This I’d really an exceptional hotel and is also very reasonably priced. The onzen is very nice and was never over crowded. The breakfast was very much worth the price, and the 7:00 pm icecream is a very nice touch.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Matsuyama’s City Station, a transportation hub served by streetcars and a train to the ferry terminal (from which we took a ferry to Hiroshima). It is literally on top of the train station. In addition to the usual tiny room, it offers a good breakfast buffet and an in-house hot bath. Lots of restaurants in the area, and the Matsuyama castle is within walking distance.

Good base for day trips

We used this as a base for several day trips in the surrounding region as well as within the city. It was right next to the Matsuyama City Station with a tram stop outside - and about 10 minutes by tram to the JR station. We’d stay here again

Convenient location at the center of Matsuyama, close to lots of shopping and dining options. Public bath was great for relaxing bath after long days. Breakfast menu was awesome with lots of local specialties, including 5 kinds of citrus juice. Highly recommend.

The room is not so big but updated very nicely, and clean. Everything is nice and clean. I like it very much. They have a great breakfast, great selection and reasonable price. The location is also very close of train station, bus stop and trolly stop. There is a big department store nearby, also lots of restaurants. Definitely I recommend this hotel!

부모님과 4인가족이 함께한 여행이었어요.
객실은 카펫이었지만 생객보다 먼지가 안날려서 좋았어요. 일본 대도시들에서는 카펫먼지에 마스크를 쓰고 잠을 잤었거든요 .
목욕탕이 있어서 객실에서 샤워는 안했지만 욕실역시 깨끗하고 좋았어요.
무엇보다도 조식이 맛있어서 스시사먹는게 돈이 아까울 정도였어요. 저녁 7시부터 주는 귤아이스크림은 정말 맛있더라구요!!은

마쓰야마에 갈때마다 이용하는 호텔인데 이제 다른 곳으로 옮길 때가 된 것 같다는 생각을 했습니다. 이전까지는 별5개로 다 좋았다면 이번에는 3가지 이유로 별 2개를 뺐습니다.
첫째, 한국인이 너무 많아서 일본인지 한국인지 모를 지경입니다. 일본 현지인들이 찾지 않는 외국인 전용 호텔은 점점 서비스가 떨어지기 마련이죠.
둘째, 조식에 도미밥이 이제 안나오네요. 예전에는 밖에서 줄서서 먹는 도미밥이 매일 조식에 포함되어서 좋았는데 이번에는 사흘 동안 한번도 안 나왔습니다.
셋째, 노천탕이 폐쇄되었네요. 사정이 있겠지만 아무튼 아쉬웠습니다.

제가 느끼기에는 단점이 늘었지만… 그래도 누군가 마쓰야마에 처음 간다고 하면 가장 먼저 이 호텔을 추천할 겁니다. 위치가 좋고, 목욕용품 등이 세심하고 다양하게 구비된 점, 아이스크림과 음료 서비스 등의 장점이 아주 많으니까요. 물론 조식도 아주 훌륭합니다.

여름 마쓰야마 여행에 이어서 이번에 두 번째로 베셀 호텔에 방문했습니다. 오카이도 상점가까지 걸어서 10~15분정도 거리가 있지만 버스와 전철 출발지점이고 마쓰야마시역도 바로 옆이라 팡메종, 동물원 등 외곽으로 나가기에는 최적의 위치입니다. 스텝분들도 다들 친절하시고 깔끔하게 잘 관리돤 호텔입니다.

朝食は美味しかったのですが、配置に問題ありでトレーからサラダへの客の流れが悪く結局サラダを取ることができませんでした。しかし朝食スタッフの方はとても気持ちの良い接客をして下さいました。

ここ数年ホテルの利用はしていなかったのでQRコードでのチェックイン時のスタッフさんのサポートやその他の説明等がわかりやすく丁寧で好感をもちました。
部屋はとてもキレイでしたが浴室とトイレが別であれば良かったかなと思いました。
ビュッフェスタイルの朝食はお刺身や鯛めしなどがありとても美味しくいただきました。

편하고 아늑한 호텔입니다

주변에 은근 맛있는 집이 많고 백화점도 옆에 있는데다가 버스정류장 전차정류장 30초컷이라 정말 편해요 긴텐카이 상점가부터 구경하면서 오카이도까지 걸어서도 금방 가드라구요 재미있었습니다
욕장도 깨끗해서 저녁마다 여행 피로 풀고 한잔하기에 딱이었어요!!!! 완전 편하고 좋은 호텔~

Stort och opersonligt hotell. Check in i små automater vilket var svårt att förstå eftersom en del var på japanska och personalen ändå fick hjälpa alla när det hakade upp sig vid incheckningen. Hade gått fortare och smidigare med manuell check in. Små rum - trångt. Ingen frukost som passade vår smak.

