We enjoyed our stay. We did not do the breakfast at the hotel, 15 euro per person seemed pretty steep for breakfast. You can do better outside at a restaurant or pickup food at the local carrefour. Great location for transportation to and from the bus station. Walkable to all of the sights in historic Toledo. Room was very comfortable and we had a private balcony. Also there was a jetted tub in the bathroom which was handy after lots of up and down walking through the city.

Great location for our tour of the Jewish Quarter. It's a small town so everything is walkable from there. Checking in was slow with a large group in front of us, but another staff member showed up to help. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The staff were so wonderful, very supportive and helpful. I need to understand that things in Spain are quite different from where I live. An example, the kitchen closes after lunch while they prepare for dinner. In addition they eat late (8:30pm) while normally I eat quite earlier than that. Never-the-less, we were able to adjust. The area is very hilly so prepare to walk. The Cathedral is massive so get yourself ready to enjoy the history of arts and the people who devoted themselves over the centuries preserving what we are enjoying today. This hotel’s immediate surrounding is very quiet however when one ventures towards the Cathedral one can note the difference. I like this mixture of living - admiring the fun others add to your life by absorbing it and going back to the hotel to relax. I forgot to mention the hotel has a restaurant and you have the option to eat there or sort somewhere else. I did both. The Blackout was another added flair to the trip. Spain is a beautiful place to visit at least once in a lifetime.

This is your comfy place in Toledo

HUGE room and bath, large comfy bed, so perfectly located in the Jewish Quarter to many main sites (El Greco Museum, Sinagoga Santa Maria de la Bianca, obviously the San Reyes Monastery. ) All just steps away. And a fine restaurant downstairs with innovative dishes and good prices. Wish I had longer there!

The hotel was in a lovely area--very walkable to the main attractions in Toledo. Our only problem was getting back after sightseeing. No one, including Siri, seemed to have precise directions. I would recommend finding a nearby attraction, like the synagogue, and asking people directions to that. The hotel itself was clean and picturesque. Recommended.

Stayed at this property for 2 days. The place was quaint and charming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovey restaurant and bar on the premises. Toledo involves quite a bit of walking so once we got our bearings it was easy to figure out how to get around. Lot's of restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Beautiful Medieval restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing is that we booked for a double room and got 2 single beds and the beds were wobbly. When we went to complain we were told that there is nothing they can do about it.
We complained the second time and they moved us to a slightly less wobbly bed, but still 2 single beds. They should really pay more attention to this as people’s expectations should be met if they are booking for a certain things.

A Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Toledo, yet away from the noise and bustle of the very centre
which is only minutes walk away. Across the road from the main entrance to the hotel is a beautiful shaded Plaza serviced by an excellent restaurant with a varied menu of local dishes. Only dislike was the unavailability of outdoor seating where one could sit and relax, otherwise a first class establishment.

Very nice staff—good natured and friendly. Some are fluent in English. Room was deluxe double, putting us on the 2nd floor with the pitched roof making the room feel a bit small for taller guests. Easy parking in their garage for 20€/nt even with a larger automatic. Location is 10-15 minute walk to Cathedral, with a manageable incline. We recommend eating at La Maruja Patio after 1pm; exit hotel right, walk through park, walk right down path/stairs.

Excellent hotel with terrific location

We loved this hotel. The city center was superb for Museums, Flamenco and the historic sites we were interested in. Vibrant outdoor restaurants hummed with people. Very convenient for us as we are traveling for five weeks and using trains to get around. Madrid felt safe to us.

The bad = security was pretty lax and staff not to be seen many a time.

The Ugly = rooms were old and not well kept. considering the 4 star rating, room conditions were more inline with a 2 star.

We cannot complain about a thing. This hotel and its staff were great all around. Very spacious family rooms and quite comfortable beds. It’s a pity there was no dining option available due to COVID as I read it used to be great eating here.

Unbelievable location in a beautiful city. Hotel was gorgeous and well appointed. We stayed in a family room for three people and the room was very nice and worked well for a couple with a child. Amazing charm from the gilded chairs in the lobby to the suits of armor.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating our requests and needs. I highly recommend this hotel. Great value as well.

I came to Toledo in search of Damascene knives and as it was a short stay - 2 days - I had not worried too much about the hotel. So I suppose I was lucky. The location was ideal. My room was cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything worked. The front desk staff were helpful and the on-site restaurant was actually quite good. (It offered a 7 course tasting menu. I tried it and enjoyed it.) I had one minor complaint. When I came back at 18:00 to escape the rain, I was surprised to discover that both the restaurant and bar were closed. Nor did they open again until 20:00. So, back out into the rain I had to go. One word about location - I began to think that somehow, getting to everything in the city involved me climbing - a lot - but perhaps that's just the reality of Toledo. All in all I enjoyed my stay. Of course I was travelling solo. My room might have offered the occasional space challenge to a couple.
