My 2nd. stay in 1 week. Room, check in, and staff are very good. You just need to make sure your driver knows where reception is as its part of a shopping centre and not on the main Road.
I would say the downside is there is no bar and once you check out your out, no where to sit.
But there are plenty of good eating places right across the road and it's attached to a mall so coffee shops are nearby.
Breakfast is good, concierge is helpful and they do store your bags.
Both rooms I stayed in were excellent.

I accidentally injured my forehead ( hit on the edge of the luggage rack) and the staff were very prompt to help me get a premium Didi to the nearest hospital. When I returned to the hotel, they have removed the luggage rack and added anti-slip mats in the toilet for my safety and even gave me complimentary fruits and a get well card. Thank you so much!

I’ve been staying at Fraser suites with my family every time we visit GZ. The location is outstanding, attached to a shopping mall, direct access to the metro in a very central part of town. Besides the mall, there are many dining options in the area, and interesting places to go. The serviced apartments have been around for a while already but everything is maintained very well. It has just about all the creature comforts one could need. The staff and service are top notch. Special thanks this time to the manageress Kitty and our housekeeper Ms Cao Xiaohua (曹小花) who made our stay extra comfortable!

Conveniently located next to train station and connected to a mall. Everything is within reach even if one doesn’t want to move out. Fraser also comes with good facilities like gym and pool to provide a more balanced lifestyle. Happy to be back if visiting GZ.

Possible dust mite triggering allergy reaction upon 1st night in hotel. Booked room for 10 nights and also paid for upgrade when check in. Bad itch and marks on shoulder area for 4-5 days. Immediate Feedback to hotel the next morning but no concrete evidence although I shown the marks on shoulder and hands. I visited a local clinic near the hotel and diagnosis was allergy reaction. They rejected my request for discounts, refund or free nights so that I can extend my holiday.

I checked in at about 830pm due to late flight and did not consume any seafood which they suggested to be a possible allergy reaction. This reputable international 5 star hotel could have done more than a thorough clean of room after incident. They did not and my holiday with kid only was dampen by this.

Big room with comfortable bed. Room comes with washing machine and microwave. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Can't ask for more from the room and the staff.

The hotel is connected to OneLink mall and a metro station. The metro station is on line 3 and you need change to line 1 at the next station to get to most of attractions. Around the hotel has plenty of eatery and convenience shops. Hence, I would suggest not to get breakfast from the hotel, it's not the best ans guangzhou is famous for local breakfast.

Location is fantastic, just above One Link Walk shopping mall with lots of cafes and restaurant. Train is at door step and many malls near by. Staff are very polite and helpful. Bathroom is very spacious and clean. Bed is super comfy.

I highly recommend to anyone to stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou. Metro right at the door and many great shopping malls are around walking distance. Also many great restaurants nearby. They are connected to a shopping mall. All the staff are very frindly and willimg to help anyway they can.
They have retreat room which has very nice massage chair you can use 24/7. Golf simulator was also nice to spend some time. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very nice room with everything you can need in a very good location. Washer/dryer were very usefull. Connect to a shopping center with restaurants (lot nearby) and subway. Got there very early, room was not available but could access a shower at sauna! Breakfast was good with many choices. Was on 25th floor so amazing view snd very quiet!
Location is amazing, close to so many shopping malls, restaurants (from nice restaurants to fast food) and convenience store…30 mins subway to beijing road, 40mins to canton fair complex. 1:20hrs to airport !
staff very fiendly and usefull and always someone who can speak english.

Will be back for sure !

I enjoyed our stay in this apartment hotel! The Suites Hotel is well located upstairs from the best shopping mall in Guangzhou—steps from the metro station. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful too.
The apartment itself is a little bit tired (the wood floor has scratches and dents everywhere), But other than that, we have no complaints. Everything is all perfect. We definitely will stay here on future trips to Guangzhou. so much

My first room was smelly in the toilet. But we were later offered a free upgrade to a bigger & better room. The second room was good until the occupant next door started cooking. The smell came through to our living area via the air-con vent. Apparently 3 apartment rooms with one central air-con unit. However, I would like to compliment the staff because she made every effort to resolve the problems for us.Much appreciated. Apart from that smell issue, the apartment is very well-located and well-equipped.

Reception and staff were fine. Staff at Reception was able to speak in clear english which was helpful to myself. Rooms were decent. As far as Residences go, the rooms were as to be expected. Nothing too adverse nor spectaculer ...it was standards to be expected for the price paid.

Staff here are excellent. The room is clean comfortable and spacious with all you need for a week such as kitchen and washing machine. Housekeeping spotted a security issue with my door and told the front desk - they upgraded me so they could fix it. Very impressive. Good breakfast, different every day. Concierge helped me to mall lift with my case as had a shoulder injury.

Reliable Favourite with Excellent Service

This hotel is a reliable favourite, for both business travel and family holidays. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is excellent - step out of the hotel, go in any direction, and big shopping malls, restaurants, and small shops abound. The subway is a 2-minute walk, and the train station in a quick 10-minute cab ride. The staff are extremely helpful as well, and go out of their way to assist you - anything from hailing a cab, buying train tickets, to sending out packages for delivery.
