Amazing experience at the Gulliver hotel. The front desk guy was really helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and at a very convenient location close to Sultanahmet, the metro and restaurants. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul and looking to explore the city.

Worst experience in every way. Room was clean on the check in after that we asked for the room service, but that lady came only fix sheets and new towel, didn’t remove garbage, didn’t clean washroom, didn’t put some water bottles. Washroom was broken from every corner; door, wallpaper and nothing to put your stuff, very basic sink.

The staff of the hotel was excellent, polite and very professional. I would like mention Baresh and Muhammad who were very helpful and supportive through out. Since these hotels are located in old city so can’t be compared with modern hotels in cosmopolitan cities. I would definitely recommend the hotel for short stay in Istanbul.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Gulliver Mansión fue absolutamente encantadora. La atención del personal superó todas mis expectativas: son increíblemente amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y, además, hablan español, lo cual facilitó muchísimo mi viaje a Estambul. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, a pocos pasos del centro histórico, muy cerca de la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía y con una vista espectacular a los restos arqueológicos del antiguo hipódromo, un verdadero lujo para cualquiera interesado en la historia de la ciudad.
Si bien la habitación no es lujosa, resulta más que suficiente para una estancia cómoda y perfecta en Estambul. La combinación de buena ubicación, trato cercano y un ambiente acogedor hace que recomiende este hotel sin dudarlo. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Los trabajadores del hotel fueron muy amables, muy simpáticos e incluso le dieron un regalito en forma de tarta a mi hija que estaba de cumpleaños. Pero: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y eso hizo la estancia horrible. Hacía mucho calor. Pedimos reparación varias veces, pero nada. Es un hotel humilde, lo sé, y por eso tiene un precio y no otro. Pero si anuncias aire acondicionado debes tener aire acondicionado en una ciudad como Estambul.
