The place caterers to weddings and newlyweds...not the average traveler. Oops! I made a mistake booking this place, but it was close to the ferry. Overall, it was just wierd and over the top for our simple needs. Check in is not until 6 PM...crazy. And, there is nothing in the area to do. A long ways from restaurants. There is no food or even coffee available. However, there are condoms, a giant vibrator, and big tub and Japanese porn available, should you be into that. Definitely a strange experience...one for memories.

It’s a love hotel!!! It must have been grand and glorious in its days!
Rooms are spacious, with seating area, large tv, closet, fridge, microwave , kettle, MASSAGE CHAIR, separate paid bar with liquor and snacks. Big powder room, separate bathroom that feels like private Onsen, with jetted tub and smaller tv, shower. Toilet is separated with bide. Big selection of toiletries and cosmetics, towels are great quality, pjs are provided.
Breakfast is included. One can preorder from a menu. It’s delivered on reserved time in a private compartment by the room’s door. Soundproofing is EXCELLENT- can’t hear the street noise or neighboring rooms! Air conditioner is older, but works and it’s quiet. There’s a dehumidifier as well. Staff is discreet, almost invisible (has to be called on phone at reception to show up?). There’s elevator. Halls are spacious and bright, with grand decor.
THE BAD: run down from its past glory, DIRTY, hair everywhere, suspicious stains on the bed skirt and furniture. SMOKING ROOMS! We have to open windows and run the air conditioner to compensate, as well as dehumidifier.There’s free supply of vast porn selection (censored:() on the big and small tvs. Vibrator and condoms are beside the bed. Mattress is very firm.
One can decide to enjoy the huge room and all amenities and choose to ignore the bad, so can have fun and feel young and naughty…again:)
Or turn around and find another hotel, with tiny and dirty rooms, but reputable, for the same price- up to you!

Great hotel to experience a Japanese love hotel

I recommend staying at this hotel to experience a Japanese love hotel. It is a bit far out but walkable from the train station 1 stop from the main station in Matsuyama. Super clean very large room and friendly helpful staff.

An EYE opening experience.

Our first stay at a 'adult' hotel. Liked the big rooms and the amenities given. The bath tub was a real eye opening experience. However, we did not appreciate some of the 'adult' materials present, especially the audio visual aspects, but we were able to ignore them and just enjoy the other facilities presented.

As long as you are prepared to ignore some of the things you expect in a love hotel (unless that's why you are staying here of course) the room is very nice for the price you pay! The room is very big and there is a large bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and there is a great range of toiletries and amenities provided. The only downside if you are staying here to see the sights is that it is slightly out of the way - you need to catch a local train from Matsuyama station, and these are only every half hour or so. The walk from the train is about ten minutes too, although there are always taxis at the station.

Adults Ony means Love Hotel

I did not know what \"adult only\" meant until I checked in. This is a Japanes \"Love Hotel\" where privacy seeking couples come to enjoy. Can be rented by hours instead of days. They put this type of hotels (adults only) at bargain rate during light period(usually week days)
Have everything a couple needs in the room and something can be bought using the machine in the room to avoid contacts with the staff. The front desk people stay inside office until called out to minimize face-to-face contacts with customers.
Very clean. Have whirlpool, game, big screen tv, karaoke machine, and large room.
I think female alone customers might feel a little uncomfortable.

A bit surprising, but you get a lot for your money

To make it clear, this is what japanese call a love hotel. But if you are not too puritan to sleep in a room which is rather \"suggestive\", you wil find here an unbeatable price to quality ratio : huge room, king size bed, superb bath room, large screen TV, videoprojector, etc.

Love Hotel....

We stayed there for a quick night before catching a flight early in the morning. It was absolutely perfect for our purpose. I have to say that I laugh when I saw another review saying that someone when there for a business trip. Let it be said, this hotel is for adult couples!!! So if you don't mind having all kinds of amenities for adult entertainment this ''Love'' hotel might be a good choice for you. I don't think that a non-smoking room is an option there.

It was great stay, really comfortable. It is not in city center but the JR station - Mitsuhama is near by (it is just one station from Matsuyama)Stores, restaurant near by. It is adult hotel, so not for kids. However for adult tourist is perfect, really comfortable, clean, there is all you need for great relax and even Jacuzzi and massage chair. Same people wrote bed review because it is adult hotel, just don't use \"adult\" staff if you do not like it. It is definitely that hotel is making your stay comfortable. I give it the best rate!

Not suitable for non-Japanese people

I booked this hotel for me and my boss as we were travelling on business. It was very embarrassing to see that the room contained free condoms, porn TV which was on when you switch the TV on and it was also the alarm (!!), a feather (god knows what the purpose of this was!) and a brochure for baby dolls for sale. It was extremely embarrassing as you would imagine. What if I went there with children? Seriously!! Honestly, remove this hotel from your website or at least put a warning saying something like \"for adults only\"!!! I would ask for the money back as the embarrassment was way too much!

Hôtel dont les chambres sont très spacieuses, très bien équipées avec une salle de bain exceptionnelle (bain à remous, jeux de lumière, tv). Petit-déjeuner gratuit compris et frigo-bar disponible. L'hôtel reste un peu excentré mais la station de train local est à 10mn à pied. Parking gratuit.

