Housekeeping was horrible. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. On day 3 housekeeping entered without knocking. My daughter was still in the shower I asked to come back in 15 minutes. They never came the next day I had to ask to get at least the towels changed. No toilet paper, no shampoo/body soap empty. The bathroom is a wet room. The whole room stands under water after using the shower. So you will get wet feet when using the restroom

I arrived at the hotel late, and I was very tired. The receptionist was rude. He gave me a far room, and when I was surprised that there was no bed for my son, I went to him and told him that there was no bed for my son. His answer was, “This is not my problem, this is your problem with Expedia,, I told him that my reservation was for three people, and he said to me, “This is your problem. There are no triple rooms in our hotel, all of them are double rooms.” I went out to my car, then returned to him and asked him to cancel the reservation, and he said to me, “I have found you a triple room.

Good location in Neustadt, close to Zollhafen and views of the Rhein. 15 minutes by bus to the cathedral or 35 minutes by foot. Very new and clean property, rooms are minimalist but practical. Bathroom is open concept with shower, toilet and sink in one space.

1) No parking (Parking outside is good but there is hard to leave the parking at night after parking the car
2) This is a low level motel. Bed is poor quality and amenities remind me of a low quality motel.
3) No ironing board in room - have to be requested to secure one.

Next time I won't stay here.

Clean, simple, effective

Simple business hotel in a quiet corner of Neustadt. It is currently surrounded by construction sites, but that was not an issue. There's no parking at the hotel. The free parking is on the street, if you're lucky to find a spot (I was). There's a parking garage across the street which is inexpensive (5 EUR a night). There's a Rewe supermarket only 2 blocks away.

Good and bad

The front desk attendant was clearly drunk when we checked it, room us extremely warm are the AC only blew hot air (winter months) which would be fine if the window would open but it wouldn’t. Other than that the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

New pristine hotel in Mainz

A great option for a road trip sleep.

The hotel was absolutely new, the room was comfortable and the shower was very good.

Incredible fast check-in. The room and hotel area were very clean.
Breakfast is simple but good for the money.

Parking was free and easy on the street.

I will not hesitate to stay there again if needed.

A new hotel. Would have loved to have access to ice. We weren't informed about the 'trick' with the air conditioner until we mentioned our air wasn't working correctly. We were told we were the first in the room, so should have been told about the air. The towels left lint all over our bodies, after showering. The whole breakfast process was great! The hot water in the bathroom sink was scalding hot, with no forewarning. Hopefully, the parking structure across the street will be finished soon. If it is a parking structure. Lol! Close to a lot of things.

Bettwäsche war leider nicht sauber, es waren Blutflecken vorhanden.
Größere Silberfische mehrfach im Zimmer.
Zudem eine unerträgliche Hitze, die man nicht runterregulieren konnte, weil die Klimaanlage nicht mehr funktionierte und im Hotel die Heizung eingeschaltet war.
Der Aufhänger \"bitte nicht stören\" wurde abgemacht und das Zimmer betreten. Leider wurde dann auch die mit Blut verdreckte Bettwäsche wieder aufs Bett gelegt - die Decke hatte ich extra weggelegt. Sonst wurde im Zimmer aber nichts gereinigt.

Im Hotel war es viel zu warm, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Fenster sind verschlossen und erst auf Nachfrage erhält man kurz einen Schlüssel , es roch im Zimmer und auch in den Fluren unangenehm , dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut .

Ganz praktisch, neu und sauber. Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, werden die Zimmer vielleicht nicht so oft belegt - unser Bad hat nach abgestandenem Wasser gerochen - nachdem wir das Zimmer aber bereits einmal gewechselt hatten, war es für eine Nacht ok. Frühstück überraschend abwechslungsreich für ein Hotel in der Kategorie, gab auch Kaiserschmarren, Baked Beans und Obstsalat. An der Rezeption gibt es auch Pizza und Getränke...Kann man also machen, wenn es hauptsächlich praktisch sein soll.

Leider hatte ich eine Nacht zu viel gebucht. Die Änderung ohne die letzte Nacht hätte mich 150 Euro Gebühren gekostet????? Sorry, aber kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Übernachtung war kaum teurer als die Gebühren. Bin dann einfach früher abgereist. Finde ich sehr kundenunfreundlich. Werde in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel buchen was bei Änderung der Daten flexibler ist.

Hinsichtlich unserer gesamten Bewertung sollte man immer ein Auge auf das grundsätzliche Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben. ;-)
Wir hatten über Expedia gebucht, leider war die Buchung aber nicht wirklich ans Hotel übermittelt worden. Zusätzlich kamen wir sehr spät Abends an.
Der nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat dann alles richtig smart gehandelt und uns zusätzlich ein (ich denke mit leichtem Upgrade) großes Zimmer (wir sind auch zusätzlich mit großem Hund unterwegs) gegeben.
Da zukünftig häufiger in Mainz sein werden, werden wir gerne wieder dort buchen.

Hotel nuovo in una zona a un paio di chilometri dal centro raggiungibile con una passeggiata. La zona dove si trova è residenziale e tranquilla. La sera puoi rilassarti bevendo un drink nella hall che è grandissima e puoi anche ordinare la pizza.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Ein Kurzaufenthalt mit 2 Übernachtungen. 2 sehr freundliche Empfangsmitarbeiter. Es war einmal Simon, von der 2. Person leider nicht den Namen gemerkt.
Zimmer hell und sehr angenehm eingerichtet.
Auf alle Fälle werdee ich wieder hier übernachten.

Goed gelegen in een nieuwe opkomende wijk aan het water. Het centrum is een eindje lopen, maar de S-Bahn is dichtbij. De wijk is heel veilig.

Zeer schoon, helemaal nieuw opgeleverd. Ik ben mijn iPad vergeten en ze hebben het heel netjes teruggestuurd met nog wat snoep als een cadeau. Heel veel dank aan de receptie en housekeeping.

War für eine Nacht da und bin begeistert. Das Hotel scheint sehr neu zu sein, alles glänzt, die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, es ist sehr ruhig dort und es gibt sehr gute und günstige Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus. Die Innenstadt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Sauber, freundlich und überzeugend

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, saubere allerdings etwas kleine Zimmer leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und jeder hat was gefunden. Auch im Frühstücksraum waren nur freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Der Fahrradraum und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind top!

Ruhige Gegend dafür aber sehr hellhörig,da die Zimmer sehr klein sind und die Wände anscheinend nicht dick.. ab 7 Uhr war schlafen fast unmöglich,durch den Lärm der Nachbarn und dem Zimmerservice der ein Stock drüber anfängt mit putzen.

Der Rezeptionist telefoniert vor dem Gast

Ich bin in der Nacht eingecheckt. Der Rezeptionist sprach durchweg durch den ganzen Check In -Prozess mit jemandem am Telefon auf arabisch (?) Ob privat oder nicht, das kann ich nicht sagen, aber soetwas habe ich bisher noch nie gehabt, dass vor dem Gast einfach weiter telefoniert wird, zumal auch noch in einer solch selbstverständlichen Manier. Einfach nur respektlos. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr unwohl gefühlt,.. zumal der Rezeptionist kaum mit einem interagiert hat,... man kommt sich vor als stehe man an irgendeinem Bahnhofskiosk und belästigt den Angestellten unfreiwillig mit der eigenen Anwesenheit. Das Hotelzimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung, der erste Eindruck jedoch an der Rezeption - dubios bzw. zwielichtig
