The location is fantastic! I was there during a heat wave, it was over 100degrees. A/C does not come in all the rooms. I had joining rooms with an ac in only one room so we had to leave the doors open and they charged us 19 Euro a day to use the thing! The hotel is very basic but clean. There is no iron in the room. The parking garage is a nightmare if you are not use to German parking
I read a review about the neighborhood not being great...nearly the entire block is owned by a Turkish family. It is a mixed neighborhood with many Germans that walk through and eat there. As a well traveled white American female, I never felt uneasy there.

This hotel was conveniently located to stroll down to the old city quarter of Wiesbaden without too much uphill walking to get back. It was also convenient for joining Wiesbaden's good network of busses to get around at the reasonable rate of 5.20 euros per day. Breakfasts were good too.

The room was both very clean and very nice. The staff were amazingly accommodating and even provided us with a fan to use during the night. The first night we stayed there was noise coming from the street below however was perfectly quiet the second night. The Breakfast provided was really comprehensive and tasty!

Convenient clean hotel
This was a good choice for a convenient location to the city center. Located in what seems an ethnic Turkish neighborhood, it is pleasant, clean, friendly and quiet. I found it a very economical option to get close to town and it's activities. I walked everywhere. The Bahnhof is about a mile away and I walked through the city center - very pleasant.

The staff in the front desk were sooooo friendly and sweet and helpful,the girls who worked in the breakfast area were so cute and always smiling and doing their best to help everyone,the room was big and comfortable,but the only bad thing I hated is the noise from the street,my room was in the first floor on the street and it was a disaster,couldn't sleep ,and it was fully booked couldn't find me any room on the other side , but every thing else was perfect

-The door had a trick to it. You have to pull and then push. Doors shouldn't have tricks to them.
-The free wifi is terrible. Think 40-60 kilobytes speed.
-The attendants are clearly overwhelmed. There is only one on duty at a time.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to everything. It was my first time in Germany, and I absolutely loved it. People were nice, clean town and beautiful. The hotel is small, but farely clean. Staff was nice, and great breakfast. The location like I said was very good but the neighborhood was ok, at least on the block. But not dangerous. I'd recommend it.

For the price of the room per night, it was lacking some extra luxury. Free wifi for guest would have been nice instead of €5 per 24hrs of use.

Great hotel in the center of town
The room was much bigger than excepted and the hotel looked newly renovated. The breakfast is a combination of an American and Germany buffet style breakfast. The food was very good. I would stay at the hotel again but without a car. Parking was very tight and you either need to call ahead to have the staff open the gate into the parking area or make sure you have someone with you who can go into the lobby because doing that yourself on the busy street will cause traffic to back up. That is the only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

Helpful staff that speaks English. Efficient small room with small balcony. Has airconditioning but not needed with our April visit. Nice breakfast with a variety of choices at 8 Euros. Could request specially prepared foods. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

I was stayed there around 10 day and I disappointed a lot with the hotel services. They are not changing the towells and other clots regulary even I put them on floor, but still they are keep repeating the same. Bed is not at all comfertable. No english channels at all in TV. The price is also too much for what they have given.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption, Hinweis, dass die Getränke in der Minibar kostenfrei sind, leckeres Frühstück, gab es auch. Klimaanlage war sehr angebracht bei der Hitze. Einfahrt zu den Parkplätze sehr eng, aber hat mm-genau gepasst. Es gab auch Tipps, wie es mit meinem langen Arteon am besten wieder raus geht. Konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen und Restaurants, wo man draußen noch bis 23 Uhr Essen kann, sind direkt nebenan.

1: Handtuchhalter im Bad war fast komplett aus der Wand gerissen
2: keine Becher zum Zähneputzen vorhanden, aber dafür Weingläser
3: Da das Zimmer zum Parkplatz lag, wurde man am Abend durch die beiden Fischrestaurants mit Fischgeruch belästigt. Somit war Lüften nur am morgen möglich. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts.
4: Einfahrt zum Parkenhof ist sehr eng (ab Spiegelaußmassen ab 2,10 m würde ich nicht mehr reinfahren, mein Auto hat 2,05m und alles piepte).

