The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent and kept well stocked. There was a huge amount of helpful items by the elevators that were all free to take as needed. It had access to a laundry and was perfectly located for any travel needs due to be within walking distance of multiple train stations. Excellent spot to stay if you aren't confident in your spoken Japanese. Highly recommended spot for your vacation.

The room was clean and bathroom was functional too with good hot water. As with most budget Tokyo rooms, the room was extremely small (if you open up a large suitcase, there is no more floor space). The elevator sensor wasn't really working though as it physically closed on us multiple times. The elevator doors also were kinda dirty near the bottom.

Staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

In general if you are looking for a clean bed and bathroom near Tokyo Dome, then this hotel is a good option. Do not expect much more though.. you get what you pay for :)

Very convenient and walking distance to many shopping areas. Rooms were very simple but very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I plan to visit near Tokyo dome. They also had XGs music playing all day in the Lobby which I really loved!

Stayed here to attend the LA Dodgers' exhibition game at the Tokyo Dome (which I didn't realize was also an amusement park). It is a quick walk and super convenient. The rooms are very small, but I expected that. The bathroom is sufficient (with heated toilet seat and bidet features) and I slept comfortably. I just suggest that you check the pillows when you arrive, since mine were very stiff. I actually brought my own travel pillow, so it wasn't a problem for me. They have a breakfast included but basically it's drinks and muffins/croissants. Enough to get going in the morning. They also have a drink dispenser (flavored carbonated drinks, including Pepsi) that is available for free for most of the day. This was perfect for what I needed.

Truth be told, the rooms are very small and can barely fit two American size types, however it was very close to the Tokyo Dome. We watched a concert there and stayed for one day. Staff are very nice, place is clean, and amenities are good.

Very friendly staff. Provide complementary basic breakfast and coffee/hot drinks. Onsite laundry room is very affordable and well maintained. Room was very small but this was expected. Very good cleaning service. Extremely convenient located close to Tokyo Dome and within easy walking distance of Korakuen Station on Marunouchi Line. 7-11 conveniently nearby and lots of eating options in neighbourhood.

While The hotel was not located on the main road, it was located in a very convenient spot just across from Tokyo dome. Complimentary breakfast (while qty lasted) offered a petite bread. As the price was great, not only foreign tourists but also businessmen staying due to convenience (close to subway, JR)

had mistakenly reserved a smoker room. I am a non smoker and I have asthma. I asked staff members on 2 different days to chance my reservation to a non smoker room and they couldnt accomodate me because they were full. Room was in bad condition, not clean, smell was too strong. The nice staff member tried to offer me to have some air purifier machine worked in the room. unfortunately all it did was add a layer of humidity smell to the cigarette smell

Perfect hotel if you're staying for only few nights with minimal luggage, not so much if you're staying for a week or more and have large suitcases. I had to take my bag into the hallway to pack as there was no floor space in the room to open it. Front desk attendants were amazing and very helpful, even let us add an extra night to our booking. Breakfast bar is limited (make sure you get there early!), only a few choice bread packets to choose from. There's a lovely little cafe/bakery near Suidobashi station which I recommend if you're after more variety!
Towels were replaced daily which was great and little to no noise from the alley at night.

Very good service, they allow me storage my luggage before I check in. Such a kind offer which I can’t even get at high end hotel in japan.

Staff are friendly and they provide free simple breakfast and drinks until night 12am. Best value!

Very near to Tokyo dome too. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo next time!

Worst Hotel I ever stay!!

Do not book this hotel!! I am travelling with my wife and 1 child. Room is super small and don't have room at all. The design is bad, washroom is 1-2 feet above the floor. My daughter almost fall every time after using the washroom!! The closet is dirty, still got hairs and dust inside. Most ridiculous thing is that they only give you 1 room key!! It made me so upset because I either need to wake them up in the morning if I need to go and buy a coffee (otherwise no one open the door for me) or I take the room key but the room have no electricity (it need the room key to turn on electricity).

