スタッフ対応、食事、宿の雰囲気等どれを取っても大変良かったです。到着した際、遠方から来館したので車のフロントガラスが汚れてしまっていたのですが、スタッフの方が気を配ってくださり翌朝には綺麗になっていました。
ただ、宿泊させて頂いた部屋の雰囲気上なのか何何なのかは分かりませんが、メインの部屋にティッシュ及びゴミ箱が設置されていませんでした。洗面所には置いてありましたが、幼児との宿泊だったので身近にティッシュ等置いといて頂ければと思います。

コロナ禍で道後温泉本館などが休業中だったため、部屋の中で温泉を楽しめる宿として、露天風呂付きの部屋を取りました。24時間、思い立った時に温泉に入れる環境は最高でした。しかもずっと掛け流しです。もちろん、浴槽としては特段大きなものではないのですが、お庭の設えと共に温泉を楽しめました。

評判良いので、予約しました。素泊まりだったので、サービスは経験できずですが、夜8時から9時の時間帯、多くの部屋で風呂を使われるためか、湯温度が低く暖かくなりませんでした。意図せずに冷水シャワー浴びました・・。大浴場は、快適でした。

마침 대욕장을 이용하는 다른 투숙객이 없었던 터라 대욕장도 거의 전세낸 것처럼 사용할 수 있었어요. 오후에 한 번, 저녁에 한 번, 아침에 한 번, 쏠쏠하게 이용했네요.
가이세키와 조식도 정말 너무나 완벽했습니다. 시각적으로도 굉장히 아름답고 귀여운 구성이었고, 맛도 뛰어났어요. (엄마는 결국 막바지에 나오는 밥은 아예 못 드실 정도로 행복하게 즐기셨답니다.)

全体的に良かったが初めに担当してくださった方が別のお客様のお荷物を私達のものだと思い運んでおりました。早めにお部屋を用意してくださり、雰囲気いいなとたのしんでたのもつかの間、、非常に残念でした。そのあとも道後で炊き込みの鯛めしを食べたいとおうかがいしたところ、わからなかったそうなのですが、大街道の方にはあるとおっしゃられましたがわかってらっしゃらず、、、研修の方にあたってしまったのかとおもいました。お食事を運んでくださった方は年配の別の方で対応は良かったですが、基本いそがれていてゆっくりできませんでした。また夫婦ではないのにだんかさま、奥さまの呼び名に少し困りました。お値段だしたものの、、、といったかんじです。
