Excellent guest services personnels. From our arrival the guy offered us bottled water, to check-in(Aaron) to luggage assistance(Dewey) everything was well coordinated and smooth. Aaron even gave us free welcome drinks at the bar and showed us all our options to make our stay even more convenient for esp for timers. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!! We will definitely book again everytime we come and visit manila (makati area).. this is definitely one of the best fairmont hotel experience ever!

We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town.
The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub.
We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top.
The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable.
I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila.

Stayed for a night only. The hotel is outstanding. The room was very clean, mini bar fully stacked, had ward robes, bathroom complete with personal hygiene kits.
Room was equipped with iphone chargers, and the lights, AC, can be controlled from one location next to bed. Staff from the greeters, front desk, roof top bar servers to dining area, were quick to assist and answer questions.
I recommed this hotel to anyone expecting first class experience.

Already our second time with this hotel. Booked a suite for my birthday staycation and fairmont is always a perfect choice.
The only negative comment I can give is that the breakfast buffet had fewer choices this time as compared to our stay 2 years ago. Back then the buffet was so worth it!
Other than that, our stay at fairmont was perfect! Would still definitely book again in next time

I absolutely loved this property and had decided it will be the only place that i will stay while in manila. I recentlt visited for a night prior to flying to coron for a resort. I upgraded my package to the presidential suite and the room was exceptional.
The only issue ive had is i checked my email and receipt emailed to me. I had two alocholic charges from the minibar totaling almost 60 usd i did not drink charged to me. I only drink vodka given the chance and had unlimited drinks through the lounge access and there were charges for gin and beer. I dont drink gin and i hate beer. So either the minibar was improperly itemized and that burden placed ob me, or a housekeeper etc., took the drinks after my leaving.
Ive had nothing but exceptional experiences here and emailed the property waiting for a response. I paid close to 800 for a single night and spend the extra money for lounge access so 60 dollars isnt an issue due to the amount, i simply do not like being stolen from/ charged for things i did not use. I am waiting to see the hotels response to my email regarding this issue. I am hopeful they will rectify this.

The bathrooms do NOT HAVE ventilation. The rooms smell MUSTY and owners should check for black mold. I felt sick whenever I walked into the room because of the room’s odor. I wish I could take a picture of the smell.

As always, the staff was reliably friendly and helpful. The room decor is a just a bit dated, but clean and well-maintained. Great breakfast buffet and workout facility. This is my main go-to whenever visiting Makati.

If the management of this nice hotel works on the working staff training especially the guys in the kitchen- I mean the cooking team , and consider some how dealing with the price levels - both in special events like the Chinese new year event , and the food prices, they can win great leaps forward . The fact that the Fairmont stands out, should not automatically means exploiting the situation to unbalanced levels. Please take my feedback positively to get better market share and ahead. Cheers

I have stayed at the Fairmont Makati exclusively for the last 5+ years, every year. I have lived in Manhattan my entire life and find this hotel to be not only a luxury hotel, but one that keeps on top of everything that is important

Overall, a great stay. Our first time staying in this hotel. All the staff we met were very accommodating and welcoming. They were also pleasant and appeared happy to be at their work. Nothing was too much of an ask for them. Any requests I made, I was assisted immediately.

Hotel is very nice and in the great location. The rooms are old and not recently renovated but very clean. Housekeeping team was wonderful. Timely, efficient and pleasant. Reception service is not to the level of 5 star hotel standard. In the attempt to please they would give completely incorrect direction. They were not aware that Terminal 4 is under reconstruction and gave us wrong info for our departure flight. Valet team was great. Food for breakfast was great and we enjoyed trying variety of different dishes. All in all good stay.

I can’t believe that I was in Fairmont for the kind of room that we had because it’s way below the standard of Fairmont. We were so disappointed that we only stayed for 2 nights instead of 4 nights. We had to switch hotel because it’s not worth to pay $900 for 2 nights with that kind of accommodation.
