The staff were extremely helpful whenever we had a question. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to be near the main attractions in Istanbul!

A gem in the Old City. Super convenient to Blue Mosque Hagia Sophia and other attractions. Can walk almost anywhere
we went.
Varied, tasty and generous breakfast.
Newer hotel for area. Clean and well maintained.
Good value for cost.

We had absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. It is located in the heart of the old city of Istanbul, just around the corner from the blue mosque. The room was very cute. The view from the terrace was astonishing. The breakfast was outstanding. Thank you for the team for providing a good service and making our stay happy.

The Albinas Hotel Old City far exceeded our expectations!! From check-in to check-out we can’t fault anything. The room was exceptionally clean with all the typical amenities one would expect. The area around the hotel was extraordinary good for access to excellent food, shopping, and sites. We were even within 5-10 minute leisurely walks to several iconic Istanbul symbols like the exquisite Blue Mosque and the incredible Hagia Sofia! Also within walking distance was the immense Grand Bazaar. There was literally something excellent to experience in every direction we walked. As well we took a wonderful three hour Bosphorus Strait tour that was arranged through the hotel and we were picked up at the hotels front door in a bus and drove to the boat - then back.
The breakfast in the spotless indoor terrace was fantastic with so many choices and there were a few new choices each day.
The absolute highlight of the hotel were the incredible staff. Every one of them could not have been more friendly, kind, gracious, and above and beyond helpful. They all will be part of our perfect memories of this hotel and this amazing city!
Special shout out to our new cat friend that greeted us on the steps of the hotel every morning.

We had a lovely time at this place. It has a cozy environment, but most importantly the receptionist who's name was Eren was very patient, friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. Which is so important when you're in a new city. Also the lady who was working in the kitchen called Makbule, was very welcoming too and we had some delicious authentic Turkish breakfast. Overall definitely recommend this place.

Staff help and assistance jn providing various tour information are great. We stayed 4 nights. Although a few blocks away from Blue Mosque and all major attractions, walking to get there is not a good choice as sidewalks and pavements are not ADA-compliant as in the USA, there are no marked crosswalks and Stop signs for safe crossings of uphill streets. Regular shuttles by the hotels could be provided as an option for the elderly,

The rooms were excellent and pretty big. The bed was cozy and the wi-fi was fast and reliable. I parked my rental vehicle and did not have to use it since all of the attractions were within a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I would stay again.

Small boutique hotel with fantastic staff willing to help with questions and suggestions. Helped arrange reservations and great breakfast and views from roof top. All the main sights of Old Istanbul within walking distance, lots of good food also.

Overall the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast comes highly recommended and dishes change daily. The staff in the kitchen enjoy life which adds to the experience.

The breakfast has many elements of Turkish cuisine which we enjoyed along with options of coffee strength and combinations.

The rooms are well maintained and the shower is a real plus.

Overall a very good experience in this boutique hotel.

Staff were mostly very helpful had an issue with the air con in our room it was either on all the time or off. Took a couple of days to resolve which was inconvenient especially at night. Roof top was lovely and never busy ( no bar ) staff had no issues with us taking our own drinks though. Room was a tad small but had everything and the beds were very comfortable. Great location for the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia as well as the Grand Bizarre although we found that very over rated. All in a very nice spot to start for a short break to Istanbul . Some of the restaurants locally were very average though food was much better in Kadikoy and a lot cheaper.
Thank you to Furkan and Gosiki for arranging our Taxis to and from the airport.

The property is in a great location. You can walk to all the sites easily. There are restaurants and markets close by as well. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast that can be eaten on the rooftop terrace with view or in the charming dining area. I would love to stay at the Albinas Hotel next time I am in Istanbul.

Property was perfect for our needs .... a place to shower, sleep and have breakfast. Conveniently located in the old town, we could walk everywhere.

The water pressure and temperature in the shower, were excellent.

The only issue that we had, was that the \"smoking area\" was just outside our window, and our room often smelled of smoke.

Albinas Hotel, old city Istanbul was a Marvellous Experience. The location was Ideal for a tourist like me and the staff there truly made me feel at home.... especially the Manager...Mr. Murad. Not only did he made sure our stay was comfortable, but also helped greatly with some tips on how to get~around Istabul 'hassle~free'!
I 'ld definitely recommend Albinas Hotel to anyone planning on a Tourist visit to Istanbul.

Albinas Hotel Old City is a hit!

Conveniently located in the Old City. A small boutique hotel that is very well run. Breakfast is nice. We would have appreciated more fresh fruit at breakfast. Walkable to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, 2 Bazaars, the Hippodrome with many important historic sites. Hotel staff steered us to a good neighborhood restaurant. The room that we had was small, but adequate.

Great location n Quiet for good sleep

Central location, easy walk to blue mosque, Sofia church and the main attractions, we used train a lot to surrounding area. Breakfast place is lovely at the roof top but it could be better if there can be some variety on alternative day. Feeling safe to walk back hotel at midnight. Both airports are 40-60 min by taxi for around TL160 each way using tunnels. Would definitely return if I ever visit Istanbul again.

A great choice in central location

We are family of 3 staying in 2 rooms for 5 nights in mid of August. Our rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floor and both rooms are quiet at night. The location is very central, blue mosque, Sofia church, Tokapi, underground cistern are pleasant walk from hotel. We use tram a lot and it’s only 15min walk from hotel. We feel safe walking back to hotel at midnight from tram station. Taxi to SAW airport is only 40mins using tunnels. I did not give 5stars because ours rooms are in different floors, breakfast is the same everyday and I had cold shower on the first night due to unstable electricity supply.

Location is excellent. Blue mosque, hagia sofia, topakapi, grand bazaar, spice bazaar are all at a walking distance. Restaurants nearby are good. Its a small boutique hotel. Rooms are clean. Expect no special facilities. Standard rooms are very small. Superior rooms are ok for two people. Staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is extremely close to all the main sites in Old City Istanbul. You are on walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica, Archeological Museum, etc. The breakfast is good. I didn't like the A/C: It never really cool off the room. It is a nice, fairly new hotel but calling it a 4-star hotel is a bit of a stretch.

Is ideally placed for all the major sights and museums, just a short walk to the coach drop off from the New Airport too. Hotel was clean, room a fine size (twin room), we weren’t in it much; there’s just too much to see and do. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a simple affair, but that was ideal.
Istanbul is an amazing city, so vibrant and the people are so friendly.

From the friendly reception to the super clean rooms we were very impressed. The breakfast was excellent and the location, 5 or so mins from the Blue Mosque, was an added bonus.Lots of nearby restuarants ans shopping options.

Only downside, if you wanted to watch TV after a tiring day, was the lack of British Channels
