We stayed here to be close to the train station for our flight back home. The room was clean and well equipped but had some obvious signs of need for repair - leaky shower head and cracks in mouldings. Staff was friendly and location perfect for accessing the train but longer walking distance to historical sites.

The description the hotel says there is laundry facilities but it is not true. They have limites hours of external laundry provider and not on site laundry. Breakfast starts at 7:30 only bit that seems normal in Spain. Nothing special in room but was clean.

My teenage daughter and I stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the beautiful city of Málaga. This hotel was perfectly located for us and we didn't need a taxi even once. We got the number 1 or number 3 bus into the old town and walked everywhere else from there. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were great. I reported an issue with our air con and the guy from reception had it sorted within seconds. The housekeeping staff picked up on the fact that it was my daughter's birthday so left her a lovely little surprise ( sweets) when we returned to our room. Such a kind gesture. Overall we had a great time and would certainly book this hotel again.

Nothing seemed to work, so I went to the front desk for instruction, only to be told that the thermostats do not work and the temperature is controlled centrally for all the rooms. in addition, if the sliding glass door is open even a fraction (which is required to sit out there) The A/C automatically turns off. We ended up suffering all night in a not/very/cool room when we had hoped to get a good night’s sleep before an early train. Even though it is convenient to the train station, we will not be staying here again.

The best thing about it was the easy access to the train station and dining and the staff were friendly and professional. There wasn't anything special or exceptional otherwise. No pool, no rooftop or interesting bar/lounge space, style or design. The rooms were simple for the price so it met the basic needs and is very accessible.

A one night stay to travel onwards and didn’t want to be in Malaga central. Great location for train travel. Hotel is in a good location and the rooms are quiet. Reception staff are professional and welcoming. Rooms are are good size and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is of a high quality with a good choice of items. The area has a few bars and restaurants. We found a fabulous bar just across the road with excellent food and wine. All in all a great stay. You can also walk into the centre of Malaga if you feel inclined to do so.😊

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Malaga during the holy week (good friday). Parking is on site and it was about 25mins. walk to where the procession is. Great selection for breakfast. Big, clean rooms and comfortable bed. In fact, we stayed again at another Eurostars when we went to Madrid. Will definitely stay again.

When they ask for a cc to guarantee if we have any extras ( we prepaid the night we have stayed ) we gave an Amex and doesn’t work , Visa same thing, Master again the same problem . We spend more than 20 ‘ to check in ! Finally they accept Amex ( the problem was the Hotel not our CC. All the hotel smells terrible! Fortunately I asked for another room because the one that they gave me was indoor ( I’m claustrophobic) and a terrible bad smell . I went to the lobby again and they take care of my problem and a manager make me and upgrade to a room with a balcony , the guy that make the check in didn’t have any idea how to do his job . The hotel is clean but I don’t recommended if you visit Malaga for one night or more . The elevator very slow , common areas doesn’t look as the Hotel

Terrible experience! I was attacked by bedbugs all over the room.
I have bites all over my body and my luggage was infested as well.
I did get help from the frint desk and was mived to a nicer suite, however the damage had already been done.

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are big, spacious and have all the amenities you might need. Staff is very kind and accommodating to guest’s requests. It’s located across the road from the train station. Not my first location choice, but convenient if you have an early morning train to catch.

Generally the room was clean and what was expected for the price paid. However upon request of a quiet room the overall experience was not quiet. The doors in the corridor slammed loudly, rather than being put on the 5th floor we were put on the 2nd.
The toilet would not flush and because of our late arrival the plumber could not be called until the next day to do any work. This meant we had to go out of our room to the ground floor to use toilet facilities. Not great !!

Everything about this place is amazing. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and huge. Lobby area was so modern and clean. We were very happy with the breakfast, plenty of choices. Everything was fresh. Only thing we didn't like was coffee from the coffee machine. Location of this hotel is superb, 2 minutes away from the train station and 1 minute away from the bus station. You can easily walk to the city centre it takes around 15 minutes.
