It was great
Dave
The room was clean
Steve
This property is perfectly located on the main drag in close proximity to all the tourist attractions. You can walk to pretty much everything.
The room was decent.
The only issue was the room only had electrical connections by the bed on one side. So if you're the kind of people that need to plug in on two sides of the bed, you'll have a problem.

Older property could use an update. However one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. The absolute best shower, hot water and pressure combo excellent.

Excelente hotel próximamente me volveria a hospedar ahi mismo loa felicitó por su Excelente trabajo que hacen cada dia
Jeff
Nice hotel right off the parkway, we had the same room 2 years in a row and was still in good shape.
Bobby
Staff was great! Rooms were updated and beds super comfortable. Shower was 10/10. Noted at the front desk there is no breakfast deal offered until further notice. Bummer, but stay was wonderful otherwise. The kids and I really liked the pool area too! We stayed on the 3rd floor and it had the cutest space for pictures and videos. My teens loved it!
Jamie
Our “balcony view” was a sliver of sky, with the top of the space needle, part of the sky bridge, and some concrete walls. Bathtub was nasty looking with black mold under caulking that needs to be dug out, bleached, and redone. Also the bathroom walls and floor around tub needs to be bleached and repaired. Room had a musty scent and we couldn’t stream anything on the smart tv. Had to go to the office for a remote and then the apps like Netflix and Hulu wouldn’t download. We could only watch tv on antenna setting so we either read or were on our phones while in the room. Which wasn’t much, but this was still an inconvenience. Pool was ok, water was clean and great temp. Overall just needs repairs and deep cleaning. Also, some extra blankets would’ve been nice. We like sleeping cold but the blankets on the beds weren’t very thick. Staff were very nice and helpful and location was perfect. Once we got there we didn’t have to drive again until we left to go home, which is what we were looking for!
Ronald
Good clean place right on parkway
Joel
Great location!
Jeffery
Great location to everything in Gatling
Clayton
Only issue with the room was that the AC could not cool the entire room. It blew directly onto the bed so you were cold in bed but could feel a wall of heat as soon as you got up.
Neal
The room was clean and the building was well kept. The only complaint I could have would be how humid my room was, being right next to the pool, so that's my bad really.
donna
Needs cleaned. The pool area wasnt the best. Don't think they cleaned it at all. Bed are not comfortable. The Ac was so loud , we thought it was going to blow up. Only thing good about this place is location.
Noah
The pool was great room was clean
Tracy
Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.
Jeffrey

Kathryn
Wonderful location for spending time on the strip. Loved the luxury room! Will definitely be staying again.
Tina
Unbelievable value and very clean and in the middle of it all in Gatlinburg! Highly recommend for a budget trip.

I am going to do my best to give accurate pros and cons about this hotel.
Pros: Good price. Location good for walking to attractions. comfortable beds. mirror in bathroom with different lighting options/ heat. microwave and refrigerator.
Cons: Very tired run down appearance. So many little things. Things like worn floor in elevator, scratches on walls, a bathroom door that won’t shut all the way, a thin shower curtain with no magnets to hold it, super short shower head even to a 5’ 6 inch woman, missing plugs in tub and sink drain, super textured walls like ceiling, musty smelling air conditioner, a door almost impossible to open to a balcony that looks at the side of a wall, and absolutely no effort to make it look charming.
The pool says closed for the season.
Finally, the parking situation is the stuff of nightmares. I have never seen such a tight nowhere to turn around parking situation. It is ground level of the hotel and almost every parking spot is between huge cement poles and the wall. The spots are narrow. It was so stressful! They have an agreement with the garage across the street but will only let you use it if all the spots are full.
Obviously due to good reviews some people like this hotel. I am not a diva. I stay at lots of similarly priced hotels in other places with no problem. I get staying at smaller places for less. I should still be comfortable and feel like it is worth my money. Do with this what you will.

The parking space was bad no room to park. It was hard to park. Don't take a big car or truck. There is no room to Park...

Overall, I had a good experience at Reagan Resorts Inn. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Gatlinburg and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was easy. While the hotel could use some updates, it was comfortable and offered good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.
Carol
No breakfast available at this time. Trash cans in hallway full for days. Key cards had to be reprogrammed daily which was inconvenient. Location was great. Right on the main road in Gatlinburg.
Micheal
We would go back maybe.
KEVIN
Staff nice, location is on main road with good choices of entertainment and food.Fellow hotel guests can get alittle loud at night coming through rooms.Parking is free with some spots tight to get into. The free trolley stops next door at Shoneys.
Alfred
Always a great place that’s right in the middle of Town.
Chris
The ease of check in was very nice because I was tired and ready to rest, the staff was nice and easy to deal with.
Don
This room was cheap and was actually very nice. The only complaint we had was the musky/wet smell in the room. The elevator was super slow and sometimes seemed a little sketchy. Not a ton of parking either. But we’ll work the money we paid.
james

