My stay at Lepo Chahal was fantastic in so many ways. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and easy access to and from the airport. The hotel is located in the same building as a department store, which makes it incredibly convenient. You can simply take the elevator down to enjoy shopping or try unique Japanese gourmet desserts plus kids play area on literally one level below.
The staff were amazing. We checked in on my daughter’s 5th birthday, and one of the staff members (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name. She also speaks Korean) prepared a gift for her and even decorated our breakfast table with birthday flowers. It was such a thoughtful surprise and we were truly touched.
We booked two different room types, a Hollywood twin and a double room, and both were very clean and spacious. Everything felt comfortable and well-designed, including the in-room sauna, bathroom, and shower area.
Without a doubt, we will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Matsuyama again.
