Large and comfortable apartment. There is some building work going on but this did not affect our stay at all.

The location is great - very close to the metro and shopping malls. I would stay again.

This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage.

*** Jane (I think that was the name) was very good. ***The staff accommodated early check in/ late check out requests***But they speak little English***The hotel is in a busy downtown mall area next to VT101. ***Difficult to find***Make sure you have Chinese address printed for the driver***From VT 101, there is ‘Perris Hair’ and then Springdale in the same lane. ***This entrance was closed to vehicles that day***Has a washing machine and a kitchenette***Rooms are two small. If you have two or more suit-cases, there is no room to move.***Only one breakfast comes with the room, if there are two of you, you have to pay for the second one.***Housekeeping was late after 2:00 PM*** There is good safe in the room in a good closet***Basic but good shower with 30 minutes of hot water***Elevator door closes before you get it. The booking reservation was for 2 people and said buffet breakfast was included. On arrival we were told only 1 buffet breakfast was included because of the room type. Expedia didn't reply to my email and we wasted time each day trying to sort this out. On our last day we just went to McDonalds. I recommend staying at a different hotel if you want the convenience of breakfast included.

We attended the Canton Fair and the hotel had a bus once per day to/from the venue. I recommend staying at a hotel with more return bus options, I know it costs more but the time you save is irreplaceable.

Disappointed....

This is my first review but I felt inclined to leave this comment.

1. The hot water stopped working so we were forced to shower in the cold. No solution as nobody was working that could help.

2. The rooms had a weird odour, my allergies were acting up bc of the dust, mold could be found everywhere, walls are tearing down bc of the humidity.

3. My umbrella was broken so I dumped it and the hotel forced me to pay 100rmb for it. During the ordeal I went to the washroom and the bloody soap dispenser broken and leaked all over my pants and damaged my passports.

4. When I asked to speak to a manager she never showed up or called me back.

Huge disappointed given this was supposed to be 4 stars and managed by large Singaporean group. Besides all the negativity the location was amazing but that’s it.

The room is excellent for a family. But I do not recommend for a couple to stay. The place is spacious clean and tidy. Above all there is a balcony. But it is too home feel instead of holiday feel. Great for family but not couple.

Nice hotel in the city centre

It's my second stay here after several years. To my pleasure and surprise I got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which is quite large and roomy. The facilities are good with a small kitchen which is typical for a service apartment and the room specific wifi router is really a plus! Hotel location is excellent with large shopping malls/restaurants nearby, and within a few minutes walk via an underground mall to the MRT station. Overall, it's really enjoyable and worth more than I paid for.

A good service apartment

I will definitely book this apartment for my Guangzhou trip. The location is great, bus stations and underground railway just nearby. It takes only 5 minutes drive from Guangzhou East Station. Although their front desk is small, the staff can still provide services efficiently.

Very Comfotable Stay in Hot, Hot Guangzhou.

The apartments are easy to find from the Metro and are in a good location. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. English was spoken, enough for us to communicate easily anyway.

Stayed there with my parents and it was fantastic. Very nice apartment giving us plenty of space yet still together. Staff were very helpful and I heard breakfast was great. they only provide free breakfast for two people.

Apartment overall clean & welcoming but was difficult to locate at 1st. It's d 2nd block just behind Victory Tower mall. Subways easy to get around GZ. Vehicular n human traffic are equally terrible on this stretch. Lots of up-market malls n nice restaurants. Apartment great for families n price reasonable. It's comes complete with cutlery, pots n pans, dishwasher, clothes washer with detergents, big fridge, bedroom slippers,... We took a 2 bedroom apartment which comes with 1 double n 1 super single bed. Can sleep for 4. Living room sofas was great too. We stayed on 19th floor...not much facing but it's ok. Beds are hard though n pillows are soft n flat. Perhaps management can improve better on pillows n thicker comforters. I made this booking without breakfasts for 3 adults...upon check-in, we were given complimentary breakfasts for 2 daily. Breakfast spread was ok with bread, simple porridge n noodles, some western spread, juices n fruits. Location was good...walking distance to subways n surrounding malls...Victory Plaza, Tee Mall, Taikoo Hui, GrandView plaza...also Canton Tower is just 2 stops away fm Tiyu Xilu Stn (Line 3 subway). Line 3 also connects direct to Baiyun airport. Note: Be prepared to rush with d crowds.

Great hotel to stay at for the Canton Fair

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful and the 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. Best of all it was only 15-20 minutes by (free) shuttle to the Canton Fair. Will definitely come back.

Very generously upgraded to a 2-bedroom on my first stay, was in executive king my second time at Springdale. Service is good, though the front desk is often slammed at peak check-in and check-out hours. Seems that they generally aren't able to accommodate early check-in, which is understandable if inconvenient to the tired traveler.

Had some trouble with confusion between housekeeping and the froy desk re: laundry left hanging on the door outside, resulting in a somewhat frustrating and prolonged early morning phone call, but no big deal. Clean, efficient room and helpful staff enough to prompt repeat stay.

