I've been to this hotel several times and stayed in single rooms. They are correctly furnished and clean. This time I was given a double room without any surcharge. It was in another building across the yard and very calm. I understand that the hotel will be refurbished shortly which may also affect the pricing structure.

Great small hotel on the Rhine!

A very nice small hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Right on the Rhein River just a few doors down from the Schloss Biebrich. Very comfortable beds! A nice breakfast buffet is available for a good price. The staff are friendly and very helpful! We stayed for two nights before a river cruise leaving from Mainz. The front desk called a cab for us which arrived within 5 minutes. Would stay again!!

Probably the worst city hotel I’ve stayed at.

Our room was terrible. It looked as if the door had been forced open at some time and the repair they had made meant that we could not lock the door from the inside. A light push from the corridor would have forced the door open. The window was also broken and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. So after the first night we requested a new room. This room was better because it was at least secure. The bathroom was also slightly better but the shower was still a tray with a curtain, it really needed a door. The staff were friendly but the whole place looked very tired and in need of an upgrade. Would not recommend.

Very clean and conveniently located

I've stayed in this hotel already three or four times. I can only talk about single rooms facing the backyard and never had breakfast. The rooms are very clean and correctly furnished. Fresh towels, toiletries, complimentary water bottle, everything you need. There is no outside noise from the back. Unfortunately, if you happen to have noisy neighbours in the opposite rooms on the same floor, the place is not soundproof. It's possible that this does not affect double rooms. There are buses into town and a nice big park right next to it. Also several restaurants and a famous icecream parlour. I will definitely stay there again.

Parking was reserved as requested by phoning days before arrival. We had a larger rental car and changed to a larger parking place. This was possible as we were the first to arrive. The breakfast at 10.50 EUROs was very good. Even possible to order a Chicano. Street noise, our room was on the street side, made it hard to cool room of at night. Location was great. Room was small but complete and clean. Extras, like water and kettle for coffee were good.

Rheinblick : a great stop along a busy river

Great location in the immediate area of our family, but next to a beautiful large park for a good bracing walk + just opposite the Rhein with its birds, ships etc. The village of Biebrich has everything you need for a quick coffee or a meal, and of course the hotel serves good coffee and cake as well. Grand to use the parking. The breakfast buffet is fresh and excellent. All in all a nice and quiet location quiet location near Mainz and Wiesbaden.

Great to just walk across the street to a small park on the river. Hotel staff great and accommodating. Breakfast bar very good. My single room was tiny. I paid for off street parking and technically, I did have a reserved space. It was almost impossible to get in and out of. As an American, I am accustomed to air conditioning. Withe the very warm weather in July, my stay would have been better with it.

Stairs and parking.

If you don't mind climbing lots of stairs and parking far away, then this is the hotel for you. We were given a room on the top floor, it was so small we couldn't pass each other in the room, and parking was a huge problem. Staff was nice, but I would never stay here again.

Spartan?!

After circling the hotel 3 times before I finally found parking (500m away from the hotel) I entered the hotel and was shown my room. It immediately evoked memories of youth hostels and student dorms. It was tiny, a bed with a rock hard mattress, pillows that don't deserve that name and dust rolling around under the bed. I was tired or else I would've left again right away. But I had to go to bed considering I'd planned an early start the next day. But guess what- no breakfast before 8 on a Saturday. Breakfast was a joke, some stale cereal and little in terms of fruit/healthy choices.
Also, the door didn't close properly, it slammed shut every time I went in or out the room- so I guess it was good my room was right by the stairs.
The only positive thing is the Rhein right across the street and some restaurants/cafe. But I will never go there again. And it wasn't even cheap.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war durchweg enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen und ist in einem schlechten, ungepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft dreckig, mit Staub, Flecken und deutlich sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren. Auch das Badezimmer machte keinen hygienischen Eindruck.

Die Einrichtung ist alt, beschädigt und offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht erneuert worden. Von dem, was online beworben wird, ist vor Ort kaum etwas wiederzuerkennen. Für den überteuerten Preis steht die gebotene Leistung in keinem Verhältnis.

Der Gesamteindruck ist mangelhaft – weder Sauberkeit noch Komfort oder Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmen hier. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen und würde nicht erneut buchen.

