The concept of the Adina Hotel to provide a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as a fridge and microwave oven is very appealing and convincing to folks like me who stayed 2 weeks. . It’s all really very good. I do find that the staff seems to be unsufficiently customer focused. Like they read the operating manual but fail to understand the interface with the customer. One lady was a notable exception and I wish I knew her name. All others felt like they were apprentices. Please improve that end of the business.

Definitely recommend the Adina Hotel!
Had a nice stay at the Adina. Everything was beautiful and high quality. The apartment amenities in the room worked out really nicely for doing laundry and having food on hand. The gym was clean and new as well as the pool/sauna. The only problem was parking. There is such a small garage that the hotel couldn't offer parking. They directed us to park in the garage across the street, which while not too inconvenience, was very expensive.
The location was perfect for walking to areas of interest in Wiesbaden - the Kurhaus, Casino, pedestrian shopping street, cafes, restaurants, etc.

This is a gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff! They made us feel special and very welcome. The room has absolutely EVERYTHING and the pool / sauna are beautiful. If you’re coming anywhere near Wiesbaden this is the only place you should stay!!

Property was excellent in almost every way except for parking. I was led to believe, as were others in our group, that on-site parking was available. But, all that parking has been rented out to semi-permanent residences. There is parking two large blocks away, but this needs to be made clear, specially if you have a movement issues and alot of baggage. The personnel did assist and were very good.

Die Hotelbar, die direkt über meinem Zimmer war, war bis nach Mitternacht, unerträglich laut. Erst nach mehrfachen Gesprächen mit dem Hotelmitarbeitern wurde uns ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten. Da war es aber schon sehr spät und wir haben überhaupt nicht geschlafen. Die Bar hat trotz Aufforderung die Musik nicht leiser gemacht. Es war die Hölle. Unser Wochenende ist dahin.