I travel quite a lot and this hotel is the worst that i had ever seem and please stay away from booking this hotel!!

Room was clean, normal Tokyo size (so, small but fine for one person or 2 close people), staff was friendly; they mostly spoke Japanese but some had basic English and there was lots of clear signage and information in English. Wi-fi signal was strong and speed was decent if not amazing. The \"breakfast\", though, should either be abandoned or improved--literally there were 7 kinds of bread (grocery store level pastries), hard boiled eggs, and toppings (cheese, mayo, jam, butter), plus drinks. I'd rather have paid a little less and gotten no breakfast and picked up something at the local convenience store. On the other hand, the free soft drinks at night was a nice touch.

This was very close to the conference venue, so that part was good. The staff insisted on making a photocopy of my foreign registration card, even though a resident of Japan has every legal right to refuse this. The hotel is old and worn-down, and feels cramped (lobby, hallway, rooms, everywhere), but it's clean. They had a room guide and hotel guide in English, so dealing with the WiFi, air conditioner controls, etc. was easy.

Great hotel location and friendly staff

The hotel was located a few minutes away from the Tokyo Dome and between 5-7 minute walk to Suidobashi station. The hotel itself was operated with a friendly staff, it was clean although the room was smaller than I expected. The breakfast was simple but it was included as part of the stay so no negatives there. There is a drinks machine available all day at reception to use which was useful. The Wifi connection was very strong during the stay.

I just returned from a week in Tokyo from March 13th through the 20th.

The staff was excellent. I would say about 20% of them spoke a degree of English. All of them were quite friendly. The cleaning staff were especially kind, and helped me when I walked out without my keycard after suffering jetlag.

Note: You have to return your card to the front desk when you leave. Just be aware. Your belongings will be safe. My laptop sat out on my desk with no issue. Japan is a very safe country.

The room is quite small, but to be expected for a business hotel in Tokyo. Bunkyo is a suburb, and the heart of it is the Tokyo Dome City, as well a the LaQua shopping mall. Plenty of food options nearby, including the ubiquitous Kombini (convenience stores).

The breakfast was a nice attempt, but I always head food out.

They have laundry facilities on site, but don't expect your clothes to be dry. They're only damp after an hour.

Hotel Wing in Korakuen won't win any awards for luxury, but it is a nice, quiet place to stay in a residential area close to Suidobashi and Kasuga Stations, and 2 stations away from Akihabara. Please consider staying with them.

Typical very small Tokyo hotel room but not too expensive. Helpful staff. Limited but satisfactory self-service breakfast. A more complete \"morningu sabisu\" breakfast can be had 2 minutes away at a 33% discount at Jonathan's café. Coupon available at hotel front desk. Highly recommended. Unlimited coffee. Good inexpensive buffet breakfast also available at café next to Tokyo Green Hotel Korakuen, opposite Tokyo Dome Hotel.
Hotel Wing (part of a chain of about 14 hotels in Japan) is a good 5 minutes' walk from Suidobashi JR station. Easy to find. There is a limousine bus to and from Narita airport at Tokyo Dome Hotel, 10 minutes from hotel. Better than dragging heavy luggage on Tokyo's busy rail system.
Walk 3 minutes past Tokyo Dome Hotel and find Koishikawa Korakuen garden, a gem in the centre of Tokyo. Beautiful, and of historical importance.

The rooms are compact & clean except for the wall-mounted moldy or dirty hair dryer. There was a nice hairdryer on the ledge so it would be a much better impact to remove the old dryer. They have an eco program where you get a bottle of water if you skip getting your room cleaned but they give you new towels.

This was a great hotel and had fantastic staff that were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good quality and had a good choice of well cooked food. The area had everything you could need too, from 2 local subway/local line stations you could get to pretty much anywhere in Tokyo very easily and Tokyo Dome City down the road had a lot to do if you wanted to stay local for the day including a shopping mall and Korakuen park. I'd recommend visiting Lidabashi and Yasakuni shrine with it's war museum which are only a short walk away too. I'd also recommend the walk to Akihabara too instead of taking the local line train as there's a bit to see on the main road there that you wouldn't otherwise.

