The room was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom was missing a vent so it stayed fogged up for hours after a shower. The listing says there is a fridge, there is not it is a chiller at best it only coolers for 2 hours and will not stay running. The tv on a swivel was nice and the overall place was nice. Please be aware that parking is 15 a day and it is tight. There is also a 20 a day fee for incidents you will have to pay upfront just in case something happens. For some reason we were charged once at the check in and once at check out they said it was a system issue and it would all be refunded.

Unfortunately, during our stay, our room was not cleaned. We requested fresh towels, and they were delivered promptly, which we appreciated. However, the staff member who brought them did not say a word and appeared quite unfriendly. We were disappointed by the lack of courtesy, as a simple greeting would have made a big difference.

Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail.
We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home.
We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there.

You will be charged to park your car in their lot of the hotel
The toilets are very low to the ground
The showers have one door meaning very little water pressure

Personally expected a little more from this Marriott and the price/night.We & our overseas friends got 2 rooms/king size beds. The rooms were clean, but the bed& other furniture placement left little room for one person to get in/off the bed. The bathroom sink in one of the rooms was clogged. A little disappointed with the toiletries provided. The shower gel, shampoo& conditioner were fine but no shower cap, shoe polish & other small convenience items found at other hotels (only small size body lotion insufficient for 2 adults and hand soap provided). Breakfast had limited selection but was at least tasty. Nothing organic though. Staff seemed a little disengaged, I needed to go twice to get information that should have been normally provided at check-in. Only3 stars for an ok short stay.

We only stayed for 1 night and glad we limited our stay. Don’t like to leave negative reviews, but we really expected more. The rooms were clean, the beds pretty comfortable but the furniture arrangement could have been better( bed too close to the wall) , lamp and tissue table also too close to the bed. The bathroom were a little disappointing: no hand held shower, placement of the shower gel and shampoo not within reach; vtoiletrues limited to the hand soap and a little notion. The most annoying thing was the clogged sink in one of the bathrooms. We took breakfast-options a little limited and could not mix and match. Coffee -although Starbucks-wasn’t too great. The receptionist originally omitted to provide the WiFi info and the breakfast tickets. Otherwise all personnel was friendly when present. So in our short stay, the overall experience was subpar for the brand.

However, a little disappointed since we paid extra for a balcony room, but there was construction going on next-door, which caused a lot of noise, therefore could not even leave the door open
Would Definitely go back with no construction

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Located right up a small hill from central Gatlinburg.
Downside: Building a new hotel right next door. Construction from 6:30am till 7pm...good luck enjoying sitting on your balcony except for at night. Also, room we reserved (1 king with a sleeper sofa) was unavailable when we checked in, so we got put in a smaller room with 2 queen beds. You also have to pay $15 a night for parking.

Did not like the fact that we had to pay $15.00 a day for parking, especially when surrounding parking lots were $10.00 a day. We paid enough for the room parking should have been included.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I requested room service twice from two different staff members, but it was never completed. It’s frustrating to have to repeat the same request and still be ignored. The lack of responsiveness and attention to guests’ needs shows poor management and customer service. For the price, I expected much better hospitality and reliability. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was in good condition. Staff was very nice! Internet didn’t work unfortunately. Volume button wouldn’t turn down. AC was not very powerful at all. And for the premium pricing, I believe breakfast should have been included. Also there was no door in the shower which we didn’t like.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, being charged 15.00 per day for parking when there were not enough parking spots available was beyond annoying!

Room was nice, everything was clean, but we booked this room in particular for its balcony. Not aware that the balcony overlooked an active construction site. New hotel opens in 2027. Not the quiet, reading spot we had hoped for.
