Air conditioning could've been better. The smell from air conditioning seemed like filter needed to be changed. Overall given the location its at and the traffic it wasn't bad but I would probably book another hotel if available. I only booked this b/c all others were out of rooms. Otherwise this wasn't my choice with kids.

This property definitely needs to be updated and potentially cleaned. The walkway going up to the levels were not particularly pleasant. The room did not feel really clean. The bathroom door in our room looked like it had been falling apart from mold at the bottom and a piece of wood was screwed over it. The plus side was that I felt that the bed was comfortable.

Our room was amazing! I loved the separate sitting room, our jacuzzi tub was fantastic after a long day and the location was perfect! Parking can be difficult if you arrive later in the evening (the parking lot is kinda small- but for us it was not an issue). We did not use the pool, but it was definitely being enjoyed by other guests.

It was a okay hotel you get what you pay for. There was a dead bug in the bathroom and one of the towels looked dirty/ had a stain. Also the shower looked alittle dirty. If you want to get a cheap stay this is the place for you but if not I don’t recommend

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. After a long day of traveling with our family, we checked into this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable room. Instead, as soon as we entered the bathroom, we found stains at the bottom of the bathtub, and when we lifted the bath mat, there was hair underneath it inside the tub. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Everything appeared old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious upkeep. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there, especially with our family, so we left just minutes after checking in and had to find another hotel at the last minute.

The only positive part of our experience was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, understanding, and processed our refund without any issues, which we truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were unacceptable. We would not recommend staying here.

Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. My brakes went out as soon as we got into town so that gave us enough time to fix the car and get food before the room was ready.

-Clean rooms
-House keeping was great
-Beds firm to moderate soft
-Pillows lumpy but not bad.
- really cool mirror with a speaker and lights
- plenty of parking never had issues getting in and out.

NOTE Shower pressure was interesting. One day its normal or a little weak, the next day it was coming out with the force of 100 winds. IT FELT GREAT but That pressure caused water to fly EVERYWHERE, the curtain was stopping nothing. Because of that they have rotting wood at a baseboard.

The room smelled musty and moldy. We switched rooms and this bathtub still didn't drain either. The staff still was extremely unfriendly unhelpful. The manager was nice and accommodated us because I was sick. But the other staff members that work there were horribly unpolite and unfriendly. We were Afraid to ask for anything because they were always so grumpy if we called for towels or sheets.

The
Property was run down, the staff on site was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The room we stayed in smelled like black mold was growing. The room was damp and moist. The door wouldn't even shut fully in the bathroom.Due to damage on it . The bathtub would not drain. So we had to stand in your own filth while taking a shower. Every time we called the front desk , nobody would answer. They did not have sheets available for us.They did not have towels or washcloths. Basic stuff we could not even get from the front desk. The carpet was filthy. The electrical outlets were wobbly. The end tables were broken and the drawers , wouldn't open, and the Jacuzzi bathtub jets did not work properly. They would spray water all over the mirror.

The room was nice and clean. We were impressed with the metal bedframes that would make cleaning easy and less likely to harbor potential grossness. Great location and easy walk to pretty much everything. Pool was very nice although we did not have time to use it. The shower has a very intense spray that kind of got water everywhere despite my best efforts to keep it contained. Nothing a towel can't fix though. We would stay here again.

Our fire alarm needed a new battery when we arrived and the staff came immediately to fix it. My only complaint was that the water didn’t drain from the shower very well so I had to stand in water while I showered. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The best feature of this property is that it is on the near the main strip and within walking distance of lot of good restaurants and the trolley stop is right across the street. The property itself needs maintenance. We had a loft room which featured a jet tub and a fireplace. The tub was old and the trim around the bottom had chipping paint and looked like it was rotting in spots. The carpet at the entrance door was dirty and frayed. The air conditioner window unit leaked water on the floor so the carpet was wet. Ceiling was chipped. The place really is showing its age.

I refuse to give this property a poor rating because I have a lot of history with this hotel. Saying that over the years this hotel is not near what it used to be when I first started staying here. One of the worst things I would have to say is it no longer has a breakfast of any kind. The price of the rooms do not reflect that. Beyond that the rooms do need to be kept up by maintenance. We had a couple of plug fixtures that were protruding from the wall and could be very dangerous for younger children. The rooms are what I consider very clean. Not far from downtown so if you’d like to walk, it would be OK.

We will never stay at Crossroads Inn again.

Our experience was awful, and honestly, 90% of the problem was the staff. From the moment we checked in, there was absolutely no welcoming hospitality. The front desk never greeted us or welcomed us to the hotel. Instead, it was immediately, “Checking in? Last name?” They then proceeded to tell us that our card would only be charged for incidentals if we broke something or if there was an issue with the room, that there was no free breakfast, no housekeeping service, and that housekeeping would not be cleaning our room during our stay.
The worst experience came after our second night. We called the front desk around 5:00 PM on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and simply asked for fresh towels. The response we received was shocking: “No. Housekeeping has gone home.” There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no sympathy whatsoever—just a blunt “No.” On a busy holiday weekend, housekeeping was apparently unavailable by early evening. That level of customer service is unbelievable.
The room itself was not much better. The carpet was dirty, the shower had cracked tiles, and both the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Outside the rooms, cigarette butts were scattered all over the ground. Even though our room was designated as non-smoking, it smelled like people had been smoking in it. Parking was also extremely tight and inconvenient.
Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. Between the poor customer service

We came down a night earlier than our planned vacation and stay at the Holiday Inn down the road and decided to stay here based on the reviews and lower price. Everything seemed ok and nice for an older hotel until I went to use the restroom around 11pm and found a roach running across the bathroom sink and crawl back between the wall and the bathroom sink. Spoke with John at the front desk who was extremely nice and helpful. He explained that I’d have to reach out to Expedia who would have to reach out to the owner of the hotel, Peter, reference a potential refund as we packed up our girls and left just before midnight. Expedia reached out to Peter via email and it’s now been 48 hours with no response from Peter. While I don’t necessarily expect a refund, a reply would be nice.

That said, be careful renting here. I hope it was an isolated incident as I only saw one roach.
