Second stay at Hyatt House and really nice again. Reception staff very welcoming. Room spacious and well equipped. Had an evening meal in restaurant where the service was fantastic and food just right. Really appreciated the decorated dessert plate surprise for my wife as it was her birthday. Breakfast was very busy as everyone seemed to leave it until after 10 am, but got seated by the nice lady on breakfast desk, as quick as possible. Will stay again when in the area.

Stayed here for a weekend break, and to see the Athletics. I was very pleased with the room and the facilities. Would be ideal if on a work trip or an extended stay. I didn’t need to use the laundry facilities or the kitchenette as I ate out. The room was very clean, great quality cosmetics in the bathroom and comfortable bed. My only area of negativity, the WiFi was slow and my room didn’t have phone signal so that was frustrating but beyond that no issues.

Perfect stay for a group of 10 of us. Ideal location for ABBA Voyage. Hotel really clean and rooms spacious. The only let down was I called ahead for one room to be ready so we could get change before but there wasn’t one ready so we had to change in the toilets!

To my instant and initial alarm, I noticed my room had a connecting door to the adjacent suite. I had horrendous problems at the nearby Hilton in 2024 as ALL their suites have connecting doors and I had to change rooms twice.
Fortunately, no noise issues arose, but DOUBLE-CHECK IF YOUR ROOM/SUITE HAS CONNECTING DOORS. The pictures on the website are ambiguous - some deluxe rooms have/don't have. I do not know if all suites have connecting doors - this would be a bizarre design policy, but connecting doors mean significant noise leakage so it's a kind of 'Russian Roulette' as to whom you have as a fellow guest next door.
The suite was fine and comfortable. However, there were no cushions for the sofa or desk chair and I had to go to Marks & Spencer to buy two at £17.50 each.
Strangely, whilst Hyatt Regency rooms mean you usually have to pay for breakfast separately or as an add-on, in Hyatt House rooms it is included. This does make the House option somewhat more budget-friendly. The breakfast was fine and the service efficient.

Right in the shopping centre , by all the shops and restaurants and yet a quiet retreat. The staff at the bar were very poor , but other than that it was excellent.
