loved our stay! Clean big rooms! Convenient location! Not far from the strip and everything else! Will be back!
Nancy
Clean room,,perfect spit for in and out going downtown .
Angela
Very nice location in the foothills of Gatlinburg. Local shoppes were just a few minutes away walking distance. Amenities were very good. Quietly nestled away from the noise of downtown chatter, but close enough to blend in when necessary. The parking lot is pretty tight however and the spaces a little cramped, but workable. All in all we had a very nice stay here, would definitely recommend this location.
Emily
The room did not appear to be cleaned well at all. There was trash on the floor and surfaces that had not been wiped like the door handle and the desk chair. The sink and shower both did not drain well at all.
Mark
I don't think they had a breakfast they had some juice The parking was adequate and secure The reason I didn't give them a higher rating on some measures is because the coffee maker was dirty and still had a coffee bag left over from a previous stay.
Zeke
We’ve stayed here for several trips now, they are very accommodating. Renovations look great.
Sherry
Checking in was easy. The girl checking us in was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with the room renovations. Beautiful clean room. Only thing we wish it had would be a sofa as there was plenty of room for one. Or two sitting chairs would be a nice addition. We will be back again.
Robert
It would have been a nice stay, but for one thing that absolutely should never, ever happen. The room was newly renovated and clean, or so I thought. As I was getting into bed, I pulled back the covers and discovered a blood stained fitted sheet. While I have reasonable expectations for a budget friendly priced room, this is just inexcusable under any circumstances. The cleaning staff clearly did not change the sheets from the previous customer in that room. Makes you wonder how often this is the case.
James
Great location, just behind Anakeesta. Great price, clean rooms and friendly staff..would definitely recommend.
Russell
Very courteous and super nice staff. Definitely recommend
joshua
Clean room and great location.
Steven
The hotel was under remodeling during the visit. But was still very quiet. I didn’t use the pools because they were closed for the season, but they do have two pools that are fenced in. This hotel is within a short walking distance to downtown. Very convenient to visit areas like the aquarium. The room I rented was newly remodeled, and was really clean. Would definitely rent again.