街の中心部であるMitteエリアの端にありますが、歩行者天国のメインストリートのLanggasseやKirchgasseまで徒歩5～10分ほどで、観光名所も十分歩いて回れますし、中央駅行きのバスの停留所もホテルからすぐの場所です。レセプションスタッフはドイツ人の男女1名ずつにお会いしましたが、とても親切で礼儀正しい接客でした。朝食ルームのスタッフはドイツ人ではない女性2名で、そういう方は不愛想な場合も多いですが、こちらでは愛想よく気持ちいい対応でした。また予約時に静かな部屋が希望だと記入したところ、裏庭側（ホテルの駐車場ですが、車の出入りは少なかったです）の部屋を用意して下さり、静かな広い部屋でよく眠れました。朝食は冷たいお野菜・ハム・チーズ類に加え、温かいお肉は初日にソーセージ、翌日はベーコンと種類を変えて出され、デザートのクッキーやビスケットまであり、バラエティー豊かでおいしかったです。マイナス点は少ないですが、まずエレベーターホールから客室への廊下に入った際、また客室内から廊下に出た際に、廊下の電気がセンサーで自動的に点灯するのに、それがほんの5秒ほどですぐに消えてしまうことです。廊下は常についている明かりや窓がなく、客室に囲まれており夜は特に真っ暗なので、エレベーターホールと自分の部屋との距離を歩く間や、部屋の鍵を開閉する間に、何度もセンサーに感知させるため腕を振り回したりしなければなりません。またバスルームのタオルがかなり古く、当然洗濯したものが置かれていたとは思いますが、洗濯で落ちなかったシミが複数ついていたり、ふちがボロボロにほつれていたりしました（あまりにひどいのでバスマットかと思いましたが、バスマットはちゃんと他にありました）。室内やバスルームは清潔で快適だったのに、タオルがこんな状態なのは残念でした。

Ok værelser, dog ret skrabede med hensyn til komfort : ikke mulighed for regulering af varme/kulde, tom minibar, ikke elkedel, kaffe, te eller flaske vand, tvivlsomt internet der kun fungerede noget af tiden, meget larm fra gaden om natten og ikke parkering ( hotellet rådede over 6 parkeringspladser som kunne lejes efter først til mølle-princippet for 10 euro). Første nat måtte vi parkere i nærtliggende parkeringshus for 18 euro. På plussiden : mange gode restauranter i nærområdet, der er et tyrkisk kvarter. Lækker og stor morgenbuffet. Venligt personale.

Anmeldung war besetzt und wir bekamen auch gleich den Zimmerschlüssel. Leider hatte wohl der Vorbewohner im Nichtraucerhzimmer geraucht. Somit wieder zur Anmeldung und ein anderes Zimmer bekomme. Leider war wohl nicht vermerkt worden, dass es in dem Zimmer vorher einen Schaden gegeben hatte. Beim dritten Versuch ist dann das Personal erst einmal selber nachsehen gegangen und dann passte es auch.
Zimmer war auch wie im letzten Mal sauber und mit Flüssigseife, Duschgel und Fön ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück war auch wie beim letzten Mal gut,reichlich und ruhig.

Schönes kleines Hotel in guter Innenstadtlage. Die Zimmer zur Straße raus sind in der Nacht und den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut wenn man gern bei offenen Fenster schläft. Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr guter Service. Die Dusche ist leicht Sanierungsbedürftig. Bis in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Zweckmässiges Hotel für mein Seminaraufenthalt
Ich war für ein Seminar in Wiesbaden, durch das schöne Wetter, eher selten im Zimmer, aber in der Zeit in der ich auf meinem Zimmer war, war alles Top. Bett, Dusche, etc. alles vorhanden. Schade das es bei dem heißem Wetter keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gab, aber sowas wäre dann doch eher Luxus. Sehr überrascht hat mich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, ich wurde von einer Frau Kirsch herzlich willkommen.
