Súper céntrico el lugar y cerca de lugares con buena comida fácil para caminar alrededor de la zona las chicas que nos atendieron súper lindas y agradables nos ayudaron con el cambio de habitación para estar más cómodas y las atracciones súper cerca de la zona . Muy tranquilo el lugar y el desayuno estaba divino vale totalmente la pena pasar unos días en este hotel que da muy buena vibra . Agradecemos mucho la atención

Was in an excellent spot! Across the street from the Alcazar. The city bus tour leaves nearby. A cool restaurant with a view just down the way. There is also parking nearby.

An older but well-maintained facility in the center of old Toledo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Good value for money.

Location is perfect

Location is just perfect, the hotel is next to Alcazar - on the very top of Toledo. Zocodover square is a 2 min walk downhill. Hotel staff is very nice, we got our room before their normal check-in time, around 10:00 am. The room was clean, but several things are disappointing. The rail for the showerhead came loose, when you turn the water on the showerhead came out swinging around with water. For air conditioner to work requires guest card to be present in a slot at the entrance of the room. When you leave the room and take the card with you, you turn everything electrical in the room off. That means you come back to find your room sweltering hot at over 100 F. There is no refrigerator nor a coffee maker in the room, so if you have to make a morning train out of Toledo, you can't have your coffee in the morning, as their restaurant is also not open until 8:00 am.

The hotel was fine except the air conditioning in our room was broken and it was 110 degrees that day. We did get switched to a different room our second night. Staff did not seem concerned with the issue. Outside of that - the hotel was quite nice and in an excellent location.

This is a basic hotel which is very conveniently located. It has friendly, helpful staff. The car parking at the Alcazar Garage is close by and reasonably priced. I would have liked to see a fridge and coffee making facilities.

4 beds, one tiny TV. Towels thin. Reasonable breakfast. Needed extra blankets for beds, and these were provided when we asked ... No bedspreads- sort of like a dormitory room.
Great location, however, walking distance to everything and hotel reception staff were friendly.

Toledo Gem

Stayed one night at Hotel Toledo Imperial. Everything can be reached by foot. Next door to the Army Museum and around the corner from the Cathedral. This hotel had one of the largest bathrooms and very nicely renovated. Plenty of room to move around in and the shower was one of the nicest we've encountered in Europe. The hotel also has parking in a garage just across the street.

Holy Toledo.

Loved staying at the Toledo Imperial. Superb location right near the main plaza and value parking in the Alzcazar Parking ramp just 50 mt away. Very comfortable, clean atmosphere and nicely decorated in a more modern fashion. The staff was most friendly and helpful and the breakfast decent. Walking distance to the museums and slews of restaurants and shops. Enjoyable experience.

Fantastic value for money.

Hotel very well situated, just around the corner from main square - but perfectly quiet and peaceful setting. Breakfast was included in the price and it was fresh and plentiful. Hotel staff very helpful and spoke excellent English when we were stuck with our limited Spanish! Excellent value for money. We had a family room and it was huge. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was not fancy, but had everything that I needed. Almost all the hotels that I stayed in while in Spain and Portugal had hard, spring-ey beds and this was no exception, but it was clean and relatively comfortable. It was well situated and the folks at the desk were fantastic. Great value for a brief overnight stay.

Nice Location and facility

We have gone to Toledo 8 times. This was our first at Imperial. We loved its location, cleanliness and staff.
Will use it on our next trip. Stay two nights and just hang out in town in the day and at the main plaza at night.
The Parrilla restaurant next door was very good in food and prices. Parking is close by and convenient. You do not need to use car while in Toledo.

Good, but...

We stayed 3 nights. We had to change our room 3 times. The first room had a water leak in the bathroom and the internet did not reach the second floor. Then we moved to a room on the first floor. Yes, internet arrived but the A / C did not cool. They moved us again to another room on the second floor, we did not have internet again but at least we did not have a leak in the bathroom and A / C worked well. The location of the hotel is perfect, very convenient, rooms are spacious, modern, well lit and ventilated. The front desk staff is wonderful, but I think the administration are not paying attention to the maintenance of the hotel.

Peaceful stay!

For the same price you could get a much better hotel, go there!
Hotel Toledo Imperial is well located and the stuff is helpful but only if you speak Spanish, otherwise they practically cannot communicate in any other language.
We have to change room 3 times because the Wifi would not reach most of the rooms in the hotel. Bad connection.
Rooms were clean, but no room comfort whatsoever, even one room had a strong humidity smell, that would have been unbearable if we had to stay there more than 2 minutes.
To top everything up, breakfast was surprisingly awful, after seeing the rooms and issues I was not expecting much, but still was disappointed: old mushy humid cereal, the worst coffee of my life (I do not think it was coffee, it tasted like burned wood) terrible juice, nothing that I could eat really, only had a tee.
In sum, I recommend that you go to a different hotel.

good location, clean & tidy, but a few flaws

The hotel was in a good location, in the old town of Toledo, 2 mins walk from the Plaza de Zocodoro (the central square) and 5 mins to the Cathedral.

The room and bathroom were both spotless.

However, on the minus side, the twin beds in our room were wafer thin and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was temperamental and the shower was terrible. The breakfast was poor.

There was also no fridge nor a safe in the room, and the rooms do not have a view to speak of, although these are minor points.

Alcazar Neighbor

We stayed for a single night at the Toledo Imperial Hotel. We walked from the train station to the hotel which took about 25 minutes. The hotel is situated next to the Alcazar and just a few minutes above the Plaza de Zocodover which is the central point for most transportation in the old city. The check-in process was easy. Our room was situated for four people (two adults and two children). We had two twin beds pushed together for the adults and two twin beds located at opposite corners of the room for the kids. The room was rather bare but had the essentials. Our windows looked into two small courtyards so the there was some natural light but no view. The bathroom had a single vanity, toilet and bathtub/shower. Everything functioned but the shower was absent one clasp which made turning it on and off difficult. We used the heat in the evening due to the cool temperatures (below 10 C) and it worked fine. The front desk manager provided a perfect dinner recommendation and he offered maps of the city and some suggestions that were very much appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was relatively simple with bread, yogurt, cereal and coffee machine. It provided enough for us to launch our day. There are two Wifi signals in the hotel that one can access with a password. The hotel stored our bags the next day and we returned in the evening to collect our luggage and walk back to the train station.

Great Hotel in Toledo

Great location, a mere minute's walk from the Alcázar, Plaza Zocodover, and not far from the Catedral de Santa María. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags there for a few hours after checking out and going so far as to print out our train tickets for us. Room was clean and modernized with a classy appearance. Sound does travel through the walls pretty easily, so light sleepers may want to look elsewhere; a tired traveler with half a mind to sleep, however, will barely notice. Highly recommended!
