Arrived in Malaga during the Spanish 1 day power blackout. Hotel staff went out their way to help guests deal with lack of power. Had a great 4 night stay there. Rooms were great, breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Checked in on line prior to arrival which saved a bit of time at check in. Parking in the shopping centre car park with direct access to the hotel. Friendly efficient staff. About a 25 minute walk to the old town area. All in all a good stay.

I liked the location. We specifically looked for something walkable to the train station and the central old town. It was also convenient for the day trip pick up spots to Ronda and the Caminito Del Rey. The hotel was modern and clean. The front desk was helpful.

Really nice place. Checked in early which was great and received some excellent advise on places to eat and drink. Rooms are very comfortable, good shower, and good breakfast. About 20 minutes walk into town which is fine and about 10 minutes from closest train station which is only 3 stops from the airport.

An almost excellent hotel – we had a lovely, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. A massive bathroom with a bathtub and powerful shower. There was plenty of space for our belongings and the room came with a fridge, safe and AC. Close to the train and bus station, metro and walkable into the city centre – however it is very noisy.

There appears to be little to no soundproofing. You can hear everything going on outside your room and in adjacent rooms, including when people are using the toilet which is slightly off-putting. The room doors slam very loudly which woke us up most nights.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a very heavy sleeper. A shame as everything else about it is very good.

Located attached to excellent shopping centre, not far from train/ bus links which we walked in around 10 mins… can walk into centre in 25 mins which is all flat and a nice walk. Rooms lovely and clean, breakfast was continental and very nice, staff all friendly and helpful. Only downfall was it rained all the time we were there and the rain sounded really loud clattering on the window at night time. I wished I had changed rooms but we was only there 3 nights so did not bother. Bed was very comfortable. I would return.

Great hotel! More affordable as slightly out of the centre but an easy 15 min walk into town. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Some local restaurants if you want to eat nearby we had a lovely meal at Maison el Regresso.

The property is a great option in a very convenient location right next to a shopping center and near transit. Easy walk to the tourist areas near the waterfront. The breakfast had something for nearly everyone. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again when in Malaga.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are great and it’s lovely and clean. The food at breakfast was good as well. I asked for a kettle and got one within minutes. The cleaning each day was excellent as well. The only problem for us was the distance to the bars and restaurants. It’s 35 mins to the Marina and 25 mins to the old town. There were no bars near the hotel.

There is another hotel with a similar name ..alameda hotel in the centre of Malaga ..a 20 min walk from Malaga Alameda Centro...not good when u arrive late at night and a woman on her own..
Also white pillow case had blood stains on it... hopefully it would have been thrown away as i removed it and left it in the bin!

Our flight was delayed meaning we didn't arrive until 2.15am & the reception staff were really helpful when checking in. Staff at breakfast were especially helpful & welcoming, looking after us during our 10 night stay. The hotel is 10mins from the mario zambrano train station & next to a shopping centre so good location for travel & essentials. Its a 15min walk to the centre & handy for the port area too. Recommend the hotel for a stay & malaga for a short or longer break. Good combination of city attractions, restaurants, shopping & sightseeing. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel & hope to return

Nothing outstanding, just a basic normal hotel, a bit outdated. The cleaning good be a bit improved as we did find hair and dust and the shower door on the side was rusted.

The view from the room was overlooking the mall parking, and the breakfast aria was having a terase just next to it.

The room size was ok but the fridge was not working. In the room we did not have the sockets for android and the beds were move all over the room.
Breakfast was ok nothing impressive, just basic.

The stuff at the breakfast was very nice and helpful!
The receptionist was a bit over friendly, customer service could be improved.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of both train stations in Malaga - very accessible from Malaga airport. The hotel is part of a shopping centre, business travellor orientated so efficient but still friendly. Breakfast was very good. An easy walk into the centre of Malaga. 5 minute walk to a huge El Corte Ingles where there are many restaurants on the top floor with a wide choice.

Overall I was really happy with this hotel and would come again and recommend it. The hotel room was the best room I’ve stayed in, had no issues with the room or bathroom. Room was big, beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was perfect, it’s connected to a shopping mall and there’s a grocery store in that mall which is literally a 1 minute walk away. You can take a train or the bus to the airport, bus stops and train station local. The port is around 15/20 minute walk away. We walked everywhere as the hotel is basically in the centre. There’s a local park across the road. My only complaints were the breakfast could have definitely been a lot better, there wasn’t hardly any variety. No salad/vegetables. I think for vegetarian people they should have this so there’s more options.

Nice hotel, clean, modern, quiet. Excellent shower.
The hotel has a terrace which you can sit out on, didnt have a great view (a car park!) but would be nice to catch a bit of sun.

Bit of a walk into the old town, around 20 mins, which isnt too bad but not so handy for popping back during the day.
A bar in the hotel would be good. Complimentary water in the rooms would also be a nice touch.

The hotel lies between the main train station and the city centre at the back of one of the city's main shopping centres. The room was really spacious which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty of choices. The hotel is currently being renovated so the entrance, ground and first floor areas look rather unattractive. We understand that the current hotel rates are lower due to the renovation works, so as they did not inconvenience us at all, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Good location, but we had a rather bad experience here.
They placed us and our 1year old daughter in a floor that was being refurbished and was half done, so the works were in progress, half the rooms open, and no hot water. They have rooms available on floors that were finished. Why ours was in the middle of a work site still baffles me.
They also charged by mistake two full breakfasts for a 1 year old, which should have been free. They couldn't refund because the reservation was done online.
I had also paid for a room for my mum. The second day, they chased me during the breakfast saying we had to pay for my mum's breakfast. Which was a mistake on their part and was paid. But even if it wasn't, you don't chase someone around the breakfast room, in front of other guests, accusing them of not paying. 5 times. With redirecting them to reception is enough. The fifth time I just had to, not nicely anymore, they could discount the damned breakfast from one of the two extra ones they charged for my daughter.
I thought a Meliá stranded for better. A pity because the rooms were nice.

The hotel is clean and well located, staff are really friendly and helpful.
The double room we had was fine, decent size with a small sofa / table area.
However, this is the first hotel I’ve ever been in that doesn’t supply drinking water in the room daily, you have to buy it in the foyer.
The breakfast, while it looks ok at a glance, is pretty awful.
The coffee the the machine produces was undrinkable and made me feel ill, the scrambled eggs were made from a cheap powder mix, and the selection of hot food was incredibly limited. We were there 6 nights and every day was - small sausage, thin bacon, fried egg, powdered scrambled eggs. Then there’s the usual sliced fruit / pastries which were fine.
The “natural” Orange juice was also concentrate, really disappointing for the price to be honest.
