No one at the desk for 45 minutes to an hour. We were exhausted and wanted to check in, we were preregistered,
.Tried searching for someone, calling, telephoning the desk, no response. We, and another couple were quite upset. When she showed up she just stuck her head in and said
“I will be right back. Going to put these towels away first” and then disappeared again. When she finally did show up unapologetic. Room was very dirty! Will never stay there again.

Overall, enjoying my stay. However, the water pressure was lacking in what I was used to at home. But, that isn’t the fault of the facility. I would consider another stay in the future.

The room was very clean and they came every day to straighten the room and left fresh towels. However, the smell of weed was very strong every day and the noise level at night was a lot probably because of the location. There is one elevator which is small so had to wait a while to use it. We plan to stay in Pigeon Forge on our next visit as the town is spread out and there seems to be nicer hotels in that area. I feel Gatlinburg is more for the younger people who enjoy the hustle and bustle, especially at night. We love Gatlinburg but we haven't found a time yet when the crowds are smaller.

I loved the fact that there was a river right there and we were able to open the back door and sit and just listen to the river flow and see all the wildlife. Mostly birds since there was houses and other hotels close by but overall we will be back again!

Room was great. Recent renovation firm bed and pillows. Problem is the road noise. Its really bad. Your room is 20 ft from a 4 lane highway. On the other side of the road is a very tall wall that reflects the road noise back towards the hotel. You will not sleep during the day at all or until after 10 at night. Get a room as far towards main st as you can. The tall wall ends about half way towards Main St. Would stay again but only in the right room

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive (those that checked us in). Also we booked and said we would pay in full on arrival. They did ask for a credit card to hold reservation but would charge nothing until we got there. When I mentioned that at check in she said that was not true and had charged the first night to my card! The view of stream was great. Parking was not good

We loved this hotel! Maybe one of our favorite places we have ever stayed, especially for the price. We got a balcony room with 2 queens, and we really enjoyed both starting and ending the day sitting on balcony with the view of the river. Listening to the water flow was just lovely, and I can’t believe this hotel offered that experience at such a low price.
The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We loved how separate the bathroom was from the room, as well as having a separate closet. Plenty of plugs and outlets. In-room amenities were great, and again, can’t beat the river view.

The outside pool is nice and they have a little spot to sit around by the fire which is nice for parents who want to watch their kids swim. The view from the balconies are absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful way to spend your morning. The hotel was well managed with underground complementary parking and also provide free breakfast. Very clean, beautiful, and wonderful and helpful staff. Fitness room is only good if you are a cardio focused person.

Great little spot to stay on the edge of the Gatlinburg Strip. Close enough to walk but far enough out not to be bothered by the crowds. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need. Nice little creekside balcony, good parking, and free breakfast.

The location, on the river, is very good. That was one of the only positives. The room was dated, the bathroom was not adequately stocked for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there (no body wash for 2 days), and the cleaning staff missed cleaning for one of the days we were there. We talked to the front desk, and to her credit, the employee was apologetic and made the beds herself. The next day, however, a different employee told us that it was our fault that the staff did not clean the room (we had a do not disturb sign on the door until we left for the day at around noon).
Per this employee, the cleaning crew does not have a set time, and they leave when they are done. This is not something we were told before - when should we leave the room to get the cleaning staff to clean the room?

The parking was perfect down below. Maurice was out breakfast host and he did an amazing job keeping tables clean and food hot. He was also friendly. The room and balcony was perfect. Price was the best part.

Breakfast was nice, buiscuits & gravy, meat, waffles, toast, cereal, muffins, juice and milk. Right across from moonshine mountain coaster if you want a thrill ride one day. Didn’t use the pool but it has one. Plenty of free parking which is nice.

This is a motor lodge with a lovely view of the river from the veranda. You do look at the neighbors across the river. The tub/shower and toilet are in a cramped space. The sink shares the room with the coffee, mini-fridge and microwave counter, and the sliding glass doors to the veranda. Everything is clean, but old. Parking is tough. The inn is a block from the free trolley to downtown Gatlinburg. Breakfast is average continental with some pancake machine as an extra. Bed was comfortable; we slept well. AC worked. Didn't notice the traffic noise out front, maybe the AC provided white noise. We found outlets for all of our devices and the WiFi worked. The hotel had easy driving access to downtown Gatlinburg or Pidgeon Forge. The staff answered our questions, made suggestions and were very pleasant.

All the balconies faced the river. We drank coffee very morning listening to the river. Easy access to the roaring fork motor trail. Common areas are outdated. They need a face-lift. This hotel was perfect for our trip to Gatlinburg. Everything seemed newly renovated and clean. Have complimentary breakfast was a big plus for us, and it was well stocked up to the latest time available. Our only complaint was that the room was a little muggy/musty when we first arrived, and we just attributed that to the a/c not running low enough prior to check in and being on the river. We were in walking distance to everything, even though we were on the outskirts of town. We also loved the balcony.

We have been coming there for years ! We will never go anywhere else . It’s past Anakeesta so not right in the middle of GB but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and attractions. It’s a lovely room with a great view of the river . It’s clean . The staff are so sweet and helpful !! We love it ….. and the hot light for the shower is awesome for someone who is cold natured ! Last visit we got to watch (from our balcony) a bear make his rounds on the river rocks then the parking lots across the river . We didn’t even have to keave our room to see a bear !!

Just a basic hotel. Nothing super nice besides the fact it’s out of Gatlinburg and easy to walk into town. Right on a busy road that’s very loud. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything car like your right on the road and hear your room neighbors tv at 2 in the morning. The parking is horrible and confusing and very dangerous to drive. Very little space to actually drive. Would recommend that the hotel do something about the thin walls, and horrible parking. Only has 1 elevator that is in its last legs. The whole hotel needs to be renovated.

We loved that our bed was made daily and we were provided with clean towels and washcloths daily. The balcony river view was great. We used it morning and evening.

The parking is terrible for larger vehicles. The AC in the room I stayed in was very loud. It was supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but there were multiple people smoking in their rooms, halls, and elevator and there was nothing done about it.