Sowohl der Herr beim Checkin, als auch Sonntagmorgen der Herr am Rezeption und die Dame von der Küche waren super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei und die Möglichkeit mit der kleinen Terrasse in den Hinterhof fanden wir super. Wir merken uns sehr gerne dieses Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pfingstturnier war. Im Vorfeld hatten wir das Hotel angefragt, ob sie Parkplätze hätten und es wurde für uns ein Parkplatz reserviert. Nach 7 Stunden Anreise gab es keinen Parkplatz und wir durften uns selbst kümmern, wo wir unser Auto hinstellen dürfen. Der nächste Schock war das Zimmer: dreckig... in der Matratze hatte es ein riesiges Loch. Wir haben dann nach einer Nacht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Fazit: nie wieder

Die Unterkunft liegt in biebrich, einem Randviertel von Wiesbaden. Der Anteil der zu gezogenen Sudländer ist extrem hoch, die Umgebung sieht anhand der Häuser und Straßen etwas dreckig aus. Alte Häuser und auch nicht allzu saubere Straßen. Wiesbaden bemüht sich aber scheinbar grüne Flächen und bäume ins Stadtbild zu integrieren.
Vor dem hotel liegt eine zweispurige Hauptverkehrsstraße. Hat man ein Zimmer zum Rhein, ist der Ausblick zwar schön, aber bei Fenster auf auch extrem laut.

Das Hotel selbst ist an sich nicht schlecht, nur Sauberkeit und die Gestaltung des Innenhofes lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt jeden Tag ob mit oder ohne \"nicht stören\" Schild an der Tür. Dabei werden ob dreckig oder nicht jeden Tag die Handtücher getauscht, das ist nicht gut, für unsere Umwelt. Der Müll wird zwar gelehrt, allerdings glaub ich war die reinigungskraft arg verwirrt, da Müll aus anderen Zimmern in meinem gelassen wurde, zwei Tage in Folge der dreckige putzlappen im Bad rum lag, in den Ecken im Bad Und auf dem Bettsims wurde schon lange nichts mehr gewischt und ein Staubsauger ist in den vier Tagen meiner Anwesenheit nicht benutzt worden. Ich kannte die Krümel am Ende persönlich.
Das Frühstück kostet 13€, ich weiß nur nicht wofür?! 2 Sorten Brötchen, Marmelade ja, ohne Beschriftung oder Schälchen zum abfüllen, Cornflakes ja, Joghurt für cornflakes nur manchmal und auch nur manchmal ein obstsalat. Ich fand es etwas karg.
Der Innenhof muss neu möbliert werde

Das Zimmer 56 war zu stark verstaubt z.ab. hinterm Fernseher und beim Bett 1cm Staub Fläche das könnte man Mal reinigen.

Beim Treppen Abgang Haut man sich mit der Körpergröße 189 leicht den Kopf an, die Kante ist nicht Gepolstert und nicht Markiert.

Auch die Heizung in dem Zimmer 56 könnte man erneuern (Modernisieren) denn diese heizt nicht mehr Klimaneutral.

Frühstück war zwar Gut nur die Auswahl zu gering - nur könnte man beim Frühstück achten das man weniger Plastik Kauft? Honig, Marmelade in Glas gibt es ebenso in dieser Größenordnung mit Aluminium Deckel sogar und habe zwar einen Toaster gesichtet aber kein Toastbrot 🤔.

Im allgemeinen jedoch der Preisverhältnisen ganz okay ... Nur beim nächsten Aufenthalt suche ich ein besseres Hotel das die ⭐⭐⭐ Sterne verdient hat ich hätte dies aus 1.5 ⭐ eher bewertet im allgemeinen Zustand.

Wir sind mit unseren zwei kleinen Hunden angereist und bekamen ein ganz altes Zimmer mit Fliesen Boden, der eiskalt war. Das Bett war mit einigen Toppern, und Unterlagen ausgelegt, damit aus zwei Einzelbetten ein Doppelbett wurde...grausam.
Wir bezahlen pro Hund 15 Euro...das ist in Ordnung, aber dann möchte ich nicht in die Abstellkammer.
Eine zweite Nacht wäre undenkbar gewesen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, und das Personal freundlich.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende junge Frau am Empfang. Es handelt sich um drei Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert welche außerordentlich gut restauriert/renoviert wurden. Die Standardzimmer sind sehr klein aber ordentlich ausgestattet. Die Komfortzimmer sind erheblich großzügiger und besser ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist sehr angenehm, fußläufig sind Geschäfte, Restaurant, Bäckereien etc. gut zu erreichen. Das Personal insgesamt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden im Falle eines Falles hier sicherlich wieder übernachten.

Ruhiges Hotel, gute Lage

Ich habe 3 Übernachtungen im Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war klein, aber völlig ausreichend, es lag zum Innenhof, was sehr angenehm war, man konnte das Fenster weit geöffnet lassen ohne von der Straße etwas mitbekommen. Das Bett hatte eine gute Matratze und ich hab wunderbar geschlafen. Ein ruhiges Hotel mit einer guten Lage direkt gegenüber vom Rhein. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Bus bis Wiesbaden Centrum bzw Mainz direkt gegenüber. Schön waren auch die Restaurants direkt im die Ecke und der Wein Stand, so genannter Riesling Pier lud ein, um dort des Öfteren zu verweilen. Viele Bänke und sitz Möglichkeiten entlang des Rhein ufers und der Schloss Park vom Schloss Biebrich bietet auch die Möglichkeit, für Spaziergänge bzw sich dort zu erholen. Das Frühstück war gut, reichliche Auswahl und von den Zeiten her sehr angenehm. Für mich waren die Tage in dem Hotel sehr schön und ich kann es weiter empfehlen. Nette Mitarbeiter, Service gut! Park Möglichkeiten mit Glück direkt vor dem Hotel, ansonsten um die Ecke herum am Schloss.

