Front desk Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very old and A/C was noise.
Bath room can saw the broken tiles and black mold on different side. The night shift maintainers worker is untrained.

Nice and safe area and walkable distance to some F&B shops. Need access card to access to rooms. There is family mart closeby as well. Key shopping malls like Grandview mall, Parc Central, Taikoo Hui, Tianhe City Sc is less than 2km away with a short 5-10mins didi ride. The building is big, tall and prominent, but the entrance to the building is on a small alley and some didi drivers will miss it and over shot to the main road.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The apartment is fairly clean in the living room and bedroom but the toilet and kitchen is a little bit run down. Good size to accomodate 4-6 people. The living and dining room is big and comfy and there is a balcony. Very comfortable beds. provide clean and big towels and amenities. The kitchen is good size but does not provide washing detergent for washing. Only provide sponge upon request. Most items in the apartment is fairly clean and new but toilet needs updating. Some areas in the kitchen is also dusty and needs more cleaning. Will consider to stay here again in future.

Good property in the new town area of Guangzhou. Near to metro and some shops. Some staff limited English but all helpful. Nice large 2 bedroom apartment with free snacks and drinks.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Near to minimart and service is excellent. The only disappointment is the toilet. The basin and toilet space is small. Limited place to hang towel or clothes in the toilet. Nevertheless is still a great place for family to stay.

Good service apartment hotel for family.

Good service provid with staff help unloaded our luggage and deliver to our room. Also help us to call a taxi when we needed. The apartment provide 2 breakfast and charge 50 Yuan each extra adult. Food is good and service is good. Apartment is roomy and bed is comfy. Bathroom hygiene can be improved because we found dirt around basin and the toilet. One important suggestion for the managerment is to install a telephone or alarm inside the bathroom, because my wife has locked herself inside but could not open the door because the faulty lock. We will book this hotel again when we come back Guangzhou.

It is a wonderful place to stay, huge apartment, very clean and well kept.
Breakfast is abundant and nicely served.

The executive apartment we booked was quite spacious as we had a lot of luggage, and a good view of city as we were quite high up. Good choice of both European and Asian breakfast which was good though some items were a bit cold. We got two free breakfasts included with the room rate and we had to buy a third breakfast. The hotel staff spoke English but some only had limited knowledge. The apartment was very clean but bathroom probably needs a little bit of work and was tiny. One of the staff members was quite helpful regarding what to do around Guangzhou and his English was okay.

Wonderful Stay

The staff's services were very courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, safe, and easy to find. The price is reasonable. We do like the facility with the washing machine. We really enjoyed staying there, and will definitely come back to stay there again if we visit Guangzhou again.

We were only here for one night but we were delighted by the location and quality of the accommodation on offer. We would certainly stay here again. Good variety of eateries nearby and the Canton Tower is about 40 mins walk away. Just a word of caution the apartment had a kitchen but there was no equipment to use in the kitchen so self-catering not an option.

Very clean and cooperative

This hotel was close to the exhibition center as well as some of really nice restaurants. The rooms were very clean and properly maintained. Having some recreational facilities would have been nicer but overall an excellent place to stay. And and not to mention the staff was veryyyy cooperative and spoke pretty good English. Will surely stay here again.

1. I asked for a higher level inside the building when i checked in (Mine was level 4) . and i was told there's possibility that our room could be in a higher level. 4 times more or less i required, the answers from different employees in the front desk were basically the same\"ok, it could be on Friday\" in the end i checked out on Sunday, no one ever remembered that. very frustrating.
2. The shower room was a bit weird. either it was all cold or all hot water.
3. Nice room, a regular living room and a small balcony. due to my room was low, the view wasn't good enough. that's why i wanted a hight floor.

Far from Metro but nice two bedroom suites

This hotel has apartment style 2 bedroom suites at a decent cost with a shared bathroom. The room included 2 breakfasts (though we were 4....) and the restaurant did not have stellar food so plan to go out. It's also a 15 minute walk to the metro. The front desk staff on two seperate days had poor attitude (in Chinese to my friend) and some barely spoke English. I will likely not stay here again as there are better 2 bedroom options in Guangzhou.

The restaurant service was very bad, the waitress really need basic training. A waitress forgot my lunch order until I remind her half hour later. She even didn't say sorry. and next day again a ridiculous waitress stop me share the table with other guest for my breakfast, Actually the friendly gay invited me to share his table because breakfast tables were full.

My family had 2 week stay at this hotel. Comfortable 2 bed room apartment. We have connected gas service, it is extra charge for gas, so we could cook in the mini kitchen. There are a few good restaurants near by, no worry where to eat. Also several mini market around. Nice quiet place, close to center city. If you looking for a hotel for family stay, this one is good.

Lovely place and great value

Dan Exec was a great place to stay for the price, fantastic large and comfortable rooms which were clean and pleasant. The staff were difficult to communicate with but very friendly and hard working when we requested certain things (although the language barrier made things tough).

The only other thing was location - Dan Exec was probably a little far away from the department stores and restaurants you find on trip advisor but the metro was very easy and convenient to use so it was not too big a deal.

In all a great place to stay for the cost, really good value for money!

Great hotel great bargain.

Excellent hotel really should b considered a 4 or 4.5 star hotel in my opinion. I would highly recommend this to any traveller as it is convenient and has huge rooms. Only issue is I find the hotel is really stingy in some regards. Every time they bring up room service they make you sign a form stipulating all the cutlery you have borrowed from them. This I felt was a little unnecessary.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so some of the features listed were not available when we stayed, including the business centre. For a hotel in China, we found this place to be very nice, and certainly value for money (paid AU $49 for a boutique 1 bed apartment inc breakfast). The apartments have kitchens, but no pots and pans etc or microwave. The bathrooms are small but nice showers. The wi-fi was free and easy to connect to. Two of my co-workers were upgraded to 2 bed apartments as they were booked out of 1 bed apartments. The buffet was ok - toaster didn't work all the time and out of things like butter etc on some days. The hot food wasn't always hot and the options available were a little different to what we were used to but still we managed to find something we were happy to eat most days. The staff were all very polite. Housekeeping staff spoke no English, but the staff on the front desk spoke OK English. Some of the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The beds are quite hard as is the custom in China. I think the name may have changed recently - the taxi drivers all had trouble finding it. There is a \"family mart\" (bit like a 7eleven) and a cafe within walking distance.Overall, we had a good time there.

The Good, Bad and the Ugly

The Good= the staffs are so polite, humble, amusing even though none speaks English, but you will see that motive in them. The Bad= the location is bad, no day that I will go out and coming back that the Taxi driver will not get the road wrong, even when I had the hotel address written in chinese language, or should I say 90% of chinese driver cannot read their language, The Ugly= none of the residence utensils are provided, from the smallest spoon to cooking pot, none was provided, and to make the Ugly becomes more Ugly, thier MATTRESS is as hard as stone, could you imagine you come for a holiday, leaving behind all burst and burst to come and enjoy your holiday with a nice sleep, and getting to this hotel, all you will find is A \"STONE MATTRESS\", and when I approached the manager, all what she said was that they were sorry for the MATTRESS how strong it is, but that is the standard mattress that chinese people use, funny isn't it