The single room had just enough space to live comfortably and came with it's own mini fridge to store what ever you wanted to inside and a good selection of channels on the TV even if they were all Japanese.

Overall a great place to stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Tokyo Dome and Korakuen Hall for events. It is also close to three stations (Korakuen, Suidobashi & Kasuga), which means you can get to most places in Tokyo fairly easily.

The room was fairly small, but had a number of useful facilities (fridge, TV & hangers for clothes). The breakfast was OK and there was a machine in the reception area where you could get free hot & cold drinks (in addition to vending machines). The ground floor also has coin-operated laundry machines, which are useful if you are on a long trip.

Overall, given its handy location, the hotel represented good value for money.

Walking distance of Tokyo Dome

I booked this hotel specifically to attend an event at the Tokyo Dome, and to be able to walk there and back. It was absolutely perfect for this need. Bed and pillow were quite firm, but I like them that way. Very small, by Western standards, but I could fit myself, my backpack, and my suitcase in the room, so no complaints there. Bathroom door opens out, and stepping up into the bathroom is necessary, so be prepared. The toilet is not as scary as it first appears. Tub is short, but deep, and stepping in and out of it without a rubber tub mat was a bit unnerving. Be prepared to turn in your key card to the front desk every time you leave the hotel, and pick it up again when you return. I did not know that. I also didn't know that the key card has to go in a wall slot, or the lights won't turn on. I stood there, frantically flipping light switches, waiting for something to turn on.

For a solo traveler not carrying much \"stuff,\" needing a clean and quiet room to get a good night's sleep, while walking to the Tokyo Dome, Suidobashi Station, and places in that area, it's a great choice.

Hotel is 5 minutes from the metro station,and across the road is Tokyo Dome, where there are plenty of resturants, cafes and a foodcourt. There is also a shopping mall.

The hotel complimentary breakfast is a delight and a good way to start the day on a cold autumn morning. The boiled eggs taste delicious. There is a good choice of continental breakfast menu.

The hotel run eco-friendly policy where the guest are encouraged to allow the hotel to clean the room every other day. Despite that, fresh towels and toiletries are supplied daily.

We email the hotel to notify them of our late arrival, and the hotel accommodated our request promptly.

The washing machine and dryer is easy to operate despite that there is no instruction in English.

All the reception staff speak English, polite and efficient.

Overall, a good value for money medium class hotel that caters for business Japanese guests.

Eventhough the room is quite small we were able to manage since it fitted with our height and size, :), we manage to put our luggage too. The breakfast was enough to start our day. Hotel wing korakuen was excellent all around! Excellent service made all the difference. Manage your expectations though, some rooms may not be for westerners as they are standard Japanese sized. But you can get a superior double room for that. I will stay there again. Good location, excellent staff, great value for money, they make it feel as if you are home.

Good location, about 700 m to metro, 200 m from Tokyo Dome. May shops and cafe around. Staff is very polite and friendly, WI-FI is good. You can take tea or coffee free at lobby any time. Room is standar small for Japan, but ok for sleep.
Breakfast it's only word, egg and bread with jams, tooooooo modest.

This hotel offered very good value. It is centrally and conveniently located near the Tokyo Dome and the University of Tokyo. My room was compact yet had everything I needed, including good internet. Breakfast was basic (rolls for toasting, hard-boiled eggs, and beverages) but satisfying. The staff were polite and hospitable.

The hotel space might seem small for a regular hotel, but it's location is quite centric in Tokyo. Hotel cleanliness is great!! The only downside that I found was the washing machine which I felt it didn't clean my clothes so great. The staff is friendly and they speak English.