Zimmer allerdings extrem spartanisch, wesentlich kleiner als auf Homepage suggeriert, Bett sehr unbequem, alles wirkte irgdnwie alt und ein kleines bisschen schmuddelig. Ich finde die Treppe im Haus extrem gefährlich. Haus würde mal schön gemacht, ist jetzt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind klein, nicht gut isoliert und die Wände halten keine Lautstärke zurück. Zur Krönung stand unser Zimmer abends offen, am Empfang kam die Ausrede 'oh, ach, neues Personal'. Einmal, weil günstig, und nie wieder.

Schöne Lage am Schloss Biebrich. Das historische Hotel-Gebäude hat auch wirklich Charme. Die Zimmer sind solide ausgestattet. Es ist allerdings Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Durch den Altbau sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Was wirklich störend und schade ist, dass anscheinend am Putzpersonal gespart wird. So war überall eine deutliche Staubschicht sichtbar und man darf auch nicht genau in die Ecken gucken. Das hat den ansonsten vernünftigen Eindruck getrübt.
Für Geschäftsreisende oder Monteure evtl. ausreichend, für einen privaten Aufenthalt so eher nicht. Leider.

Bell’albergo in zona comodissima alla metro

Bello, pulito, attaccato alla metro. Zona Stadio. Molto confortevole e pulito. Unica pecca (secondo me) la colazione: per chi come me ama il dolce alla mattina, non c’ molta scelta.

마인츠와 비스바덴 모두 돌아보기 좋음

방이 작고 더웠지만 마인츠와 비스바덴 중간에 위치한 덕분에 모두 돌아보기엔 편리했네요. 다음에 또 가고 싶진 않지만 그냥 저냥 머물만은 했네요.

Hotellet var valgt pga net-oplysning om gratis parkering. Der var for få p-pladser, og de var ikke gratis. Vanskeligt at finde p-plads og lang transport med kufferter.

Schöne Lage des Hotel direkt am Rhein und neben dem Schloss, aber Zimmer zur Straße am Wochenende laut wegen Bars in der Nachbarschaft und Verkehr bis in die Nacht.
Rezeption entgegen Buchungsbestätigung am Wochenende bereits ab 22 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Kein Hinweis wie man an seinen Schlüssel kommt. Mit Glück und weiteren Gästen haben wir es nach 30min trotzdem geschafft.
Empfangsdame am nächsten Morgen zeigte sich unberührt von den Problemen beim Check In.

Nette Unterkunft mit sehr kleinem Zimmer im Dach.

Umgebung war sehr angenehm am Rhein. Schloss direkt angrenzend. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Zimmer sind sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Kein hauseigener Parkplatz vorhanden.

Great hotel to stay

Great location near by city central, Biebrich castle and Rhein riverside with reasonable price. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Es wäre notwendig einen Parkplatz für Ausladen und Einladen zur ständigen Verfügung zu haben. Für Familien mit Kindern oder ältere Menschen ist es mühsam das Gepäck von weiterher zu bringen.

Wahrscheinlich durch meine Spätanreise kam ich in das Erdgeschoss Zimmer hinter der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war groß genug, sauber und auch das Badezimmer tadellos. Aber aufgrund der sehr befahrenen Hauptstrasse vor dem Fenster war es eine unruhige Übernachtung. Eine Empfehlung: Das WLAN Passwort mit in den Umschlag legen, indem der Schlüssel auch liegt, bei Gästen die den Nachtschlüssel-Safe nutzen müssen. Check-out Service schien mir wenig an Gästen interessiert.

Hotel welches durch seine faszinierende Lage direkt am Rhein punktet . Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Wiesbadener Verhältnisse okay für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert .

Das Hotel war für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber teils nicht so gut in Schuss (z.B. waren von den 4 Decken-Spot-Lampen 3 Stück kaputt, die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen.
Das Personal war freundlich. ABER: der Inhaber war unfreundlich und nicht Kundenorientiert.

Hotel is fine, problems with the booking

The Hotel is direct on the river and next to Schloss Biebrich. When we arrived, we wasn't told that the breakfast wasn't included and how much it was. So as we check out, there was a surprise because it was 10.50 per person and day (maybe 5 Euro worth). We asked why nobody told us that while we checked in, the answer was: we think the people know, what they booked. Of course it was our mistake that we didn't read the description properly, but the Hotel must have know, that we didn't payed for it yet so it would have been their Job too tell us what comes on top. On our case 42 Euro. But if you stay longer than two days it would be nice to know beforehand.
