First the good. Rooftop pool and views, breakfast buffet with excellent staff and location. Now the could improve- strong perfume smell (probably to help hide sewage odor at times), worn carpets, very warm room (we had a window into a courtyard with said sewage smells meaning we could not keep the window open much).

Overall the hotel was fine. However, on our first night of turning in we were horrified to find a large brown mark on the bottom sheet of the bed which was either faeces or blood and certainly had not been washed. We know this because the stain also soaked the mattress protector underneath. One has to wonder how this was missed????
I had to take the sheet down to reception to show them and request a change. This was done with the utmost speed. The lady who did this was quick efficient and very pleasant.
One thing lacking from the reception staff was an apology. I speak and understand Spanish and can tell you there wasn't an apology in either language.

Stay away from this hotel we went for new year on arrival were told the bar and restaurant wernt open during winter this should have been highlighted on their website also air conditioning was turned off .we booked a double room but were given a twin with a small window so no daylight probably the worst room in the hotel which was small and very warm and stuffy on the night definetely not what it shows on the website total misrepresentation one of worst hotel experiences i have ever had

WiFi was pretty weak, I had to stay in a particular spot in my room to access it.

I believe as you get higher up in the hotel the weaker the signal was. I was on the 5th floor in the 6-floor building. However, staff were friendly and helpful when called upon.

Wonderful stay at Don Paco!!! Stayed for 6 nights. First night was in a tiny room with bad internet. But, they moved me to a much better room that was perfect! The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Las Setas, Cathedral, the river, etc. Transportation is very accessible. Supermarket next door. Looking forward to stay there again!!

The hotel was in a perfect location to walk to almost all sights in the city. It was also wonderful that many of the tours that are available meet in the park across the street from the hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were both quite small even though I paid for a larger room I don't think I got it. Sparse furnishings because more wouldn't fit. Beds only had sheets and a thin bedspread. The thermostat was inadequate so the ACwas either on or off (too cold or too warm). Poor night's sleep.

Very bad customer service. For 3 people using same couple room by adding an extra bed . There were no space left for walking. We were 6 people booked 2 rooms for 3 beds and they provided one room with actual 3 bed (room) and second they accommodated us in 2 bed room. Because they were out of the 3 bed room. They didn’t apologize or compensate. Upon telling them that they have accommodated us in 2 bed room . They lied that it was 2 bed room. Since we had one actual 3 bed room so we were aware about it.

Hotel is undergoing facade renovation but doesn’t affect our stay and there is no renovation. Breakfast is very good, they have nice freshly orange juice and a wide variety of breads and foods. Bed is tidied up daily. Convenient location, 5 mins walk from the mushroom walkway.

Lovely staff, comfy beds and very clean hotel and rooms. It’s In the heart of Seville close to tavernas and shops. The only down side I have to mention is the hotel is having major refurbishment. The bar is closed until spring 2025 plus we couldn’t open our balcony door (room no.210) due to the works being carried out, this made our room rather warm in the morning as the air con wasn’t that great. Saying this, don’t be put off, the hotel it’s spotlessly clean and there are notices all over the hotel apologising to guest about the works going on. If you are driving I would suggest contacting the hotel before your stay to reserve a space. We didn’t know this and it was full so we had to park in a nearby car park. €22 for 24hr.

Room smelled awful on checkin and the staff wouldn’t move us to another room, or do anything to figure out why it stank so bad or what could be done. We ended up cleaning and deodorizing the room. The breakfast was terrible. The building is in the process of a way, way long over due renovation, but it seems to be too late.

Unfortunately the hotel was having pretty major construction works during our stay which wasn’t mentioned either on Expedia or on check in. Was violently woken up to very loud works which we found out was directly next door to our room. We had to ask for us to be moved where the reception staff didn’t seem very bothered and pretty unhelpful. The room we had then been moved to had a ‘damp’ smell.

The pool however was good, just not a lot of sunbeds. Conveniently placed hotel however, close to the centre of Seville and next door to a supermarket

Avoid this hotel

We arrived late at night, so couldn't see the exterior of the building very well. The next morning we were horrified to discover the whole front of the hotel was demolished. No windows at all, no walls & we were expected to stay in a room adjacent to a complete building site. The hotel room we stayed in on the 2nd floor was tiny, the bathroom was bigger. The air conditioning didn't work properly therefore the room was like a sauna. The breakfast buffet was average & the reception staff didn't really engage with us at all. The only positive was a rooftop pool & bar. Overall this hotel should be closed down while the extensive renovations are taking place. To expect guests to actually pay to stay on a building site is an absolute disgrace. Avoid this place at all costs...

When i first arrived i was shocked to see it was under construction. This should have been prewarned about.
I did like the hotel and construction didnt cause noise issues. The beds were to hard for me really pain full some nights.
I am a fuss eater and brrakfast for me wasnt so great.
Good news is so many lovely places around to eat. Catalina iver the road cakes and co do a great crock madam and frappie.
Holy joy just a few mins down as well

Huge cleaning problems. Seemed to be infected by bed bugs as well as other crawling creatures in the bathroom. Very noisy at night coming from the apartments opposite of our room. Staff was very helpful and concerned, so things might improve. 150 € a night was a lot for a three star hotel, but apparently they can ask for any price during the April Feria in Seville. Would not stay there again.

Great location, parking underground great worked for us. The rooftop pool was great after a hot day seeing the sights. Roof top bar great can’t add to room so take card or cash. Breakfast lots of choice. Beware does have lots of tours staying they can be very noisy at breakfast and takeover the place, would stay again very close to restaurants supermarket and shops
