I want to write a glowing review of \"The Mini Suites\". I normally have many good things to say about other parts of a hotel but not often the front desk. Not at a place as busy as this. But yet, I find myself wanting to write about how incredibly positive every interaction I had at the front desk was. Whether it was busy or late late at night. I was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. It actually made me stop appreciate the high standard by which they maintain their interactions.

The rooms were small but I knew that going in. It wasn't an issue. The pool was quite nice and I booked this hotel especially for the lane swim length pool. The gym was also nice. Honestly, this location was really convenient. I stayed at another hotel a few days later and felt sorry for leaving this one. I felt like I was getting 4+ star service for 3 star prices. I hope to stay here again when next I'm in Manila.

I understand that it is uncommon to have toilet paper in toilets across the Philippines, but ther isnt even a bidet option. It would be a great amenity to offer your guests who visit the toilets in the swimming pool area and the reception area toilets...for hygienic purposes. Also soap, for washing hands is a non-negotiable. There weren't even hand sanitisers available. But there were signs everywhere promoting good hygiene.

Also, the toilets in the bedrooms are glass showerscreens. They offer no privacy or sound proofing. It would have been really good to know this before we booked. But it would be great to have alternatives if only the hotel would leave the toilets in the common areas unlocked so we could use them. As sometimes 2 people need to use the toilet at the same time. Or would like privacy.
The common balcony area was not accessible to us as we had not signed a safety waiver. It would have been great to have been told about this on checkin. Also, the windows are sealed shut, so cannot get any fresh air.

There is no potable water available. So we had to constantly buy water. I would have been happy to pay for drinking water as a service instead of adding to the plastic bottle pile.

Good location, good swimming pool despite construction, bad amenities.

NO FRILLS BUT GREAT SERVICE, LOCATION

A typical three-star hotel with no frills and basic amenities. Given the tiny size of the room and paper thin walls, it was fairly noisy and I could hear the next door guests snore and chat.

What I liked the most was the friendly staff and great location at the heart of Makati City. There's a decent 24-hour restaurant and a couple of convenience stores in walking distance. The overhead pathway takes one directly to GreenBelt and other malls.

Rooms as fairly small and often look different from what you booked online so be mindful when booking this hotel. Told by reception that the main difference between the rooms will be the room size rather than the actual layout of what you see on advertised photos. I liked nothing. TV barely work, repeated had to call maintenance; they deceitfully tried to control volume. No Netflix, prime or youtube. Might have been better to have had no TV. They promised room service that never came. No trash can’s in any of the rooms. Upon checkout they had the nerve to try to make me wait while they inspected the room. This was an insult considering all the mishaps.

This so-called hotel or mini-suite is a masterclass in neglecting basic guest needs. Hospitality? Not even close. If you’re thinking of ordering takeout or enjoying a warm cup of coffee, think again—there’s no microwave in the room, and shockingly, not even one at the front desk. The absence of such a simple amenity speaks volumes about their disregard for comfort and convenience.

One can’t help but suspect this omission isn’t accidental. It feels like a calculated move—likely part of an arrangement with nearby restaurants to funnel guests into spending more locally, rather than allowing them the dignity of reheating their own food. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s manipulative.

I just needed a short one night stay after arriving from the airport. Good distance from the airport. (Probably a little confusing with alot of the one way streets around and unclear spot for a proper drop off point). Room was clean & small. Might be cramp to some people or if you're a couple. Toilets are decent too. Aircon was strong and cold. Delicious cafe (though slighly pricey) at the ground floor where I had my breakfast. Wifi was good and also accessible in the cafe where I got to do some work at. View from my room is pretty.

There's an ATM in the lobby to withdraw cash which is in a safe and secured area.

Downside was the that the lobby was hot. Almost no ventilation. I would recommend checking out earlier otherwise you'd be stuck in a long queue in the heat, while many people are also trying to check out. Do note there's a deposit to pay upon check in (cash or card) which will be refunded upon check out.