역도 가깝고 대욕장도 있고 조식도 맛있고 너무 좋았어요! 특히 다다미 있는 방 진짜 편하고 넓어서 맘에 들었어요. 마쓰야마에 간다면 꼭 재방문하고 싶은 호텔이에요.

일본호텔같지 않게 아주 넓고 깔끔했어요~ 침구가 좀 딱딱했지만 가성비 호텔이다보니 만족했습니다,, 조식도 종류가 많았어요~ 시내구경하기에 좀 외곽에 있지만 걸어다니기 괜찮은 위치에 시내가 있어서 문제될건 없는것 같아요~ 베셀에 묵고 다음숙소는 방도 좁고 흡연룸으로 하는바람에 고생한기억이 있네요~ 베셀 추천입니다

松山市駅隣接の素晴らしいシティホテル

フロントは2階にあり、エレベーターで上がる必要がある。セルフチェックイン方式だが、難しくはない。チェックインが終わると、あらためてスタッフからの説明があった。特に案内もないホテルが多い中、その点は丁寧な対応で良いと思った。ウェルカムドリンクとソフトクリームのサービスがある。ソフトクリームをいただいたが、愛媛らしくミカンとバニラ、ミックスが用意されていた。非常に美味しく素晴らしいサービスだった。
客室は清潔感があり、冷蔵庫、ポット、上下の部屋着、客室および館内用スリッパといった快適に過ごすための準備がある。3階に大浴場があるが、そこには部屋着とスリッパで行けるのは便利である。大浴場は広々とした内風呂だけでなくサウナもあるほか、同じ階には自動販売機コーナー、ウォーターサーバー、喫煙所、コインランドリーがあり、充実した施設だと思った。
また、このホテルは朝食の内容が素晴らしい。愛媛の郷土料理を一挙に集めていて手軽に味わうことができる。鯛めしは炊き込み鯛めしと宇和島鯛めしの両方があり、得した気分だ。飲み物やデザートも充実している。特に5種類のミカンジュースの飲み比べは説明書きも丁寧で、思わず全部味わってみたくなる。サラダ類がやや少なく感じたが、料理の種類は多いので全体的には十分だろうと思う。また、すごいと思ったのは、お皿や器の多くが砥部焼だったことである。料理だけでなく食器まで地元のものにこだわっている姿勢には感動した。朝食は6時からで、この時間から朝食をオープンしているホテルはなかなかないが、おかげで混雑する前にゆっくりと食事を味わうことが出来た。
エレベーターが2基しかなく、混雑時はなかなか来なくて移動が面倒に思うこともあったが、2階から1階に下りる場合は階段でのルートも用意されていてホテル側の工夫も感じた。チェックアウト時は時間がなかったので、私はたいへん助かった。
国内のホテルでは久々に大満足の滞在ができ、このホテルに泊まってよかった。

좋은 숙소, 한명의 불친절했던 직원,,

숙소 자체는 정말 좋았어요 방도 깨끗하고 대욕장 있는거랑 잠옷도 주고 조식도 맛있었어요. 뷰도 고층뷰 희망 얘기했는데 딱 원하는 뷰로 주셔서 좋았습니다.

다만 한명의 직원 태도가 너무 기분 나빴어요
자전거 3시간 무료 대여 서비스가 있어서 자전거를 너무 잘 타고 다녔는데, 반납시 직원이 시간 착각하고 추가요금 받으려고하셨어요. 10시 55분에 빌려서 13시 10분쯤 갔는데, 반납기한을 12시 55분이라고 적어두시고 3시간이 지났다고 하시더라고요! 직원에게 당신이 잘못적은거다 3시간 지나지 않았다고 설명하는데 저희에게 오히려 시간 지냈는데 왜 돈 안내냐며 화를 계속 내시더라고요. 나중에 착각한거 알면서도 쏘리라고 하긴 했지만 정말 형식적인?.. 전혀 미안한 태도를 보이지 않으셨어요
진짜 숙소는 너무 좋았는데 그 때 기분이 너무 상했습니다

키오스크로 체크인했고, 대가족 여행이었는데 미리 메일보낸 대로 한층에 방배정 해주셨어요. 방은 작았지만 필요한 것은 다 있었고, 대욕장 있어서 잘 이용했어요. 특히 조식이 가격대비 아주 잘 나왔어요. 저녁에 먹는 무료 아이스크림과 음료수도 좋았어요.
