Convenient hotel near the station.
Close to Matsuyama station and 10 minutes walk to the restaurant areas. A bit old but the internals have been renewed somewhat and it felt clean enough for us. Free breakfast and large public bath (as well as private bathroom) is also an added bonus.

シングルルームに泊まりましたが、部屋は広くコンセントも多数あり、パソコンやスマートフォンの充電がしやすかった。テレビ画面が横広19インチで部屋のサイズの割に小さくて、ベッドに寝転んで見るには辛い。トイレの便座に保温機能が無いため座ると冷たい。シャワーのカランが古くて使いづらい。全体的に古い感はぬぐえないが、まぁまぁ快適に過ごせた。

位置很好，交通便利的飯店
這次是住單人房，優點就是地理位置極佳，JR松山站出來步行5分鐘內可到，而且位在伊予鐵兩條路線的交叉站大手町旁邊，所以不管是要坐路面電車或者是一般電車都很方便。飯店本身硬體上來說是比較老舊，室內燈光有點昏暗，浴室的浴缸非常小，早餐的餐廳也不大，菜色選擇不多，但食堂的工作人員很親切，有種溫馨的感覺。以這個房價來說，算是相當不錯的服務內容了，如果只是想找簡單可以過夜的飯店，這裡會是不錯的選擇，如果是想享受渡假的話，可能就要選道後那邊的溫泉飯店了。

フロントのサービスは良かったです。近くにある姉妹店のホテルの大浴場を無料で利用できるのは嬉しいサービスでした。室内は古さを感じますが、値段としては相応だと思います。冬でしたが、毛布を置いており使わせて頂きましたが非常に暖かくて快適な毛布でした。泊まった部屋だけかも知れませんが、部屋のシャワーの温度が安定しないのは残念でした。朝食も無料にしては種類も豊富で美味しかったです（スクランブルエッグが冷たいのは残念でした）トータルとしては相応だと思います。

JR松山駅の駅前と言える距離にあります。したがって空港にも近く不便はありません。施設自体が小さく昭和の建物で、煤けて薄暗く、床タイルは割れ、手すりは錆び・・・内装や電気系統なども最低限にしかメンテナンスできていないようです。朝食も、何とも言い難い感じでした。しかし精一杯頑張っていて、誠意は感じました。とても安く泊まれましたので、最低限の安全と清潔とモノが揃っているという点では、納得の宿泊施設です。

JR松山駅にとても近いし、繁華街の大街道にも歩いて行ける範囲かと思います。駅前にはバッティングセンターやゲームセンターがあり、ホテルから１本向かいの通りには大型アミューズメント施設（喜助の湯、マンガ喫茶、パチンコ、ゲームセンター等）があり喜助の湯に行くならホテルの部屋のタオルを持って行けばレンタルしなくてすみます。朝食が無料で、あったかいうどんが食べられるのも良かったです。ホテルにもマンガコーナーがあって、シャンプーもいろんな種類が１階で借りることが出来ます。

JR松山駅の近く、市民病院横の快適ホテル
車で行きました。駐車場が少し離れたところでした。部屋はちょっと古い感じで、ユニットバスも狭い感じでしたが、清潔感はあって特に問題はありません。朝食はバイキング。品数が豪華とは言えないけれど、炊き込みご飯もあって、おいしかったです。
