Stay here often, lovely location, close to restaurants, Glockenspiel, and Rhine. Amazing breakfast. Free parking adjacent to hotel property but you can also pay for garage. One star off because someone started a fire in the Sauna and it was not available per staff, but I'll be back. Hairdryer but no toiletries and in room coffee isn't great, but breakfast buffet makes up for it.

Nice room with view over gardens but very warm and no air cooling system so the first night's sleep was not good. The staff responded immediately the next day and provided a fan which made a very big difference and we appreciated the difference.

This hotel was situated too far from the Frankfurt airport, but that being said, the staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel itself was a bit older, but still comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast was ready, but the staff were extremely helpful, so they interrupted setting up the breakfast buffet to ensure we got our coffee and tea as well as some bread and such. I am just sorry we didn't have time to enjoy everything they had to offer.

Das Zimmer war karg eingerichtet, die Möbel zerkratzt, kaputt, die Matratze durchgelegen, die Heiß-/Kalt-Heizung heizte das Zimmer bei vollem Sonnenschein auf 27 Grad. Das Bad war dreckig - staubiger Spiegel und obskure Flecken auf den Fliesen der Duschwanne, die sich unter Duschstrahl lösten. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, allerdings ist es schon teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich beim Check-In. Das Schwimmbad war super. Die Dusche war kalt und hatte leider kein Duschgel bzw. Haarshampoo mehr. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war schlecht. knapp 200€ pro Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück!

Dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Morgenmaden var super. Sengene en anelse til den hårde side, havde bestilt en ekstra opredning (til en voksen) på vores værelse, den opredning var til gengæld utrolig dårlig - madrassen bestod af en træplade, herover et tyndt tæppe og lagen. Sagde det desværre først ved udtjekning, hvor de lovede at give besked videre.

Das Hotel liegt gut und ist an sich sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Frühstück war super. Anlage und Zimmer waren sauber. Allerdings war mein Zimmer heruntergekommen, es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und der Safe war nicht nutzbar. Hätte das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel als Standard für den Preis erwartet.

Wat ik bezwaarlijk is dat het derde bed op de slaap kamer, eigenlijk een ondermaats bedje is. Ik heb voor 3 man betaald en verwacht dan ook dat de derde persoon ook een fatsoenlijk bed krijgt. Ik vindt mijn dochter nog te jong om alleen op een kamer te slapen, ik heb betaald voor haar en wens dan ook een goed bed!
