必要なものは揃っていて快適でした。大浴場は洗い場が3人でいっぱいなのですが、清潔で大きめの浴槽につかれるのは気持ちよかったです。フロントスタッフも親切でした。朝ごはんのバイキングに肉が少なく、もう少し内容を改善されたらもっと評判が上がると思います。ご飯やコーヒーがキレないよう配膳スタッフさんももう少し気遣いされるといいですね。

当日は蒸し暑かったのでエアコンを操作したが入らないため、フロントで聞くと、暖房か冷房の操作しかできない、まだ冷房の切り替えが出来ていないので、窓を開けてしのいでくれとのこと。
また、駐車場へ行くと上から瓦のようなものが落ちてきたため、フロントへ行って事情を説明し駐車場へ一緒に行き確認してもらうと、灰皿の破片とのこと。わびることもなくたんたんとかたづけていた。

JR松山駅からは徒歩で行けます。また、ホテルの近くから市電にも乗れるので、立地条件はまずまずです。ホテルのフロントの対応も、丁寧でしたが、私が今回宿泊した部屋は、備え付け家具は角が擦り切れていて古く、シャワーも付け根部分から水漏れしている状態でした。これでも宿泊料金が近傍のホテルに比べて、安ければ良いのですが、総合的見ても、料金は割高な気がします。
