This is a small hotel but it was very clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was great. Our room had an amazing sea view, and the hotel was close to everything. A big thanks to Ismail who was very kind to my mum, and helped us get a taxi to the Airport at a good price, he also showed us a great restaurant very close to the hotel.

The only problem with this place is climbing the stairs to get to our room, but it was worth it as the view is fantastic and the room is perfectly comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My wife particularly liked the breakfast and the helpful staff. She said that it was definitely the best place that we've stayed in for our whole trip.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, great view from terrace. But one thing that is a throw off is the nose level from outside and inside. There are shops next to the hotel and the owners of those shops stay out late and yell and argue out on the streets and talk very loudly throughout the night and into the morning hours sometimes. Last night there was an old man who was so drunk he was yelling the whole time you could not sleep and at no point did the management do anything about it. We stayed at this hotel for couple of nights and every night it was the same issue. I don’t understand why management is not doing anything about it. I am not gonna stay somewhere where I can’t sleep, lack of management response is very disappointing. I can’t believe no one else has mentioned this issue in the reviews. So if you want sleep don’t come to this hotel because management doesn’t care. Also very thin walls no insulation on windows you can hear everything from the outside and inside. Very noisy street also with regular traffic. I won’t be back to this hotel unfortunately. I liked everything but the nosiness and lack of management response.

Izzet went out of his way to help us with booking a cab, restaurant recommendations, and sharing his knowledge of the area. It was lovely to start the day having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea.

Great Stay in Fatih

The location was perfect! The hotel offered access to an amazing terrace where the breakfast was offered. We enjoyed our balcony rooms. I wasn't crazy about our bathroom given that the bathtub was a bit high to get in and there was no handle for the actual shower head. There were a few issues to which the staff was a bit slow to respond but were very nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel but not for a demanding customer.

We unfortunately we only at this hotel for a few hours due to travel/flight issues, BUT the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful (at 2:30am), our little patio was great to watch sunrise and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very picturesque. Wish we could have stayed longer to find out about the area, but would definitely go back!

Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is on a cute street that offers you some privacy from the hustle and bustle of the city, but you’re steps away from the landmarks. Exceeded my expectations. Great breakfast overlooking the sea. Deluxe room was spacious and clean. Staff is kind and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Sultanahmet area. Aren suites was in a perfect location with all the top attractions within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and bright- we had a room with sea views. I stayed in this property with my wife and kid for a two weeks vacation.The hotel is in great location, well maintained and cleaned and the staff was very helpful, courteous and always at your call when needed.Wont exaggerate if I say this was the best hotel accommodation I ever had. The property is in a good touristy spot with lots of dinners and at stones throw away distance to blue mosque and ayasofia mosque. The manager and the staff was very kind which made our stay very pleasant, aways greeting the guests, willing to guide you with all the information you need as a tourist, and on our last day they even helped us with our luggages to the car which was totally unexpected.
Forgot to mention they have a good a breakfast.This is a nice hotel for everyone and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Istanbul.
The only problem we had we could hear people talking outside of the hotel and that occasionally bothered us during our sleep. Guess nothing can be done to stop that.

Other than this one issue, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely go back to the hotel again in 2023 for our next scheduled trip to Istanbul.

This is a small hotel with about 18 rooms, which has a lovely atmosphere. We got an excellent room on the 5th floor with sea view! It had a bed for the parents and a couch which opened to a queen size bed for the kids. The room was very clean and comfortable, even though minor maintenance issue were not addressed (eg replacing the hose in the shower).

Breakfast was tasty and healthy (eggs, one type of meat, some pastries, Turkish breads, fresh vegetables salads etc). Food variety is more limited in comparison to large commercial hotels, but the cooking staff was happy to provide us a boiled my wife needed for her diet. The cooks speak Turkish, but not English. Perhaps small English signs describing the ingredients near the cooked food and salads could be helpful to bridge the language gap.

I strongly recommend this hotel, which provides full value for money.

I booked this for my parents and they couldn’t have been happier.

Booked room with sea view when arrived gave me another room and the room with the view will be available next night moved in next night and had to go to another room the day after. 3 nights 3 different rooms.
Found a good role of hair on the floor with nails.
It’s not professional to have such a service.
Shower towels are very old and very surprised how do they present it in the shower.
Turn the AC ON and will take another 1 to 2 hours to cool the room down. Some time you have to call them to come up and turned it on.
The only good thing was the breakfast view.
I can do much better than that if i had a house at the same location.

