When we arrived at the address the address is being renovated. Then rooms are not serviced at all, if you want fresh towels you have to take the dirty ones to the back of the property to exchange. Our room was was down the street from the main property and nothing looked as it did online. This property is also nothing more than a time share scam. We had no idea but when we checked in they made sure to offer us a sales deal on vacations. It seemed you only got rooms at the main property if you booked through their free stay similar crap.

We were not booked in the main building. We were sent to a separate building a block away. The pictures online lead me to believe that we would have a view of a stream, or at least trees, from our balcony. Instead, we had a view of another hotel's parking lot, at close range. The building was clean but had a worn-out feel. After check-in, before you are given your parking pass, they try to talk you into attending a timeshare presentation. I said \"No\" and they let it go. But the man in the next cubicle sounded pretty aggressive and obnoxious.

Overall, it's not horrible and I would stay again if nothing else was available.
If price is your main factor, it's probably worth giving it a try. But don't expect it to look as nice as the pictures online and be prepared for the whole timeshare thing.

Everything was clean and they had two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. It's pretty close to the strip and we walked down twice without any problem.. very nice place.

Yes I would stay here again. The condo we had was very nice and clean except for the balcony. It needed a good cleaning but we sat out on it a lot. The elevators also needed a good scrubbing. Great location we loved that the trolley stopped right in front of the resort. The front desk girl was a little mean when I complained about the check in address being wrong so therefore we had to get back in the car and look for the right place down the street. We saw many bears around the resort which was cool. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe. Loved that it was huge with 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. It also had a stream behind it, which was really peaceful. The location is also perfect, walking distance to everything in downtown gatlinburg. The downside was that it's very outdated and not very clean, especially the bathroom. And I wouldnt even sit on the couches. The outdoor pool was closed (and tiny), elevator not working, and the fitness center was 3 machines from 1970's. Plus, parking area is awful. It's underground, but there are concrete beams everywhere making it quite difficult to park. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make some changes.

We were at the further location (the main sire that all the pictures are of was down the road).

The hotel itself is very dated, but I believe being renovated. It was clean oversll but with some misses - very dusty lamps and unfortunately we fiund a couple of fingernail clippings left in the bathroom on the towels. But bed sheets clean and kitchen was good too.

Staff were great! Very friendly and helpful sharing lots of information about the area, the wildlife, and places to go. Chris in particular was really kind and gave us lots of tips.

Checkin required a sales pitch for a timeshare \"review\" (e.g. sales). The elevator was broken and the property was generally in poor condition despite a claimed $10m renovation by the new management. Otherwise, the room itself was in decent condition although having to use stairs was quite a chore coming and going. The underground garage entrance is very narrow and could be problematic for larger vehicles although limited above ground parking is available.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, a couple lights would not work, I assume burnt out bulbs, but otherwise all was in working order. It was clean, but could use a really good deep cleaning as there was very thick dust and grime in corner beside air conditioner unit, under the bed, and in some other places as well. The bed was a little too hard for our taste but that is a matter of personal choice, the pillows were comfy and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, nice large shower. We loved the ground floor unit and being able to walk directly into our room by parking in front of our door. It was confusing on arrival though as our room number was 413, we assumed it was on an upper floor!! We never used the kitchen area, but it was nice that it had the stove appliances and some dishes if we had needed to use them. The outdoor pool was not open, but we didn't plan on using it anyway so it was no issue. The Ice machine near the room was very handy. It was quiet, very relaxing. Overall good stay.

From what I understand, the property was recently sold. The property is aged and the room I was in and the rooms others in my group had did not look like the pictures. All rooms need to be updated. I took the sheets provided with the sleeper sofa and used them to cover the chairs in the living room so we can sit down. The carpet could also use a good cleaning. The bathrooms were the most up to date part of the suite. The kitchen could provide more pots and pans for those of us that like to prepare food. I borrowed from another person in our group in order to cook. The parking garage is not made for oversized vehicles. WE drive an Expedition and it was really tight getting in. We parked in the back of the garage because the spaces were small. With updates, Im sure it could get back to its old glory.

Im on vacation, not a buisiness transaction. It was in poor taste and very tacky. The room was nice but the dishwasher had rotten food on plates from the previous guests. Was also given room cards to a room that was occupied. I could have walked out with another guests possessions or walked in on someone showering. This is basics of the hospitality industry. And then you want me to buy a time share? Capital Vacations: get your act together. You want to impress someone into a time share, give them the right room. Pool was closed as well and according to the website, they are \"working with the city\" translation: guess who failed safety codes.

The website should have notified guests that BOTH swimming pools would be closed for major repairs. Strange that they couldn't do one pool at a time.

You have to go looking to find laundry services. Broken pools, ice machine in fridge broke, light broke. Fireplace broke.

Bed was really hard & uncomfortable. Dining table was missing pieces under the legs to make it sit flat and they had folded paper stuck under it to help balance it. Poor design on the kitchen. Vent hood was way too low sticking out so every time you got something out of the fridge you hit your head. Both pools were empty and being worked on. Hot tub was outdated & full of sand. Was told I had to go down the street to the other property to get clean towels from laundry in the parking garage. Wont stay there again.
