We stayed at KL Serviced Residences for two nights at the beginning of our trip to the Philippines and again for two nights at the end, and it was the perfect choice both times.

The apartment was spotless and such a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Manila. After nearly 24 hours of travel, the sauna and pool area were exactly what we needed to unwind and reset.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and stress-free. The location is fantastic—beautiful garden parks right outside, and just a short walk to Greenbelt Mall with tons of great food, shopping, and things to do nearby. Comfortable, quiet, and well-located, it was an ideal home base during our stay. Highly recommend. 🌿🏙️

Great location. Guest services were excellent and quick and responsive. Upon arrival to our room it was a bit loud due to an event in the park across the street. They quickly changed and placed us in a quieter room. Overall great experience and worth the stay. Only thing I would say could be a negative, would be the decor of the room. Felt more of staying in a college dorm.

If you’re looking for great service and a central location this is the place to stay. Easy grab ride to Manila or any surrounding areas. Plenty of walkable food coffee and entertainment options. If you’re looking for luxury accommodation this might not be the option for you. Again that is always subjective.

I like the location as I am able to walk a lot for my daily exercise. They have friendly and helpful staff. Looks pretty secure. Free breakfast is nice with mini-fridge and microwave oven in the room. The shower floor can get slippery and maybe risky for older people due to the position of the knob. I recommend they look at that for guest safety.

We’ll be back.

Second time around. Arrived in the early hours of the morning. Room airconditioning turned on in advanced as requested and given a wonderful city view.
Quick to respond to requests even the room services attendant with toiletries.
Pool was amazing and great to be able to relax with the sauna.
Would have appreciated a bigger gym space but it wasn’t that much of an issue.
Staff like the last time was very hospitable.

The stay was decently nice, but there was zero flexibility in the booking. I got a huge runaround from Expedia to this property to the front desk and trying to make any change to the booking. The hotel did not want to take responsibility. If you're going to book here, just make sure you're going to not change your reservation.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING: I was booked to stay here from 9/11-9/16. The rooms are old and dated, there is a bad smell in the rooms (I had 2 adjoining rooms) and hallway is dirty. The air conditioning is horrible (we called maintenance and they said there was nothing they could do). My daughter developed a rash on her back after sleeping on the bed the first night (I have pictures). I submitted a review to KL residence itself and never heard back from them. I stayed here with my family in 2019 and was so happy with my stay so I decided to book again when I returned to the Philippines this year. I am so disappointed with KL and how they have failed to maintain their rooms and facility. After the first night we decided to check in elsewhere. Disgusting.

Worst service and experience in a hotel

This hotel has trust issues and the guards have no concept of good quality service. They emailed to send the IDs in advance to avoid any hassle, but the staff still asked for my id at checkin. Why would they ask for it in advance only to ask for it again during checkin. Process is so inefficient. Guards left me waiting for 15 minutes before I’m able to park my car. The guards in the front door of the hotel lobby had constantly asked us for my hotel room number whenever I go out and get inside the bldg. First time to have a horrible experience with the guards.

1 Bedroom executive suite was nice and attractive comfortable. We changed room and the staffs knew what we needed and were attentive to supply all the stuffs we needed as per personal preference from the first few days stay. The only unfortunate thing is that the pricing was no longer including the free massage that we can get through our golden membership from hotels.com. Then, the phone was noisy and cracking and hard to speak to front desk. As well, changing room was unsure and usually they wouldn't call back soon during daytime.

Staffs were OK, but 1 technician smelled awful bad of smoke. Kitchenware were old and scratched and unclean. Towels were worn out. TV is too small for such big studio. Aircon was not working properly. Wheelchair service took long time. Nice spa floor and reception. Security guards were fine. Phone receptionists can be much friendlier and sharper.

Liked the location, service, room size and food at the restaurant. Didn´t like that tv, aircon, shower, stove didn´t work properly and i had to ask for maintainance. Liked the quick responses to call for assistance and problem solving. Also liked the complimentary massage.

It’s sad when all rooms do not meet same standard. My first room was awful. Room smelled bad. Like a sweaty farm fresh pig odor. The linen on the bed was not even white. I changed rooms, but had to pay the upgrade. The upgrade was much better. Location was great and wifi was great.

The place looks really nice in the photos (taken when the flat was new), but that’s it. It has 2 shower rooms/toiletts but the 1beside the dining area stinks of sewage! The whole flat has a foul odor and it’s not worth the price. The staff are friendly and helpfull though...

Room service was not available. Noticed that the rooms are not as clean as they used to be. Our bathroom had a faint pee smell to it when we first came in. Kitchen utensils were mot as complete as they used to be. I have stayed in this property a couple of times and plan to stay for more times. If decline keeps happening i might change to different area. Still in a great location and staff really accommodating and helpful.

This is my 7th stay at this place which is a block away from Greenbelt one. easy access to everything I need like good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. My room itself is as I remember it being spacious. If you hate traffic and would rather walk to establishments then this is the place for you!