Had a very pleasant experience staying at the Aren Suites. It is a small establishment which gives it more of a \"bed and breakfast\" feel which was perfect for our stay.

Hotel is situated at a perfect location with all major attractions just walking distance away. Breakfast at the terrace provides amazing view of the Bhosporus river. Breakfast was good with nice variety of Turkish hot and cold dishes.

Rooms are spacious and very nicely equipped with with fridge, coffee maker and TV in the room. Room didn't have a microwave but we didn't need it during out stay but it would be nice to have.

Everything was neat and clean. Best part was the amazing staff. They were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Aren suites and are already planning our next stay.

The hotel is in great condition, newly renovated and very clean. The neighborhood is ideal for exploring the most interesting attractions.
Mehmet, one of the concierges, went above and beyond to help me plan my sightseeing and offering great insight into the city. And when I arrived a day early than my reservation and the hotel was full, helped me find another equal hotel in the same area.

Very nice hotel, centrally located near major attractions and train station. I felt safe in the area. Checking in was very efficient and so was checkout. The guys at the front desk were very nice and always greet you. The superior room with a view was big enough for 2 people and you do have a view. The breakfast was adequate with the usual eggs (boiled and scrambled), few turkish dishes, tea, coffee, juice (for me it was good enough). Housekeeping clean and replace towels everyday. AC, hot water in good working condition. I want to thank Mehmet for translating my medicine for me.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Stayed with the family for 5 days. They were really accommodating, even provided early breakfast for us in Ramadan and helped with arranging our activities during the stay. The place is really clean and the breakfast is great. Great overall service and would definitely recommend this. Really close to Blue Mosque.
Wifi is a little unstable and could use some improvements.

My family and I just came back from our Istanbul trip. We stayed at Aren suites for 7 days and absolutely loved the cute boutique hotel and it’s location! The proximity to all the major sites (Aya sofya, Topkapi, Blue Mosque, and even the tram line) made our stay with 3 young children effortless and comfortable. Add to that the inclusive breakfast spread, and an attentive staff, we would recommend Aren suites to everyone.

Comfortable beds, great location and price. Breakfast can be improved. As well some mold along the shower doors needs to be cleaned. Overall great, would stay again. Bonus rooftop view overlooking Bosphorous. Customer service was A+. There’s a steep point that needs to be climbed to get to the Blue mosque. Not for elderly who may have issues going uphill.

Lovely and helpful staff, a clean and well decorated room, great views from the terrace, a 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque, good wifi... In short an amazing experience. Travelers should know that you must have a room key inserted in a special slot for electricity to run in your room. If you only have one card, this means that the room will be quite hot and stuffy if you return from a day's sightseeing. But I'm sure this helps keep the place reasonably priced. So, it didn't look like the terrace had a functional bar or restaurant. Considering the panoramic views of the sea and city, I actually appreciated just being able to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast is served on the lobby floor, and then can be brought up to the terrace.

I got hurt while traveling and the front desk guy call a taxi driver to go the pharmacy and he paid my medicine out of his pocket then I pay him back that was incredible this place is very close to everything we were 4 in my family and it was perfect good breakfast. Advise do not use taxis or tour from the one that offer at the airport the guys at the hotel will take care of that for you at a lower price. We will be back thank again

Location, location and friendly staff!

Aren Suites is all about location and staff. The hotel is in the heart of the Sultanahmet neighborhood walking distance to all the top sites. The terrace offers amazing views! The staff is possibly some of the friendliest I have ever met in the hospitality industry. They are polite, accommodating and offered amazing tips during our stay. The only drawback is the wi-fi connection is poor.

Friendly hotel in great location

Small intimate hotel in great location. Lots to see and do nearby. Friendly staff who were very happy to help with bookings and information. Roof top terrace with views over the harbour. No gym, no pool but you can’t have everything!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff

We are a family of 4 and we found our room a great size for us. The staff were so friendly and very hospitable. The location was unbeatable with the major attractions being only 5 minutes away and restaurants and transport so close. Thank you. We definitely would return
