Everything was wonderful, the hotel, the room, the delicious and wholesome breakfasts... The staff here were great! They were all super professional and nice from the door people to the front desk and cleaning staff. Overall the stay was very nice. We stayed here in the winter but we can tell it’s a beautiful place to stay in the summer as well. We felt that the rooms were nice and clean and had everything we needed. Only draw back was it was a bit loud when others were in the hall and we could hear the train come past.

We had the room with the private hamam which was unique.

Location was great. So close to the blue mosque and grand bazaar and other local markets.

Our stay at the Mula hotel was an excellent choice. The cleanliness was impeccable — the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and fresh.
The location was ideal, placing me within easy walking distance of many major attractions, shops, and local restaurants, while still being tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Public transportation was also very accessible, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff truly made the stay exceptional. They were warm, professional, and always eager to help — whether it was offering local tips, assisting with transportation, or ensuring we had everything we needed.

Overall my stay at Mula hotel was very good. Their customer service is not so great. We were locked out from our rooms before checkout time. Our rooms were not refilled properly at all times ie cups, glasses and water.
Bins were left out around the property, which was not a pleasant sight or smell.

The Mula Hotel is a beautiful, modern hotel, the features and characteristics of the hotel are charming, elegant and very pretty. We enjoyed a wonderful stay for 6 nights, the staff and the service we received deserve 10 stars! They were amazing, the quality and high standards were maintained throughout our stay. The food at the Mula Hotel restaurant was simply outstanding! It is rare to find such a hotel which ticks all the boxes. We stayed at the Blue Mosque Suite and thoroughly enjoyed breakfasts and sunset evenings on the beautiful balcony with wonderful views of the Blue Mosque. The hotel is ideally located, overlooking the Sea of Marmara, the waterfront coastal promenade and historic landmark tourist sites are all a short walk from the hotel. The Mula hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend to anyone booking a holiday in Istanbul.

I liked the fact that they were very welcoming and had gifts ready in the room when you checked in and as you checked out. It was also very clean. However the photos seem misleading as it does not look the way it does on photos. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, including directions.

We stayed at Mula hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice partial view of the sea. Breakfast had a very good variety of foods and the overall service was very good. We also had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. For our departure from Istanbul I wanted a reliable transportation source for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, and rather than using Uber or Bitaksi, the hotel made arrangements for a private car transfer for €120. The car arrived 15 minutes later than scheduled and had no air conditioning. After 5 minutes of driving the driver told us he had to make a stop for charging the EV. This turned out to be a detour of over 20 minutes. After resuming the drive the A/C was on for a few minutes and then turned off (I suppose the battery was low again). It caused us to arrive at the airport sweaty and much later than we had scheduled for, and had to rush through check-in and security. Unfortunately this spoiled an otherwise very nice stay and I cannot recommend the transfer services of the hotel.

Very nice hotel close to everything you need. Shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance and close to Tram which takes u everywhere. The breakfast in the morning was so good. The staff was so helpful with our request and helpful with instructions how to get around. The two bedroom was very roomy. Thank u Mula and staff for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at the Mula twice during my stay in Turkey, so you may see this review repeated:

I have only the highest praise for this hotel. Not just its perfect location on a charming and quiet cobblestone street, the absolute comfort of the hotel itself, but also the superior staff. A hotel can have the best amenities in the world, but without terrific staff, it would be nothing. I'm an older woman who was travelling alone and felt cared for, protected, and pampered. I want to especially name Paria and Baris who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They helped me sort out how to navigate the city, helped me with transportation, answered every question, offered useful advice, and in general met me with a welcoming smile and even stopped to chat for a moment. The motto of the Mula Hotel is \"your home away from home,\" and these two bring that motto to life . I will add that the quality of the restaurant is terrific. The patios with comfortable couches overlooking the sea are delightful. If I ever come back to Istanbul, this will be where I stay.

(I will only add that changing the sheets every day is luxurious, but unnecessary and not in keeping with the environmental goals of the hotel. Hotels typically give guests the option to ask for a sheet change and putting the towels on the floor to indicate they need new towels)

The place is amazing it is truly 5 stars plus, the area is great quite enjoyed the stay my room was street view not sure about the benefit of sea view as I noticed the train runs in front of the hotel on the sea side. It was quite in my side didn’t hear it running.
Definitely will come back if I’m visiting Istanbul.

The views from the Blue Mosque room were excellent. But honestly the best thing about the hotel was the amazing service. The entire staff went above and beyond. The include breakfast was also excellent.
The only thing that I should mention is that the calls to prayers may interrupt your sleep.