Learn Japanese before you come to these tiny rooms

The best thing about this hotel was its location to Tokyo Dome city and the subway system. The hotel staff are OK but the majority of them did not speak English and since I do not speak Japanese it was difficult to communicate. The worst part about the hotel is the tiny, tiny rooms. When I booked this hotel, it’s because the service I used had booked me into another hotel two hours away from the airport and where I had to go to renew my Global Entry. This hotel was chosen for price and location to where I needed to be. I did not realize how small the rooms you’re going to be. If a six foot tall person laid on the bed sideways that person’s head would be on the outside wall with the window and their knees would be against the wall to the bathroom. The so-called continental breakfast basically consisted of breads and hard boiled eggs - no cheeses or meats.

If you're someone like me who only needs a hotel for a few hours sleep, this hotel is perfect. The staff is extremely nice and always willing to help. This was my second stay at hotel wing and I will stay there again on my next trip to Japan

While clean and convenient with friendly staff, the room was a shoebox and the breakfast limited. I bought things for my own breakfast and put them in the fridge, but someone turned off the fridge. I was at a conference and other people had better deals elsewhere nearby for less. Even got an offer from Hotels.com for half price what I paid at the hotel the night before. Many good points but just too small for comfort. Ok if you are intending just to crash.

awesome hotel with the friendliest staff

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Wings! Since it's located so close to Tokyo Dome, the kids had so much fun as we could just walk there in 2 min. Very close to the JR and subway station, made it so convenient for us as well. Only 3 stops from akihabara.
Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Japan, this had the best and most accommodating staff and great amenities. Definitely would love to stay here again!

The rooms are minimalist, but they get the job done for having a place to get washed up and rested. Hotel staff spoke good English and are courteous. The location is within walking distance of The University of Tokyo and several train station offer decent access to the rest of the city.

Situated in a very peaceful and clean area, near Tokyo Dome with lots of attractions, restaurants, nice mall and groceries and train stations are just walking distance. Even if the room is small but our stay was very satisfying because it's clean and necessary amenities were provided. It's really worth the price, will surely recommend to relatives and friends.the

Great value

Great value for excellent location. Staff was very helpful and polite and.service oriented. Loved that free light breakfast was offered, and free flowing coffee, green tea and water was available at the lobby any time. Room was tiny but had everything we needed. Every square foot of space was used efficiently.

Worth staying

Even though room is small, the location is perfect..just a few steps from Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Dome City, which has lots of restaurants to eat. I love that it's close to the train station.
The staff were very nice and friendly..the FREE BEAKFAST was not bad at all.
Overall, I'll come back and book a room here again.

Great location close to Tokyo Dome, Ueno and Akiba

Lovely helpful staff and great central location, however the room was quite tiny! Fine if you were alone or much smaller than two tall Westerners, but it left very little space for our bags or to move around in general.
But if that isn't an issue then the bed was comfy, the free self serve drinks/breakfast downstairs really great if you're on the go and plenty of transport links around to head off into other areas of Tokyo.

Nice hotel close to attractions and transportation

Had a great experience from check in to check out. The staff were very professional and helpful. Good size room considering Japans repetition for tiny rooms. Enjoyed it.

Perfect for events at Tokyo Dome

Hotel is a convenient 5 minute walk from Tokyo Dome. If you're here for baseball, there's no need to rush for the last subway even if the matches end late.

Food options are mostly geared towards tourists and generally more expensive than your typical local fare. You'll have to walk a short distance to find cheaper food options.

In terms of transport, the hotel is situated between Korakuen/Kasuga and Suidobashi station, connecting it to most of the major tourist spots.

Staff is very friendly, as expected from Japanese hotel staff. Room cleaning is prompt. Room is comfortable but is slightly small and cramped. The only places in the room where I could fully open my suitcase was in the doorway or on my bed.

Overall a decent hotel to stay at but there aren't many tourist attractions nearby, so the best reason to stay here would be its convenience to Tokyo Dome.
