I always stay here when i go to gatlinburg. They did have a hot breakfast which I miss but the employees are always sweet and helpful. In the 20 more times I ve stayed my room has always been clean.its the best location..never have to pay for parking everything is within walking distance! Plus the rooms are large!

Loved the location, room was very clean and big. Parking was good, able to park right in front of our room, we were on bottom floor which was great for us. Staff was informative, told us not to leave food in car because of bears and we had friends staying somewhere else that they truck got attacked by bear. So good advice for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was great location! Clean rooms comfortable beds. Employees were great except for ole big man. He was too lazy to get up and get us extra towels and sugar for coffee. He just said they were out. Called back after his shift was over and the other person took care of what we needed. Overall stay was excellent except that. Would stay again!

We love this place! The staff is amazing and the location couldn’t be better. You are right on the edge of the strip, steps away from the action but not in the middle of it. The rooms are clean and spacious with 2 bathroom sinks, which comes in handy. This is our go to place whenever we come through here. A perfect home base for hiking all day and then enjoying the town in the evening

This is a hidden gem. It is reasonable and you are right off the main road, everything is walkable. They have free parking, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and had 2 sinks which is nice. I highly recommend them.

I love the location, and the room was a noce room with jetted tub but the room stinked.room 411 smelled like gas. I made sure carbon monoxide detector worked or I wouldnt stayed there.loved the balcony view.But the main issue was that the website advertises breakfast and ive stayed there before when their was breakfast but after i booked n paid for room they tell me that it does not include breakfast anymore.Ita not worth the price if it is not going ro include breakfast

No service is horrible. They didn’t even ask us if we need a towel or anything and then on top of that when we got there there’s not even a whole world of toilet paper so we asked no we brought us so we had to go buy toilet paper and then when we wanted to use the Jacuzzi, it was not working so the main thing we could use a shower of the tub. It’s not a good experienced, not worth your money .

But this time i got there and the guy at the front desk was a bit rude and i found out the next morning that they have gotten rid of making any kind of breakfast. I will not be staying there again. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews and because it included breakfast. My goal for this stay was a solo quilting weekend. Check in was quick and painless, but both beds in my room were dirty, one had been slept in and the other had a blood stain on the mattress pad that you could see through the sheet. There was no housekeeping on staff so I was placed in a second room. The bed was clean so I accepted the room. I went to get dinner and returned and decided to shower before bed and was met with a dirty Band-Aid and long black hairs in my tub. The next morning I learned that the hairdryer was broken and the electrical outlets in the room also did not work. The phone in neither room was connected so to contact the front desk. I had to go outside and walk across the parking lot to do it in person. That's when I learned they no longer served breakfast. I went to get ice for water and found the only ice maker onsite not working.

They installed a new hair dryer and fixed the electrical outlets, but did not clean my room for the duration of my stay, so I couldn't shower.

I spoke to the manager again at checkout and explained that I had not been able to use the amenities that I had paid for and he told me he would request a partial refund of $30 from Expedia, which I have not gotten.

The good things were a great location and a fairly comfortable bed. But the lack of advertised amenities by far out, weighed the only two positives from this booking.

Book at your own risk!

The room setup was nice. However the room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets had a lot of short black hair on them as if they had been used, the pillow cases had brown and pink markings, and the sheets were very dingy with no blanket to cover up with. The bed only had a fitted and 2 flat sheets. Not a good way to keep warm. The restroom was not cleaned at all. There was a lot of short black hair in the tub along with soap scum and water spots. There was also a lot of short black hair on the floor and some on the toilet, a bug behind the door, and the towels appeared stained. We had a nonsmoking room yet there were cigarette ashes on the table side by the couch. When i sent my wife down to get sheets she said the guy at the front desk said they had nobody this late (7:49pm)to help get new sheets then the phone rang and he said someone would send some up. The fed guy said he would let management know. Another guy came very quickly with new sheets. I would like to say it made us think if the room was even cleaned or did the housekeeper just pop the sheets and refold the towels, did the supervisor even inspect the room cleanliness or did they just walk in and see the bed mad and some folded towels and walked out. In hospitality you have to go above and beyond. Maybe leave clean sheets, blankets, towels, amenities for the incase at the fd. Show the urge to help versus the laziness to leave the seat. Fd staff should’ve been standing not sitting.

Greeted by a sign in the office saying they no longer serve breakfast (Expedia’s summary lists that guests love the breakfast bar and that needs to be removed as this is misleading) at this hotel as of January and a front desk employee that wasn’t very welcoming. Room was clean. Location was amazing and the only reason I could see anyone wanting to return here. We could hear people above us running around and such late into the night and the road was noisy til about 10:00pm. There was a diesel truck parked by our room that was loud and sat for a good twenty minutes and we could smell the fumes from our bed. This was our wake up at 6:30am. The housekeeper was very nice so we wanted to mention that as well as the rooms were dated but clean.

Again, the ONLY reason I would recommend this hotel would be if you are just needing the room for the location and not staying the night or needing rest and IF the price was cheap, which this being Valentines weekend, it was not cheap. Certainly not worth it at all.

The fireplace did NOT work and we paid for a room with a fireplace. It was supposed to be non smoking and there was obviously pot smoked in there shortly before we arrived, not judging, just chose non smoking. They no longer serve breakfast as of January. The person on duty when we checked in said we had to file a.complaint with expedia, expedia told.me.i had to email property management
Basically, the hotel didnt care if we stayed or not. I wont stay there agin.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very clean. The only issue hotel advertised no pets. There was a very large dog a few rooms down that barked loud and disturbed our peace. He was outside the room unattended by his owners. When he barked when someone tried to pass the owner called him in thd room.

The lobby reeked of marijuana. The next morning at breakfast we found a bug in the bacon pan. There was too many hands (kids) picking through the breakfast. The room above us had an animal that would start first thing in the morning (early) rolling a ball of some type of object across the floor. After telling us that room service was only at request, they entered our room anyway. There was not a Do Not Disturb plaque available for us to hang on the door.

Room quality, carpet in need of replacement, stepped on exposed nails. Tube/shower faucet leaked constantly . Based on advertisements and online pictures there were deception in appearance. The ceiling had water stains and the walls had excess chipped paint. Some of the light fixtures did not work, and the TV internet was weak, unable to watch a show without it freezing multiple times.

First of all, this is a motel , not a hotel !
It shows three stars honestly it’s less than a star!
There was a gap between the door and the doorframe about an inch! The wind was coming in from the outside like I was outside! You literally can hear every car that is driving fine because it feels like you’re outside!
Old heaters and not working properly!
The restroom does not have a heating system, feels like you’re outside because it’s freezing in there!
The mold is around the room, my whole face was stuffed, unfortunately was waiting a whole night could not sleep at all because of these circumstances!
In the morning fact, And went to get another hotel
Honestly $180 a night for a place like this, it is truly a rip off ! Not with it! I took another hotel called Edgewater hotel and am full of satisfied!
I hope you read the reviews before you reserve the place

Room was not very clean. Walked barefoot in room & bottoms of feet were black. Light fixture in living room was falling apart. Weatherstripping on door kept coming off. Couldn’t use steps & elevator extremely slow. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Loved the jacuzzi bathtub, but had trouble keeping water in it.

The bed was very comfortable. Really liked having 2 bathrooms. Fireplace was nice. Liked the location. Really needs a remodel.