Wonderful!!!!!! We will always come back
Brian
This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at Reagan Resort Inn. Not only is everything clean and the staff is friendly, but the price is amazing, especially for where it is conveniently located. We will stay there every time we come down!
Tony
At check in there were hairs on the jetted tub and mold in the shower. The interior of the room door was filthy. The wall next to the shower/tub was deteriorating. The toilet was loose at the floor. No blinds on the windows and the curtains did not cover the windows failing to keep the light from their sign out. Yhe windows needed cleaned and had paint droplets on them. The mini fridge was missing a foot and tipped when trying to open the door. Housekeeping did not stock coffee for 3 days nor always replaced the soaps but left a tip request envelope.
James
Great location and friendly staff.
Ashley
Very comfortable bed! Great location right off of the Gatlinburg strip. So many good options within walking distance.
Randy
We have stayed here numerous times before and loved it. This trip ....everything seemed to be dirtier. The pool area was disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere and trash just laying around. Rooms were very musty smelling. Its a shame to see the upkeep lacking in many areas.
Tracy
Clean room. Looks newly renovated. Shower curtain not wide enough to fit, water on floor after use. No view from balcony, also was across from hall windows, no real privacy. Nice to park underneath. Overall, not bad for the price... Will stay again.
Lindsey
The pictures online are deceiving. Fine if all you’re doing is sleeping. Very close to all the activities on the strip.
david
The only comment that I have is the Internet was terrible other than that it was good
Bill
The resort is dated but my room was perfect. The beds are comfortable. The shower is a 10, and the location on the strip is hard to beat.
I would definitely stay at the Regan Resort again.

It has a kitchenette, but no silverware. When I asked the main office, they said silverware isn't included. It made it difficult to eat my dinner.
However the in room jacuzzi was with any inconvenience. The water was hot and I took several!

Great place, Great Staff, Great location. Love it all around
Sherry
Room was clean. AC worked well. Near the National Park and on the strip of Gatlinburg
Doyle
Very good bargain in Gatlinburg. Very clean, great location.
Andrea
Super convenient, friendly staff. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Parking can get full at check in time. Will definitely stay there again.
SARAN
Conveniently located Right on the strip
Sandy
We did not have a chair or a dresser in our room. We literally lived out of our luggage for a week. The first thing we encountered upon arrival was the sign that said they stopped serving breakfast indefinitely and finding a parking space was sometimes impossible. Our room was clean though and the price very reasonable. Our housekeeper was very accommodating.
Joyce
Room was very clean, enjoyed time with grand kids and great grand kids
Christian
Great place for the pricing and location
Phuljit singh
Clean room helpful staff
Shelby
Great location, but I paid more to have the Deluxe Jacuzzi room and the plug was to small which let all the water out. They brought a new plug so the Jacuzzi could be utilized and upon removal the chain broke off the plug and I had to spend hours trying to pry the flat plug with no chain out. The TV remote didn't work, so I had to call for help. The front desk employee got the TV to turn on with a new remote but it didn't have an option to change channels or volume, so we couldn't watch TV.. I wouldn't stay again if it was free. They never offered a discounted price
ling
Location very good and good service
Ross
Great central location with free parking
Judy
Staff was friendly when asked to be moved to less musty & damp room...ended up right next door to the original room facing the back of the Convention Center. The redeeming quality is the convenience to everything & parking availability.
johnnie
Great location, very close to eats and drinks and to the park entrance.
Sandra
Clean, updated room. Conveniently located on the strip.
Amy
The location of the property is solid. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. They have been renovating and our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice, however there was a lot of debris in the pool. There were big chunks of white material that was blowing out of something that looked like a chimney. It was landing all around and in the pool. I would also add that if you have small children, you should bring life jackets. The pool is very deep overall, 3ft to 9ft. The shallow area is 3ft and only right at the edge of the pool. I would stay here again.
Jessica
Great place
Nicole
The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very nice and it was very close to all the shopping in Gatlinburg.
James
Great location to the strip, easy check in, clean room and showers.
Rudi
Great place for the money spent!
KEVIN
Nice location on the strip, free local hop on off bus stop close,on Red line we all seen wild bear while on the bus, everyone enjoyed.
Israel
The location was good there was a few things that needed fixed and need to replace carpet
LISA
Wonerful staff, great location, loved the king room. Already booked another trip!
Cynthia
Our stay was excellent. The location is wonderful for enjoying Gatlinburg. We easily walked everything we wanted to. Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
Ashley
Clean facilities and employees were kind but the water temperature was not warm enough in the shower and the sink.
Charles W
It is literally on the sidewalk in Gatlinburg so great location for walking the town. The room was clean an comfortable. My only complaints are the elevator is slow, the parking lot is small to the point that I didn't want to lose my space by driving somewhere, and hall noise woke me up a couple of times.
Sara
Our stay was pleasant, the convenience of being able to walk to everything is such a plus! All of the staff were very friendly. Reasonably priced, definitely will stay there again while in Gatlinburg.
Robert
Large clean room. Not much of a lobby. No breakfast. Free parking. Good value for a 2.5 star property
Julie
This isn’t a fancy place to stay but it is clean, convenient and a great value. Steps from the strip so dinner and entertainment are right there without having to fight traffic to get to places. Very close to the Great Smoky Mtns National Park. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Christine
Great location, able to walk to many attractions. Rooms were big and clean. Good air conditioning and fridge, microwave.
Only complaint, chemical smell from cleaning products.

