What a cool hotel. Two things to mention - (1) the staff was absolutely super in every way; helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and available and (2) beautiful, comfortable lobby bar. Rooms were very nice as well.

The semi industrial decor creates a more interesting environment than the blandness of many hotels. Every thing was efficient and immaculately clean. The only criticism is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.

Disappointing stay for the price

It gives the impression of being stylish but the room is uncomfortable without adequate seating. The soundbars on the TV was difficult to operate and an item I left in the room when checking out could not be located for me afterwards.

Funky and modern but a little too basic for me. It was clean and comfortable and I didn't mind that the room was small but I struggled without coffee/tea making facilities and no working English TV channels even though they were on the guide. The evening food was Caribbean which is fine if you like spicy food so I found the choice too small

everyone instantly “per du”- the staff is super nice and helpful- the rooms are small- unfortunately we stayed on first floor where we could hear people on terrace below at various times during the night- toilet and shower are separated, however the shower and sink have no door to the sleeping area.

there are very few taxis and no ubers in mainz; the city has limted the total amout of cabs, so leave extra time if you need to get somewhere- also the local trains were delayed- we would have missed our connection had we not left an hour early…

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Funky decor, vibe, people and incredible craft beer served, made in a micro brewery in the city. Very close to station but not too close, great nights sleep. Awesome bathrooms and very comfy beds. You will love it!

Wanted to love it, but maintenance issues present

I really wanted to love my stay here (and it had its pluses!), but problems with the room itself left me disappointed.

Pro: staff friendly and helpful. Gym and sauna clean. Room cozy and chic. Breakfast had variety, although no lox.

Con: despite setting the thermostat to the coldest setting, the room was simply too hot to sleep. They had no fans available, so I was kindly moved to another room, where the circuit breaker popped when I made tea. (What a night!) I was then moved to yet a third room, with a comfortable temperature.

Perhaps I was just unlucky, but the climate and electrical problems in the first two rooms meant a lousy night sleep. I appreciated the assistance from the night staff, and the comped breakfast.

Cool & modern!

Great one-night stay near Mainz tran station during a business trip. Building seems brand new and is very modern: checkin and out was fast and painless, with very friendly staff. Room was jot very speacious but was designed well and all very confortable. Gym was great, with many modern machines and weights, lots of space and a great view while exercising! Awesome esperience, would recommend.

Facilities were very nice, We were just very surprised not to get a coffee maker in our rooms despite our reservation confirming such. It was inconvenient and costly to get up every morning and go down to common area to pay for our morning coffees and tea.

This was a very unique property. The ambiance in the lobby and restaurant/bar was upbeat and fun, very spacious. The room was very small, but they made creative use of space, it was great to see how well they utilized all areas that made it feel much bigger than it actually was. The room included a free (small) bottle of wine, sodas, and water.

The staff were very friendly and the service was first class. The room was basic and there was not enough storage space. It is disappointing that so much of the internal signage is in English. The hotel should make more of an effort to use German. Breakfast was good. Some of the decoration is very idiosyncratic, but it works. Two minutes walk from the station. We would recommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel in central location. Within walking distance from main station. It is located on a busy street. However, I didn't have any problem sleeping or felt it was too noisy. Nice design - it reminds me of a budget version of the Ace hotels. Great air-conditioning which was a big plus in the heat. Cozy lounge style reception. Would go back anytime!

Stay here if you can

I had been happy with the nearby Intercity Hotel, but noticed on this trip that it was not so highly rated as the me and all hotel and cost about $45/night more, so I tried the me and all hotel and am very glad I did. I have already rated the arrival and confirm that the two night stay was as good or better than the arrival. The breakfast was the best I can remember having in Europe.

We booked 2 rooms for a business trip, the hotel is very nice, the staff is helpful and kind, rooms are clean and everything is new. the only issue we had is that the EV charging station for the car was not working. we actually picked this hotel because they had a charging station for electrical cars, therefore we would have charged it at night to be able drive next morning without stopping.

A new, hip, comfortable hotel with good Internet, amazing service, and a friendly bar. The room was large and well-appointed. Convenient location near the main train station (Hauptbonhof), but a 15 minute walk to the cathedral (Dom) and other old-town sights. I was very pleased I ended up here!