The photos look better than reality.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's definitely not a 4-star and the interior is beginning to show its age. During our 10-day stay, we encountered problems with the ventilation. Cooking and cigarette smell from someone else's room flooded our room every other day, and it took a while for the odour to go away each time. This made me rethink about future stays in serviced apartments.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, every day items replenished were different. We never knew what to expect. Some days we had all tea and no coffee, and other days there'll be no creamer. The shower gel and shampoo was not replenished every day and to make it up some days we were given 2 tubes.

Overall, the location was its saving grace. It is conveniently located 5 minutes walk away from the entrance of an underground mall. Another 10-minute walk through the bustling mall takes you to the metro station. Teemall, Grandbuy and Grandview are all within walking distance of the apartment.

I would recommend this hotel

The hotel is new, the studios are large and comfortable.
The kitchen is an advantage. The hotel is centrally located, the metro station almost in front of the hotel and a large shopping center is no more than 100 meter away.

スタッフの対応が良かったです

駐在の帰国直前の2週間滞在しました。設備は新しくはないですが、ホテルスタッフは日本語ができる人も多いし、対応が良く、とても好感が持てました。部屋内設備に洗濯機は書いてませんが、ベランダのようなスペースに乾燥機能付きの全自動が置いてありました。イオンやセブンイレブンも近く、長期滞在には良いと思います。

家族が日本から戻り、自宅隔離となったために、外泊する必要から利用した。
設備、サービス共に問題になるような点は無かったが、シャワーを使用すると横窓から、隙間風が入ってきて、少し寒かった。気温が高ければ問題無い。
10泊したから、ランドリーがあったのが良かった。

地點挺方便，5分鐘就可以去到商場。

まああと1割安くてもいいかな、という感じではありますが。使わなかったけどキッチンもあるし調理器具もあるので長期滞在にはお勧めだと思います。

長期出張で、studioタイプの部屋に滞在しました。
全般的に言えば、フロントの方のサービスがよいので満足しました。
コンビニは近いですが、駅からは歩くので地下鉄利用者には不便です。タクシーの運転手はホテルの名前を伝えるだけでは場所が伝わらないことが多いです。
部屋は全体的に古い。シャワールームに外からのスキマ風があり寒かったのが辛かったです。
部屋の冷蔵庫はとても小さいです。
味は日本の一般的なビジネスホテルより少し下です。
長期滞在者向けにしては種類は少なめ。
ワッフルは甘めだけどそこそこ。クロワッサンは歯応えなく香りがない。
コーヒーは美味しくない。
フルーツはまあまあ美味しい。サラダは新鮮。

公寓的清洁和管理基本和高级酒店一样了。房间很大房间配有厨房洗衣机和冰箱，非常适合度假/家庭使用。
公寓一层是自助餐厅，早餐品种和质量都还不错。
酒店处于广州非常繁华的天河城里面的安静小区里，旺中带静。周边的商店和美食餐馆无数。下楼就可以吃喝玩乐。
地铁站离公寓步行距离，去机场火车站搭乘地铁非常方便。

とても快適に過ごせました。

とにかくロケーションが良いです。地下鉄の駅から近いですし、徒歩圏にたくさん買い物や食事が楽しめる場所があります。お部屋自体は広々していて清潔感もありました。日本語のテレビが見れたこと、洗濯機が付いていたことはとても良かったです。ただ、写真だとお部屋がとても明るいのですが、実際は薄暗かったです。その点だけが気になりました。毎日ペットボトルの水も補充されます。調理はしませんでしたが、調理も出来るキッチンが付いています。フロントの方々もとても親身になってこちらの声に耳を傾けてくれました。長期滞在にお勧めです。朝食は一名分だけ無料でしたが、大人二名、子供一名での予約なので、せめて二名分は付いていたら良かったです。１ベッドルームの為、一名分無料ということでしたが、中途半端な設定のような気がしました。

史上最悪のホテル体験　Hotels.comも保証無し。

史上最悪のホテル体験でした。
予約した部屋の半分ほどの大きさ、バスタブもなく、黒ずんだシャワーのみの部屋に案内されました。間違いかと思い問い合わせようとしましたが、Hotels.comの問い合わせは電話しかなかったので、帰国後に問い合わせたところ、ホテルと共謀したかのように、「お客様が宿泊されたのは予約された広くて高い方の部屋です。間違いありません。」とのことで、差額の返金も真実の追究もなく、泊まってもいない、高くて大きい部屋の方の料金を払わされました。
これから講習に行く機会が多くありますが、とにかくこのホテル（寮のようなレベル）には二度と泊まらないと思います。
広州に行く人にも必ず注意喚起します。
Hotels.comの対応もごまかしてやり過ごしたい感が満々で、チャットにて2日間クレームを入れましたが、自分で中国のホテルに聞けとのことで、ホテルとのやりとりの詳細も開示されませんでした。
Hotels.com全体の体質か、担当者が悪いかはわかりませんが、二度と使いません。

泊まってもいない部屋の他人の領収書を渡されたので、こちらに添付します。
私の名前ではありません。すでにここに間違いが発覚しています。
にもかかわらず対応無し。
このような悲惨な体験をした人がたくさんいるでしょう。このサイトには。
