This hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of Makati with numerous shops, restaurants and clubs/bars within walking distance. The facilities/room were clean, but the room is very small, with little, to no amenities at all. No drawers, no closet, no refrigerator, microwave, or in room coffee maker.... nothing but a small room safe and a flat screen TV on the wall at the foot of the bed. Speaking of beds, the bed was comfy with soft fluffy comforter, and down pillows. Overall, if seeking just a place to sleep and be out and about otherwise, most of the time, you cannot beat this clean, well located hotel and its great, courteous and professional staff. Shooters Bar & Grill adjacent to the hotel is a very fun, communal bar, with 2 pool tables, karaoke on Wednesdays and Thursdays and live entertainment on Friday nights too.

Room was clean..although the linens are not properly washed lots of stain and the Towels are are old and looking like rags they should bleach it..aside from that everyone are helpful and accommodating. They can do better with the condition of linens and beddings. And basic amenities and water atleast. The location is very convenient, walking distance to almost everything u need.

The location is perfect for Makati and Poblacion. I walked everywhere and “Grab” app was decently priced going around Makati from the hotel. The room is decent- the price is right so you just have to think of the essentials. AirCon was strong! A+ for that. Shoutout to Celine in the front desk! She was very kind and a gracious “host” during my stay!

I’ve stayed here many times prior and had no issues. I booked one stay on the wrong date and spoke with staff while attempting to check in. She advise it was the wrong date and said if contacted the third party they would be willing to allow the refund. After attempting to get a refund, they advised the third party that they will not refund me. This is after I already spoke with the front desk manager at the time.

I’ve stayed here many many times before with no issues. This one incident left a really bad experience with me and I will never stay here again. They just want your money and have no care for customer service whatsoever. Their customer service is absolutely careless. Go somewhere and book where you as a customer, are treated fairly.

You get what you pay for. Rattling AC, rooster farm on the rooftop next to your window, bedsheet stains and holes. I'm basically tripping over rats walking down the road leading to the hotel. You will get harassed every time you leave the hotel and everywhere in the nearby area. This place seems to be intended for 1 night redlight district stays. My bad for not researching the location beforehand. But regardless of that theres no way this property deserves the high reviews it has.

This was my second time I stayed at this hotel. Located in the heart of Poblacion Makati, so expect to see all sort of characters outside the hotel. My room was basic but clean, the kind you get when you stay with Red Planet. The rain shower is a plus. Staff are always smiley and accomodating. Will stay here again.

Good large shower cubicle, and bathroom with gel dispensors. Large bed for tall ppl, not much space for luggage. Wall mounted hairdryer. Two bedside tables, two sockets, fold down wall table. No fridge, kettle. Free drinking cold water in lobby. Clean friendly place with lots happening within walking distance. Reccommended.

Close to Burgos and plenty of shops

Budget red roof, I’ve stayed here several times before, rooms are pretty small but cheap price and the location is in the heart of Makati walkable or a short ride to all the best of the city. I just don’t like the bedsheets, they are heavy and too hot, even with the AC on I felt myself sweating and with the AC off it’s not comfy on top of the covers either. Aside from the bedding it’s worth the price for its location.

A 4 night break after my partner had a mbike accident. Comfy room, sports bar/restro attached with good food, short distance to shops cafe. Aircon a bit noisy, no fridge, no hot water but lukewarm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free drinking water in lobby. Daily linen if required. TV had a gd number of channels but sound poor and no subtitles.

If you want to party then you’ll like it here. If your a Passport bro you’ll like it here😅! The near by bars play loud music until 0400. The area is very dirty and a lot of homeless people and prostitution surrounding the hotel. There are a lot of places in walking distance to eat and a Starbucks across the street. The worst is being followed by homeless demanding money. Now for the hotel, it doesn’t have any roaches inside that I saw, but a few outside the hotel. They have bell men who help with getting your bag from the car and always open the doors for you with a warm welcome and goodbye. Check in you’ll have to sign a waiver that you won’t ruin the bedding, but look at it when you get in; mine already had holes which they tried to charge me for. AC in room is EXTREMELY loud but works so I wasn’t going to complain. Pick your battles! Haha! If your reservation accommodates more than two you will still need to pay for extra towels and pay to have them washed daily. The toilet paper is very thin and the bidet isn’t anything but a hose coming from the toilet. The shower is nice, but it doesn’t have a door so water gets everywhere(don’t put the floor towel down until after shower). If you want your room cleaned make sure to put the sign on the door the night before or your room won’t be cleaned. Beds are nice not too firm and not too soft. We stayed for five days and would book again.
