I like generally the staff except for the waitress who was coughing all the time. I like the general feel of the hotel. The smell is very nice. I just happen to stay in this hotel several times but I think it has been 3 times already I experienced stuck bath drain cover. The levers dont work. The breakfast was good and Hotsamama Japanese restaurant was fantastic. Great choices and reasonable price.

Location is great with many good restaurants and shopping center within short walking distance. Service is good and staff are friendly. Air con is noisy and requires upgrading.

I enjoyed this lovely little hotel. The only thing I did not like was expedia said unlimited wifi when it's not true. They said expedia can't change it. I don't know. The wifi is free up to so many bits unless u pay 100 pesos a day then u get all u want so that was ok with me. Breakfast was very good except for the choice of bread. No sweet pastry, bummer. Still a very nice place to stay. Would stay there again !!!

Hard to locate and the room need updating badly.
Oh the bad side: Took a an hour for our driver to find. When we finaly found it facility, we are all yired and just want to relax in our room right away my husband and I noticed the awful smells. I looked around and noticed the flooring was rotten from the bathroom door to all the way around the closets. I wanted to ask them to have different room but hubby is too tired to bother.On the good side: the staff are friendly,especialy their doorman.

Good overnight stop in Manila
We needed an overnight stop in Manila after travelling there from one of the outlying islands before catching our international flight the following morning. The hotel is not far from the airport and is in the japanese sector of Makate thus giving lots of choices of japanese restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.

More a really dated property than a historic charming one. Was put in the old wing. I knew the moment I open the door I will be changing hotel. Found 2 cockroach in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff, however, taxi drivers rarely know this place! My advice is to have a map/know what is close by! Our driver spent 20mins driving around trying to find it.

Hidden treasure in Makati
Upon arrival, I was greeted by name. The staff was welcoming and our room was great. They thought my friend and I were a couple when we booked, so when we showed up, they quickly found a different room to accommodate us.
Breakfast is included and was delicious. There is a large variety of items to choose from on the menu. It is not continental or buffet, but much better food than you usually find on those.
The staff helped us arrange day tours, always hailed us taxis when needed, and provided general tips on restaurants, shopping, etc. Every single staff member was above and beyond friendly and helpful!!
The ONLY downside is the internet connection. My iPad wouldn't connect at all, and my friend's computer had limited access. There is a business center, but it is only one computer in the lobby. It is not private for skype, etc.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I was given a warm welcome, a fruit juice to drink and a towel to freshen my face while they were filling my forms for me. The suite was huge and comfortable compared to what I was expecting and the breakfast was delicious.
The only negative points I could find: Internet stopped working after an hour but I guess and I couldn't find how to turn off that light in the dresser. But I still think the hotel deserves a 5.

周辺の治安はとても良い印象でグリーンベルトなどから少し離れてる分逆に交通渋滞はまだましなイメージ、ただしフィリピン特有の交通事情により、クラクションや救急車の音でノイジーな感じの日もある。また、風呂場のバスタブがかなり年期が入っており、とても綺麗とはいい難いが我慢できない程ではない。また、風呂場の洗面周りに小さいゴキブリらしき虫が滞在中に見かけたのでそこは難点だったが、フィリピンの蒸し暑さや気候により致し方ない部分もあるのかなと言う印象。ホテルのスタッフは日本語話せる方と話せない方がいるが片言な英語でも問題なく伝わる。また、唯一苦労したのがハウスキーパーに洗濯物を頼みたかったが、案内のやつにハウスキーパーに頼める時間帯などが一切記載されていなかった為調べるなどがめんどくさかった。最終的に次の日に直接ハウスキーパーに聞いて依頼した。

I would like to suggest the doors to be fixed as it was really hard to close thus all rooms made loud noises.
