Very nice hotel. I feel my hotel experiences have gone up a notch here. Reception was excellent, our luggage was taken to our room, we were shown some of the hotel facilities, lounge area with free coffee, orange juice and other non alcoholic drinks, plenty easy chairs and tables. Room very large, private bathroom but out in the rooms hallway rather than directly off the bedroom. Sauna and onsen freely available. This very smart hotel was excellent.

子供が遊べるボールポールがあったりフリードリンクスペースには愛媛名物の蛇口を捻ると出るオレンジジュースも無料でありました。

また、ホテルと駅までシャトルバスが常時走っており移動にも困りませんでした。

到着時、お正月で混雑していたのは仕方ないですが、チェックインで待たされ、後から到着した人を先に対応され、受付が空いてもこちらから声をかけるまで対応してもらえませんでした。
また、部屋のトイレの蓋が壊れていて、修理ができないからと滞在中は蓋なし、また、水の流れもよくありませんでした。
上の階からは、おそらくお子さんの足音がバタバタと、かなりの音量で1時間ほど聞こえておちつきませんでした。

お菓子やジュースの無料コーナーがあったり、スチーマーの使用が自由だったりと思わぬサービスが嬉しかった。お風呂のシャンプーやコンディショナーの選択肢が多いのも嬉しかったしお風呂も脱衣室も清潔感があってとてもよかった。露天風呂が半露天みたいで景色が全く見えなかったのが少し残念だったが、それをカバーできるだけの満足感はあったと思う。

1歳の子供を連れて行っていたため、大浴場には行けず、貸し切り露天風呂を借りました。予約時間より早く露天風呂に着いたのですが、45分使用可能なところ、「空いているのでいいですよ」と60分貸してくださいました。露天風呂の前で太鼓のショーがあったのですが、子供に太鼓を叩かせてくれたりして、子供も楽しめるように配慮してくださいました。朝のバイキングもアレルギー表記がされていて、卵アレルギーの子供には非常に助かりました。
