Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel..

Excellent hotel. Fantastic breakfast. If you don’t speak German (mine is rudimentary) interacting with the staff may be challenging. Some speak excellent English. Others barely speak a word.

We walked from the train station. 8 minutes. The nearest entrance had 21 steps. Not fun with luggage.

There is a drive-up entrance “around back.” Neither Google nor try hotel staff was helpful in finding it.

Not what it used to be

this used to be the best hotel for it's value in Wiesbaden, hands down. I can no longer recommend it the way I used to.

I had my laundry done in the hotel and they washed everything together so my white stuff was ruined and when I let the front desk know, I just got a shoulder shrug. The breakfast is still great but the orange juice is now water.

But most disappointed by the Bar. The service there was just not good. They used to have great apple cake but when I ordered one, it the apples were still frozen and when I let the server know again, he just shrugged. Tried again next day and same result.

The TV in the room had some malfunctions, the bedding wasn't comfortable and the pillows were low quality.

Wonderful stay at a clean and affordable hotel

The hotel was very clean, spacious, quiet and the breakfast was fantastic. Wiesbaden HB was right across the street. Anastasia was particularly helpful and the entire staff was professional and wonderful. I have no complaints and this hotel was exactly what I needed it to be.

Great Hotel for Travelers!

This was a great option for our visit! Short walking distance from the train station, and a longer but very pleasant walk to downtown. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean, quiet at night which was great.

Breakfast was AMAZING, and the drink options down in the cozy lobby were also great and it was a peaceful place to relax in between adventures.

This will be my new go to hotel in Wiesbaden. Incredibly friendly staff and friendly quick check in. Hotel is spacious and modern. Beautiful breakfast. The only drawback is that the main entrance is very difficult to find on foot despite its relative central location. Easier access through parking garage.

The hotel was excellent! Check in was quick and easy. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable. In the morning we got a huge surprise: the breakfast was gigantic! Everything your heart desires was there! I almost missed half of it as it went around the corner. Absolutely amazing!!!

Sehr gutes Hotel in Bürokomplex 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Comfortzimmer mit schönem Bad und gutem Bett. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Farben. Perfekte leise Klimaanlage. Schalldämmung zur Straße sehr gut, zum Aufzug leider nicht ganz. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Hund kein Problem (15 €) Aufpreis. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es zumindest am Wochenende kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Park Nähe Bahnhof ist am Abend von einigen Drogenabhängigen umgeben. Auch haben wir beim Spaziergang durch den Park Ratten gesehen aufgrund der Abfälle.
Das Hotel selbst ist einfach super. Es wäre schön wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe seine Kleider in einen Schrank zu hängen. Personal top. Frühstück top. Lage selbst ist ok.

部屋の清掃は期待出来ません

７月5日～7日の2泊しました。2日目の夕方ホテルに戻ると
、室内が朝出かけた時のままで、室内の清掃はおろかタオル等な交換もなされてませんでした。翌朝チェックアウト時にフロント係にその旨を伝えたものの、何やら言い訳らしき事を言って、ソーリーソーリーだけで終了されてしまいました。
ここも冷蔵庫は備えてありませんでした。