Room price is good considering the central location in the Makati Business district. The name is MiniSuites but there are no microwave in the room. There is a fridge but you have to ask for a water kettle for coffee. They don't provide coffee or tea. They do provide one bottled water per day.
For a number of days, our room was not cleaned. We found out that in this hotel, you have to indicate you want your room cleaned and not just hang the\"Do not disturb\" sign if you don't.
There is no breakfast but there are restaurants in the building.

The price is reasonable considering the central location at the Makati Business District. It has restaurants in the building and lots within walking distance. The place is safe, only residents with a key card can access the elevators.
There no microwave machine or any cutleries. I had to ask for a hot water kettle. They did not provide coffee or tea in the rooms. There is a refrigerator.

We didn’t enjoy our stay. The hotel room we stayed at doesn’t even a closet where you can hang your clothes. Upon arrival at the room, the bath towels were just placed on the countertop near the small kitchen. Decent suite. 3 stars is probably accurate for this place.

Queuing at the check-in counter is not always \"first come, first served\", as there are two somewhat \"suggestion only\" lines for check-in. Staff provided incorrect information with near certainty when asked about surrounding amenities. When asked for desk, desk was provided with poor quality chair, which was not well suited to the desk. A small desk and proper chair would probably go a long way.

The suite I had had a \"shared\" door, which, although closed, was VERY NOISY! I could hear the neighbouring suite residents take phone calls, listen to videos, and have conversations, as I am sure they could hear mine. This happened on both sides of the wall. A lot less serene and quiet than I thought, and somewhat deserving of the lower score as a result.

Tiny room but I knew that, hot water didn’t last. Turned cold in about 2 minutes. Room was noisy, party next door but like the walls were paper. No coffee in the am made me crabby

I found the mini tower of Eton to be in a very convenient location with all kinds of food options Round the area. Also there is an overpass walkway that takes you all the way to greenbelt and area. Will stay here again on next visit. 😁

The staff/ support personnel are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The location has many nearby amenities. The room we stayed at was also clean. However, the facilities condition requires serious attention. The washroom setup can be improved having an additional sink beside the toilet. Rather than a single sink setup in the kitchenette only. Walls require major insulation (I heard someone sneeze in adjacent room, that shouldn’t be possible) including for some fire protection too. Ceiling required finishing details from recent reworking. The cleaning solvent used by housekeeping also leaves a musty smell. If property management can correct this, it would elevate the facility.

It could be better

My only issue was their internet wasnt working. It was on and off for every 10 secs and I cant work at all. i ended up using my international data and cost me $600 more than what I have paid during my stay at the hotel!

This is a review for the double. The Internet was fast 40 gbps down & 18 gbps up (bare minimum for zoom). The cleaning staff was impeccable & thorough. You have to indicate that you want your room cleaned with the door knob placard. The air conditioning worked great, but I can see its design struggling in the smallest rooms, so get a double. The walls are quite thin but if you bring ear plugs or have noise-cancelling it's not an issue. I stayed for two weeks & will be back again if I'm in Makati.

It’s ok.

It’s cheap so I was not expecting much. Bathroom and toilet are adjacent to each other and it’s separated by frosted glass which is fine if solo but if you’re staying with someone not your significant other then there are privacy issues.

NOT recommended!! The rooms are small, very humid, and musty.. The queen bed is jammed in the end, and you have to crawl in from the bottom.
The glass shower in the middle of the room allows all the humidity, and steam out into the room. It's an absolutely terrible design!
The TV also wasn't working, and I asked about cleaning the air vent. His response was that they do it quarterly! Quarterly?! Monthly is far too long, quarterly is completely disgusting!!

After being in the room for less then 5 minutes on the first day we got a noise complaint in which we hadnt even talked after entering. However the neighbor on the other side of us was extremely loud and banging in the wall. We did not get enough towels upon arrival & there were yellow spots on our pillow case. The location was very convenient.