Small but cozy diamond in the rough

Small but comfortable room with great shower, bed, and pillows. Not the most scenic location, but very convenient as across the street from Mainz train station so easy to get to from the airport. It was also walking distance to quite a few good restaurants. Service in lobby/bar was good and atmosphere had cool vibe. Since I was on a business trip, I had work to do, so I feel inclined to share that the room size did not really accommodate doing work. There was a desk but it was small and had only a stool not a chair, so it was really more like a vanity than a desk. There were ample cozy chairs in the lobby though, so I ended up doing work from there.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the moment we arrived, we felt an incredible sense of serenity and warmth. This hotel has a fantastic, modern, and youthful style that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door.
The Dream Team
The real heart of this place is the staff. A special thank you goes to Sandra, the Director, and Laura at the reception. They are absolute gems! Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help were beyond anything we expected.
No matter what we needed or what small issue popped up, they handled everything with extreme flexibility and a \"can-do\" attitude. It’s rare to find a team that truly makes you feel so looked after and peaceful during your stay.
Room for Growth
If I have to be honest and constructive, the restaurant area (specifically the service hours) could use a bit of improvement to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. However, this is a minor detail when compared to the incredible atmosphere.
Final Verdict
In the end, it’s the kindness and the warm welcome that make the real difference here. The human touch provided by Sandra, Laura, and the entire team is what sets this hotel apart. We felt incredibly supported and happy.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where you aren't just a guest, but part of the family!

Das Hotel hat eine lockere und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war recht klein, das Bad zwar stylisch, aber auch unpraktisch. Die Waschtischarmatur gibt Rätsel auf, nutzbare Ablageflächen Mangelware.
Zur Frühstückszeit zwischen 7:00 und 8:00 ist ein Platz an eine Esstisch Glückssache, die Frühstücksauswahl recht übersichtlich, aber gut (das matschige Rührei augenommen).
Insgesamt war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig.

Modernes Hotel mit guter Lage und mit guter Anbindung. Allerdings Frühstück 25€ finde ich überteuert. Das Zimmer war klein und eng und das Bad/Dusche war nicht separat, sondern ins Zimmer integriert. Keine Diskretion. Es war nachts sehr laut, da Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße und Bahnhof. Für diesen Preis etwas besseres erwartet.

Modernes Hotel im Zentrum

Schönes neuwertiges und modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Mainz, fast direkt am Bahnhof. Durch die gute Schallisolierung bekommt man bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht viel von der zentralen Lage mit. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend, interessiert und präsent. Die Betten sind super bequem und im Hotel selbst findet sich neben Bar auch Fitnessraum und Sauna.

Tolles, stylisches Hotel. Nur der neu angepriesene WhatsApp Reception Service funktioniert nicht. Die WhatsApp Anfrage wurde leider gar nicht beantwortet.
Aber ansonsten eines der besten Hotels mit tollem Frühstück und sehr guten ausgestattetem Gym-Bereich und sehr schöner Spa mit Sauna und Relaxing Area.

Sehr gute Lage, Hotelpersonal und Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Gratis Mini Bar, abends frisches kostenloses Popcorn oder eine Candybar Zimmer sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, geräumige Dusche, sehr modern, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Lediglich Zimmerklimatisierung hätten wir gerne kälter gehabt. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage im klassischen Sinne, man konnte nur bis zu 2° wärmer oder kälter auswählen.

Sehr stylisches, aber gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Haltestelle vor der Tür), Hbf fußläufig, Innenstadt nicht weit, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der lauten Straße kein Verkehrslärm, da die Fenster sehr gut isolieren. Zumindest nach hinten raus! Ein paar Schwierigkeiten hatten wir mit den Rollläden, da sie sich selbst auf durchlässig gestellt haben, was ich nachts aber nicht gemerkt habe. Ohne die Verdunkelungsvorhänge war es dann sehr früh sehr hell im Zimmer. Aber das weiß ich ja jetzt fürs nächste Mal. Die Matratze (Queensize-Bett) ist zu weich für unseren Geschmack.
Nette Bar mit schönen Loungeecken, Raucherzimmer. Essen haben wir nicht genutzt.
Wir würden wiederkommen!