仕事で松山に行きました。はじめは、松山駅周辺のビジホを探していましたが、1泊20.000円以上の値段設定のところが多く、ホテルファインガーデンに決めました。1ばく8.000円で朝食も無料で付いてきて、とてもリーズナブルです。部屋も広くて清潔でした。下手なビジホより、全然良いです。難点をいえば、最寄り駅は三津浜駅になりますが、電車の本数が、1時間2本位と少なく、駅からも徒歩で14分位のところにあります。車で行かれると良いです。

El hotelbes increíble! Todo perfecto. La habitación es enorme y tiene de todo: una cama enorme y cómoda, sofá sillón de masajes! Espectacular. El baño es muy grande, con bañera de hidromasaje que funciona increíblemente bien. La habitación tiene de todo y más, productos de belleza para hombre y para mujer, sales de baño, máscara de placenta para el rostro, mascara para el cabello, planchita para el pelo, secador para rizos (más artefactos que en una peluquería). Tiene frigobar, té, café y seguro estoy olvidando 20 cosas más. Las luces se pueden regular y ambiar de color, tiene música ambiente y 20 canales para elegir; la TV es enorme. El room service muy bien y a precios muy razonables. En fin. Todo lo que puedas necesitar y más.

一泊二日、朝食付きでの宿泊でした。食事はルームサービスで別料金で色々注文できます。洗面、トイレ、浴室はユニット式で無く、広々で浴槽も大きくゆったりと入浴できました。（ジェットバス付）シャワーヘッドがサイエンスのミラブルでした！ドライヤーもリファでヘアアイロンも備え付けてありました。タオル類やグラス、カップ類等も個別にパッケージされていて衛生的。マッサージチェアもあって快適に過ごせました。

Fine Garden ist ein Stundenhotel, in dem man auch übernachten kann. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht sehr gemütlich. Ansonsten ganz ok und ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man einfach übernachten will.
Unklar blieb, wofür das Geld für das Frühstück bezahlt wurde. Ein Frühstück erhielten wir nicht. Eine Verständigung war kaum möglich.

悪くないです

俗に言うラブホテルの一般利用ですが、ラブホテルという点が気にならない方には悪くない選択肢かと思います。
部屋は十分に広く、アメニティも十分すぎますし、設備はラブホテルですので万全です(^^ゞ　普通のホテルと比べるのが難しいですが、このようなホテルの利用が気にならない方にはオススできるかと思います。

ホテルの性質上、ホテルへの出入りで人目が気になる方もおられるかと思いますが、入り口は小ぢんまりとしている(敷地内に入ってしまえば、駐車場も広く快適です)し、交通量の少ない交差点に接しているので、そのあたりは問題ないと思います。
部屋に関しては、広さは申し分ないです。設備も平均以上の良さだと思います。

今回は主人の母が危篤で、コロナの最中、滞在も何日くらいってわからない状況でした。予約してからラブホ?ってなりましたが、到着してみるとそんないかがわしい感じはなく、チェックインしてから自由に出入りさせてもらえたし、直ぐに母が亡くなって、滞在を1日キャンセルしていただくのも気持ちよく受けて下さり、ホントに感謝しています❗️

2泊で6000円とはお得。広くてきれい。禁煙ルームだけど、タバコの匂いが気になる方はNGかも。
●食事のメニューがわかりづらい。無料と書いているけど、半額だったり。でも、明細書は半額ではなかったり。フロントに聞いてみると「メンバーじゃないんですか？」と意味不明な対応。ちゃんと説明してよー。メンバーカードを通したら半額とのこと。●連泊したら、翌日また元の金額に戻っていたので、メンバーカードを再度通すこと。
一々が超不安でめんどくさい。説明した紙を一枚用意すれば済むことですね。
●ここは安くて広くて、ご飯も超美味しい！●おむすび一つも最高ランク！もっと色々食べてみたい。●カラオケもできるし、レトルトカレーの試食品もナイス！●特に歯ブラシが好き。××パジャマ、ガウンはヨレヨレなので、そろそろ新しいのに変えた方がいい。チェックアウトの時にお支払いは機械でということで、食べたものなどを現金で払ったけど、領収書が出るシステムでは無いので、どうしたらいいですかね？

坦白說，這家旅館是love hotel,
就是網上大家分享那些啦XD

超多護膚品提供，浴缸可以泡2個人沒問題，渴了餓了隔時可以叫room service (價錢也很便宜），情侶也有各式情趣品可以加購。

基本上除了入住都不會看到店員，也是不會讓人太害羞的。不過位置不太方便，最近的車站要走15分鐘才到，而且love hotel基本上是在退房前不能外出的，所以要買好東西才入住比較好～

電視也有投映模式，又有各種遊戲可以打，不禁讓人懷疑我只付了這價錢嗎XD

Love hotel來說，這家是三星價錢五星享受，如果再到松山一定會再入住的。

広くてきれいで落ち着きます

今まであちこちのファインガーデンに泊まっていますが、どこも部屋も浴室も広くきれいなので気に入っています。ラブホですが普通のホテルに泊まるよりリラックス出来るので、通常の旅行の際にも旅先にあれば利用しています。
こちらの松山のファインガーデンも初利用でしたが想像通りのくつろげる部屋でしたので、その後の旅も充実させることが出来ました。また松山に行くことがあればリピしたいです。

Første gang på kjærlighetshotell

Hadde en ganske bra opplevelse her, selv om dette er et kjærlighetshotell. Dette vil si et rent voksen hotell hvor barn ikke er tillatt. Betjeningen var hyggelig og rask, men var litt dårlig i engelsk. Allikevel gjorde de seg godt forstått. Kan anbefales for korte turer.
