Cheap so don’t expect too much!

Room smelt of smoke! Think it may be coming in from our rooms via the air conditioning unit. Other than that the room was small and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast if included is not onsite. You need to walk down the road to a nearby cafe who will cook you something from their menu. I didn’t try the food but I did have the coffee which was so weak that it tasted like brown water.

Nice to stay but heartache getting there.

Excellent location. But this property is without a proper pick-up/drop-off bay for transportation. If you have lot of luggage, forget about staying here. You have to lug almost 30 meters from the drop-off point

Good hotel, location is somewhat off

Nice hotel. Not close enough to the metro and the boss has some very weird and strict policies regarding non-chinese guests.
I had a Chinese government certification that allows me to not hold a passprt but the boss didn't accept it, not until I had to call the local police. Very weird.

Beside they have a vary nice coffee at the lobby but far from the metro you have to walk about 15 min to go to the metro

It was a pleasant experience staying with the Mulian hotel, spacious hotel room with a huge double bed. Couldn't ask for better with the price i was paying for....

Nice hotel close to CBD but 20 mins walk from MTR

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days 2 night, it is nice, clean and with characteristics. The hotel is quite international, as I didn't expect they will have BBC, ABC news can be shown on TV. However, the booking of the hotel is only included ONE breakfast for ONE person for ONE morning, it is so weird as we booked it for TWO person and for TWO nights. LOL. Also, the air-con is not working well at all. No matter how low we changed to temperature, it stays at 24 degree Celsius, and not much air coming out which makes us very hot. Overall is fine to us.

Nice place...No coffee - no \"breakfast\".

The hotel itself is nice. Before booking I knew that the room had no window and no gym so that was fine. The problem is basically no breakfast (unless you are a big fan of bread). to day the room includes breakfast is a lie. Basically there were a number of types of bread and yogurt drink as the only options. The coffee machine was broken for both the days I stayed. The first day, I thought that these things happen but the point that it was not fixed the second (or coffee was not made and offered), made me question how long the machine was broken for or when it would get fixed. Also in the room, there is no coffee. Only water (which they charge a small fee for) and tea.

Good Hotel...But Windows Would Be Nice

Hotel is is good condition and is well decorated. But no amenities (restaurant, spa, bar) and no windows in rooms wasn't ideal.

Central location, not much else

Although this hotel is centrally located and quite new, it felt like it was designed and managed by c-list hospitality rejects. Finding the parking lot entrance was not easy. We circled the large block with no luck and had to check in first and ask for a hotel personnel to lead us to the parking area (shared by the apartment complex above). Parking lot attendants were not aware that the hotel guests could park there (even with a hotel personnel in our car telling them that it was okay!). Parking was only limited to 6 spots controlled by hotel staff. You have to call their front desk to have someone come down to allow you to park. The room was small, but expected for the rate (our room had no windows, a first for me and slightly claustrophobic). Since the hotel is located next to the river and only occupies the first and second floors, there were mosquitos in the hallways and rooms. This is really a two star business hotel masquerading as something much grander. Don't be fooled.

Nice small hotel

This is an nice small hotel, very new and clean. It is in a complex were the other buildings are a bit tired. The rooms don't have windows but the rooms are nice despite this, I would definitely stay here again, its is very central and good value.

I really enjoy the hotel and the atmosphere. The only bad part in my own opinion is that they didn't tell you at first the rooms don't have windows. Also was really hard to get there from the airport because there is only a small sign around the corner. It took me around 30 minutes to find where was the hotel. At the end all the staff was really friendly and kind.

やや不満が残る

チェックインの際に、支払い済みだったにもかかわらず、自身のクレジットカードではない他人のクレジットカードの伝票を見せられ、hotels.comから送られてきたレシートがこちらだからサインしてほしいと言われました。

自分の番号では無いのでと拒否をしましたが、受付に不審を抱きました。

また、バスルームへ通じるドアが完全に閉まらなかったり、所々設備のメンテナンスが不十分でした。窓はありませんが、それはわかっていたことなので、1-2泊だったら大丈夫かなというところです。

酒店指示不清晰,容易走錯方向。房內WIFI需問前台取密碼,不夠細心。房內牆紙因潮濕而有水印及剝落。如打開廁所門會有異味傳回房內。餐廳竟然不在酒店內,需沿酒店旁小路,走到餐廳,極不方便。

Software has room for improvement

The hotel wasn't far away (just 10-min drive) from subway, while it's hard for us to find a taxi to go there (taxi driver either marked a high fare or claimed it's distant area).

The hotel outside looked nice, but was too dark inside. Quite quiet place. But staff were too fresh (or insufficient training). Their customer service was so-so. They even didn't proactively provide breakfast coupons until we asked them for details.

早餐不是自助式，我看到一個在厨房裡的女人，用手指挖牙縫，我好希望不是她來弄我的早餐，結果是由另一個男的來弄，我真幸運!

閑静な高級住宅街の中の便利で静かなホテル

目の前に珠江公園があり、近くにイオン、公園の反対側には色んなレストランが入った広東広場、地鉄の5号線の潭村駅にも徒歩5分ぐらいで、どこに行くにも便利。

フロントスタッフの対応も親切、丁寧で、英語も問題なく通じました。

朝食も五種類の中から選べて中華も洋食もあり、種類が豊富。

お部屋も広く快適。
ただ、今回窓のない部屋を選んでしまって、流石に3泊すると圧迫感があったので、次は窓のある部屋に泊まりたいです。

交通の便が悪いが、他は充分に良い。

最寄りの地下鉄駅から徒歩20分はかかると思う。それだけがマイナスポイント。素直にタクシーを使った方が良い。フロントも各フロアもおしゃれな雰囲気。部屋もきれいで使いやすい。部屋はちょっと広すぎるくらい。朝食はフロントでクーポンをもらって一度外に出てThe Woodというお店で食べる。
