Staff is always very nice and facilities are excellent. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our shower was broken but fixed immediately 👍
On the negative side, digital check in not easy, charged a security deposit and that has not bern refunded when we checked out, not okay. Tapas restaurant had very slow service, not the waiters fault, only 2 on duty, they were hustling. Food still good but experience not as good as before

Overall great hotel for a fun getaway
The hotel was incredible amenities and staff are very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast has great variety.
Temperature control in room is lacking, only heating available, would be too warm in summer and no screens on windows to leave them open in the evening.

Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent.
What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms?
Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this?
Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better

Firstly, the room was huge, the balcony was massive, the bathroom & bedroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rest, however, is run down and past its sell by date. The furniture is old & bedraggled, the swimming area reminded me of communist Czechoslovakia as a boy and the bar & main restaurant are definitely straight out of the 80s! It was all bearable and the members of staff I encountered were all lovely, but I'd not likely stay here again.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Ein Kaffeeautomat mehr wäre gut gewesen, man stand lange an.
Leider war die eine Bahn der Kegelbahn kaputt rund der Tennisplatz war sehr verwahrlost (Rattenfallen und sehr sehr kalt).
Ansonsten war es überall sauber.

Das ganze Hotel war unterirdisch kalt. Das gesamte EG inkl. Bar und Restaurant war unbenutzbar. Menschen saßen in Mänteln im Lokal oder gingen wie wir, trotz Reservierung wieder und aßen in der Stadt.
Personal in der Bar komplett unzumutbar. Erst kam niemand, dann holten wir uns eine Karte selber, vom Fachmännischen Wissen, wie man eine Flasche Wein serviert, möchte ich nicht reden. Preise wie im Freudenhaus in Top!

Der Frühstücksbereich hatte nicht die Kapazität für die Anzahl der Gäste, weswegen man in andere Bereiche ausweichen musste, an denen ein gutes Sitzen und essen leider nicht möglich war. Das Personal war sehr nett, aber als wir um Zimmerreinigung gebeten hatten, wurde nur einmal durchgesaugt

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Heizung war bei einer Außentemperatur von -5 Grad ausgefallen - im ganzen Hotel außer im Badezimmer. Erst auf Nachfragen wurden Wolldecken beim Abendessen verteilt. Das Essen an der Bar war ungenießbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Allt fanns på hotellet. Perfekt för barnfamiljer för små upp till tonårsbarn. Med tillgång till tennishall, pool ute och inne med bastuavdelning och fotbad, bowlinghall i källare, gamingrum och två restauranger på hotellet som serverade utmärkt mat samt frukosten som var fantastisk där precis allt fanns, till och med en personal som stod och stekte din omelett om du ville. Allt var fint städat och hotellet kändes väldigt lyxigt. Samt väldigt nära sandstranden och nära lübeck där vi var på den mysiga julmarknaden.

Själva hotellet är fräscht, rent och ligger bra. Fin pool med bra badutrymmen. Frukosten är mycket bra och så är även servicen. Bra gångavstånd ner till shopping och stranden (även om vi inte nyttjade den då vi var där över jul). Bar och bi-ytor med spelrum för barn osv är också väldigt bra. Barmenyn va bra, till och med väldigt bra när vi var där. Tapasrestaurangen hade också väldigt bra mat, men servicen va lite proffsig från en i personalen. Om man bara har en meny på spanska och tyska får man leva med en del konstiga frågor från middagsgäster som inte behärskar något av språken. En idé kan ju vara att göra en ny meny där allt även finns på engelska, så blir det enklare för alla. Känns trist att som gäst behöva sitta med ChatGPT för att förstå menyn eller att kyparen verkar tycka att vi var jobbiga. En kypare som för övrigt inte heller kunde spanska (som vi kan lite grann utan att för del del kunna tolka en hel mat och dryckesmeny). :-D

Die Innenräume und der SPA waren toll. Wie waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut. Allerdings wäre ein Abräumen der benutzten Teller beim Frühstück wünschenswert.Die Freundlichkeit des Frühstückspersonals ist sehr unterschiedlich und könnte einen noch besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war eher ausreichend. Verkleidung am Tisch schmutzig, Tapete neben dem Bett schmutzig, Decke hatte einen Farbschaden und ein zerdücktes Insekt. Balkon war verdreckt, dort wurde lange nicht sauber gemacht, Decken und Wände übersäht mit Spinnweben. Im Badezimmer wurden auch nicht alle Oberflächen gereinigt. Duschbereich, dort war der Boden verkalkt, weil das Wasser nicht vernünftig ablaufen kann, weil das Gefälle schlecht designed wurde, somit sammelte sich das kalkhaltige Wasser zu einem See und beim Trocken sah man die Rückstände - schon beim Neubezug des Zimmers. Gardine hing an einer Seite runter.
Beim Frühstück waren die Stühle zum Teil sehr unansehnlich, viele mit Flecken übersäht.
Einige Oberflächen auch in der Lobby waren schon ramponiert und abgenutzt, wie z.b. Säulen an der Rezeption.
Im Restaurant waren die Fenster noch Baustelle, Fensterbereiche nicht fertiggestellt, offene Lücken unter dem Fensterrahmen zu sehen.
Personal war freundlich, Innenpool war in Ordnung, hätte für mich gern tiefer sein können. Wenn du gestanden hast, ging das Wasser geradmal etwas über den Bauchnabel. Fitnessbereich war gut.
Handtücher wurden bei Bedarf gewechselt.