I have stayed here many times and the staff has always been very nice and helpful. The renovations they have done look great. I will stay here everytime I am in gatlinburge. The price is great and it’s right on the parkway. The only thing which is not a big deal at all , I wish they had more vending machines available. Those late night snacks are needed after a long day. You can’t go wrong staying here.
Steven
The room was clean. The shower spray on the jetted tub was broken and unable to be fixed durong our stay. There was a gap between the tub and the enclosure. The caulking in the bathroom appeered to have been done by an child. There was mold around the wall and the tub.
I know they say they are under renovation, but no improvements since we stayed there in December 2025. We will not stay there again, even though it has great access to Gatlinburg and the National park.

The stay was fine. I can tell that they are trying to get the property up to par. The room and bathroom were really clean. It was a nice location. We had a balcony room that overlooked a concrete wall so that wasn’t ideal… and the room smelled like smoke. But for the price, I’d probably stay here again.
Wesley
Excellent!!! Will stay again and recommend to anyone planning for Gatlinburg!
Jeff
They need better beds and they need to do a lot of upgrades to property . Staff was very nice ..
Rachael
Nice hotel right off the parkway. Just know if you book a balcony you will have a view of a wall. Like right in front of you. There are no views at this hotel. Beds were comfortable enough. Staff was kind. A weird thing happened where we left for breakfast and I forgot something in the room and I went right back, we were checking out that day, but the housekeeper had already went in and took her tip and took all the trash cans out. It was weird. I let management know! Super easy access and great rates!
Greg
We loved staying here when in the Smokies. Make the trip several times a year.
Always clean. Beds very comfortable. Walk out straight onto the Main Street. No hassle with parking.
Wish they had breakfast but not a big deal for us.

Great location

The hotel, which is older was being renovated and we knew that. The room was very nice , though had a little smoke or vape smell. Bathroom was nice and appreciated the extra vanity and well stocked. For the money it was good being right down town and free parking was a great benefit.
Sure the renovations will make it even nicer.

Nicely renovated and good place on the strip parking can be a little tight but didn’t have a problem
Goutham Krishna
Perfect for 2 nights in heart of Gatlinburg
Qihang
Room has strange smell; Parking space is too tight
Josie
Over all the service and staff were super nice and friendly. The room needed to be updated and air conditioning was either freezing or hot there wasn’t an in between.
Natasha
Great location and very clean. Will definitely stay again.
Katie
Rooms were nicely updated. Bed was a little uncomfortable and I woke up with a backache. Lots of people running in the halls at night and early morning, so expect noise. Great location. Never had a problem with parking, but it did seem limited. Water pressure was great.
Steve
It's located very close to the National Park entrance. The location is away from the central part of Gatlinburg, so it's quieter. Room was clean, and AC worked. But....the room has been renovated. We stayed in the King..Renovated room. There is a long narrow wooden table against the wall with two wooden chairs..which are very uncomfortable. Not for TV watching, and as there's no arm upholstered chair, I brought a chair in from the balcony...much more comfortable. The TV is mounted on the wall above the table. I have stayed in many a motel/hotel in my day and there has always been a large mirror mounted on the wall. Here all you have is the bathroom mirror. Our biggest issue was on their website it said 'breakfast' provided. Later we see a sign stating..'breakfast will not be provided'. Didn't think much of it until we started getting breakfast at a restaurant near-by. We spent about $160.00 for two people for four mornings.
Tatyana
Everything about the room was amazing and the showers and jacuzzi had perfect pressure & temperature
Jessica
We did not go to national park
Paula
It was very clean and big rooms. Great location. Will stay again.
Doris
everything was great
marilyn
It was a fabulous motel, very clean and accessible to downtown Gatlinburg.
Jason
Pretty nice place close to the center of town. You can walk everywhere easily which is a big part of it for us. The rooms are updated. Bathroom Could have been a bit cleaner and still needed some repairs but overall good. Water Pressure was Great! Water was Hot! They were nice enough to let us add a day to our stay, and then cancel free of charge at the last minute when our plans suddenly changed. Very nice people.
David
room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.
christopher
Bed was surprisingly comfortable. We didnt need anything super fancy for our night stay. Coming into Tennessee at 3 in the morning and needed a place to sleep. I honestly was expecting less with some of the negative reviews, but every thing was fine
Lucretia
Clean, comfortable room.
Don
We stay here every year same people work here and its nice that they do remember you we have always been treated like family here every time we come here the only thing is they do have a lot of bees outside the hotel
Lisa
Older hotel that has not been remodeled or maintained very well. The room had been remodeled, but the entire hotel was is fairly poor condition. Many of the other hotels nearby are much newer and in much better condition and provide daily breakfast, swimming pool, laundry, and more for no much more money.
Josh
Great overall place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great price as well. Definitely will be looking forward to our next visit.
