Breakfast has limited selection. I was in room 319. It smelled weird in the room, almost musky. Then the safe locked my items inside giving an error code. It took 2 visits + 30 minutes before the “housekeeping” staff fixed the issue. I was here for a week. The second last day of my stay the air conditioner poured water all over my clothes that were under it. It took 7 (maybe more) calls to reception desk to have housekeeping come to my room (7+ times) over an hour. I had my waste bucket catching water, it was that bad. The staff said initially it was due to me having the temperature at 22, so they put it to 18! It still leaked water. Then it was due to a valve in the basement. The reasons were ridiculous and didn’t fix the problem. I got annoyed and turned it off. (it still dripped.) They said all rooms were booked and I couldn’t be moved. In the morning a room was still not available, but at 1pm (13:00) I was told it was a business suite that I was upgraded to at no extra charge. I moved my things to room 410. The room smelled better for the first 10 minutes. It was a little more spacious then the last. It’s air conditioner wasn’t leaking. While charging my phone in the wall outlet close to the window, I noticed a big water stain near by. I noticed water leaking from the wall. The wall paper had a broken seam, & was peeing water. Under it was older wall damage. Maintenance doesn’t seem to be done. If not fixed water issues can cause mold!

Good hotel for a short stay, only thing was not happy about is they charge 1,400 pesos for a transfer from the airport with Avis but a Lyft costs 400 pesos so felt a bit ripped off as they did not provide this information as a cheaper option. Shopping center is within 8 minute walk. The facility is clean. Mattress and pillow are too firm for me. I'm just glad the sheets are clean and AC is in good condition. Jinjian Inn in Makati is a very convenient place for those of us who need to be where we want to be in a quick manner. It's conveniently located near everything, and parking is available for guests, which is very much needed in the area when driving a car. A few other things I like about this hotel are the daily breakfast they offer (which you need to pay for, of course), the polite service of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms where I stayed. The first room where I stayed had a leaking air conditioning unit that needed fixing. For people with allergies, that's a big deal because you don't want to wake up in the morning with a stuffed nose and a sore throat! However, the staff was quick to respond, and they promptly moved me to a new room with a new air conditioning unit. Other than that, and the internet on the TV that constantly warned of a weak connection, I have no regrets in staying with Jinjiang. Matter of fact, I'm happy to stay there again, provided there's no more leaking aircon unit in my room! :)

The hotel is nice with a pleasing water cascade while you eat at their restaurant. The business room was big and the bed was comfortable. The furniture is in need of a touch up due to years of wear and tear. The staff and security were polite, helpful and friendly. The mall is within walking distance about 7 to 10 minutes. While the hotel itself was conveniently located, Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta malls are about 5-10 minute walk away, and there is a 7/11 and pharmacy just across the road, the hotel it self had an average buffet breakfast, no Gym or Pool, the carpet on level three in the hallway was all torn and ripped, and there was no designated smoking area anywhere in or near the hotel (we had to goto the New World Makati hotel across the road, the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, however i would only reccomend this hotel for a few days at most

The location was good, it is about 30 mins from the airport. Place is clean, bed is great for people that does not like soft, sinking bed or memory foam bed or spring bed. It is the reason why we booked twice for this place the firmness of the bed is PERFECT, was amazing after a long hour flight and your back just wanted a proper rest. I just wish that their room service is open atleast until midnight or later for people that are travelling. For early check-in, there is an additional fee to it, especially if it is few hours before the actual check-in time. Overall was a great place to stay!

This is a nice hotel located in the Makati area of Manila where most tourists stay. Staff were all friendly and pleasant from reception to housekeeping and security. They would always greet you each time. Helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The room included a fridge, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, some complimentary toiletries, plus other basic amenities. Two small bottles of water were provided each day. WIFI worked well. I didn't include breakfast nor eat at the hotel so can't comment on food. There is a restaurant on the premises. Despite being located on the main road, it was peaceful to sleep. Good location near Greenbelt (retail, dining and entertainment). Literally a 4-minute walk. After a day sightseeing, it was nice to go there in the evening. A small negative. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, like a drain smell or rotten eggs. I couldn't quite put my finger on it but not a great smell. Would recommend otherwise.

This is our first time in Jinjiang, we had a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants and mall, also to our business meeting. The room is so spacious, smells good, very good shower also. The staff are friendly too. The security is very attentive and very helpful. Very recommendable place to stay, not to pricy and can offer a comfort stay.