Das Zimmer und die Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten im Hotel haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, aber der Nachschub kam etwas spät.

Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe im Wald...in 8 min ist man am Strand, wo es immer 2/3°C wärmer ist..Strandkörbe per Telefon oder online buchbar. A beautiful and luxurious hotel that truly lives up to expectations. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and well-maintained. The hotel offers a varied and modern selection of fitness and activity options, perfect for both relaxation and a more active stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and high quality. On top of that, the welcome was warm and the service throughout the stay was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Wir wollten spontan aus unseren Alltag raus und einen kleinen (5 tage ) Urlaub ans Meer machen und den Sand zwischen unseren zehen spüren, uns um nix Gedanken machen, einfach Seele baumeln lassen und zu unsern Glück wurde uns ein super Angebot vom Plaza Hotel gemacht, nicht lange überlegt einfach gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht, im Gegenteil es war Traumhaft, das Plaza Hotel bietet soviel für Familien, zb...Bowling..Tennis...Kegeln...Go-Kart....Zocker Ecke für Gamer...Innen und Aussen Pool.. Und paar Meter zu Fuß ein Traumhafter Strand, schön Sauber, Wasser Herrlich, Menschen sehr Herzlich, Gespräch Freudig.. Sogar Familien mit Hunden können mit ihren Vierbeinern zusammen am Strand Spaß und Entspannung haben auch im Hotel ist das Personal mit Herz dabei, super zuvorkommend, immer mit Rat und Tat an deiner Seite.. Dass Frühstück Hervorragend, Die Atmosphäre im Saal sehr Familär, sehr harmonisch und dennoch sehr professionell. Wir haben unsern Urlaubsplatz gefunden und buchen für nächstes jahr direkt 10 Tage mit Vorfreude das wir es kaum erwarten können unseren Koffer wieder zu packen und los zu fahren.. selbst unsere Mädels ( 6-7 jahre ) waren so Happy dass sie für das Personal Bilder gemalt haben und das Plaza Hotel mit Luft Sprüngen, breiten grinsen sich so gefreut haben und unseren Kids am nächsten Morgen gesagt haben dass sie es im Büro aufgehangen haben.Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit, dieses Hotel hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. es hat uns Alles gefallen. Insbesondere das Schwimmbad und die Sauna. Der Strand ist nicht weit, allerdings verläuft man sich sehr schnell im Wald, daher die Beschreibung genauer anhören. Der Parkplatz ist unmittelbar im Hotel. Die Ausfahrt sollte besser ausgeschildert werden, da man mehrere Runden dreht befor man rausfindet.

Hotellet har många kvaliteter men dåligt skött. Det är ogräs och tråkigt i omgivningarna trots att det kunde varit fantastiskt. Fasaden är smutsig vilket direkt ger ett tråkigt intryck tillsammans med avsaknaden av trädgårdsmästare). Rummet vi hade var nyrenoverat men låg nog sämst till på hela hotellet (halvt under marknivå). Kylskåpet fungerade inte och inte heller ventilationen (dessutom saknar hotellet AC). Det endte opp med at mine to barn med cøliaki fikk maten 30 minutter etter oss andre på hver frokost. Den spanske restauranten i hotellet brukte en time på å servere middagen. Veldig tregt.
Gocartbanen var ikke i bruk. Endel av spillene var ødelagt. Veldig trange og dyre parkeringsplasser og kun for biler under 1.90cm. Har man takboks kan man ikke parkere ved hotellet.

Es gibt keine Wattepeds, Q-tips, Conditioner / Bodylotion im Bad. Das hätte ich aufgrund des Preises auf jeden Fall erwartet. Bademäntel muss man sich an der Rezeption holen?! Warum liegen die nicht auf dem Zimmer? Etwas umständlich, wenn man spontan schwimmen gehen möchte.

Sehr gute Lage, ausgezeichnetes und vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Außerdem hat man viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten im Hotel selbst. Von Billiard und Bowling über Sauna und Schwimmbad ist alles dabei. Wir hatten leider bei Ankunft keine Seife im Badezimmer und es klebten Zahnpasta Reste von vorherigen Gästen am Waschbecken, nach einem Gespräch mit dem Personal wurde das Zimmer direkt erneut gereinigt und wir hatten nichts mehr zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
