- Perfect location for shopping & actually for the O2 as only 3 stops on the tube to North Grenwich and a 6 minute covered walkway to the hotel.
The Hotel Reception & concierge staff were absolutely fantastic, so welcoming , professional & kind.
Beautifully decorated modern rooms & bathrooms.
Very comfortable beds too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- thank you

Lovely hotel surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. Parking is in the adjacent shopping centre. It is easier to park first and walk the short distance to hotel as there is no access to entrance from the road. Train and bus station are 5 mins walk.

We were checked in by Bamidele.
She clearly didn’t want to be there and we didnt get any warm welcoming.
Her attitude was rude and robotic with no smile.
There was no eye contact through out and emotionless.
She told us to wait because they are doing the audit. She gave us impression that we came at the wrong time and it’s bothersome.
We did travel 3/4 hours to get to your hotel.

As I’ve worked at 5star London hotel before, it’s not the way I would talk to my guests like that. I would be making sure I apologise for causing the wait. Ask my guests to take a seat and ask them kindly back to the desk. Which we didn’t get from your staff (Bamidele). We just sat ourselves down and We got a hi from her expecting us to know it’s her talking to us.

As a 4 star hotel i expected a lot more. Very embarrassing if this kinda service represents your brand/ company.

Also we were not informed we will be checked into a disabled room. Few things in bathroom was inconvenient for us because it’s so low. But we didn’t want to talk to ur staff so we let it slide.

However your staff in the morning shift is breath of fresh air. I just wished we were welcomed with this kinda service but it was our checking out time

There was not a restaurant with a varied nenu. Bar food was also setved in the main restaurant. Very disappointed we could not dine for a decent meal...
As we had enjoyed on past visits. Specially when the Indian curry experts from Whitechapel (Banglatown?) were in residence. We had to have fast food from the outside restaurants... in the shopping centre. Not good for a birthday gathering!

The property was in good condition. My hotel room must of had work done in it a some point because you can see where a piece of the ceiling was replaced. They did not plaster up the replaced sheetrock as if the needed to go back and repair it again. The property is right next to the mall which is very convenient.The train station is under the mall.

Had an excellent stay here. Hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to many restaurants & Westfield Shopping Centre. Room was very clean. Also asked for a late check out & was allowed to leave at 2pm (rather than 12pm) which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Centrally-located at the Stratford City Shopping complex, this hotel provides easy access to shopping, food, as transportation to the rest of London via the Tube station that serves multiple lines. Don't overlook the nearby Stratford Center for more affordable everyday items. Single line access to Heathrow Airport with a 50-minute trip that is accessible by elevator for those suitcases.

What a hotel! When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond.

We will definitely stay again & would like to thank Hyatt Regency Stratford for a wonderful stay!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor and the towels smelled like vinegar. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention, but instead of offering a proper solution such as changing the towels or cleaning the room, they simply offered me an air freshener.

This is unacceptable for a hotel stay, especially at check-in when the room should be in its best condition. A more proactive approach and better customer service would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and I will likely consider other options next time.

We booked this hotel as we went to the Iron Maiden concert at the London Stadium. Very convenient only 10 minutes walk.
However be prepared for a longer walk back as the event staff push you towards Stratford International. Westfield is shut down, obviously because of the large amount of people there, so the walk back took us 30 minutes. Not the hotels fault but just an insight of what could happen. Other than this annoying distraction the hotel is nice and a good location.
