What an amazing hotel. Everything here was outstanding. The staff were all friendly, helpful and fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean rooms, lovely pool and about half way down Chaweng Beach.

We came just after Songkran, April 18th so it was nice, peaceful and relaxing. The beach here was white sands and crystal clear waters.
You could talk a 15/20 min walk at night to find lively bars and restaurants.

A little piece of paradise!

The shower did not drain properly, so there was water that needed to be wiped off the bathroom floor each time. The pool music was loud and repetitive - we did not find this relaxing.

A hotel with a very poor level of maintenance, we invested so much money in this vacation and in the end we arrive at a hotel of such a poor level, it seems that with the investment of the hotel owners they could have upgraded it to an outstanding level until they did not do it, for those looking for a clean and tidy hotel that will prevent them from coming here, the staff tried every way to help, but it was beyond their ability. It is dirt that has taken root deep into all the room facilities, it is unpleasant to shower there, we had to shower with shoes on, it is unpleasant to sleep and not touch the bed linens, it sucks, so we left the hotel in the middle of our stay, the hotel was not willing to refund our money and did not even agree to a partial credit, we moved to another hotel in order not to ruin our entire vacation, pay attention before you choose a hotel!!

Good priced hotel directly on the beach. The hotel is a few years old, but kept in good condition. It is located on a beautiful and quiet section of the beach. The breakfast buffet is good and the service is very friendly. Only a short ten minute walk to all the shops and nightlife of Chaewang Beach area. Plenty of activities available on the beach in front of hotel including massages, jet skis, parasailing, volleyball and kayaking.

Very run down , many of the things in rooms do not work , PowerPoints , tv ,spa jets, lights … numerous requests with housekeeping to amend but no assistance. Breakfast very average.
Pool appeared clean however a think film of black slime surrounded the pool. Both my children got sick, I can only assume the pool was the reason as we ate the same food for our trip. Have been to Koh Samui over 10 times, never would I stay at KC beach club again

Staff were wonderful. Our cleaner NOK went above and beyond when we couldn’t sleep due to light coming in the bathroom window and fixed it while we were out! What a great surprise! Breakfast was simple but good. Great location on Chaweng. Walking distance to shops. Right on the beach. Pool was missing tiles and sharp, so just be careful of that. But overall we had a lovely stay!

The staff here were exceptionally friendly and professional. Folk at reception was super helpful all the time, and Ball that served us when we were relaxing down on the beach or by the pool, was always a great pleasure to deal with. The rooms were fantastic and the location was nice and quiet yet still close enough to all the action. The only thing that we could pick on was that the cocktails served by the beach/pool definitely did not have any alcohol in them, which, let's face it, defeats the whole purpose. Although not a big problem, and isn't enough for us not to stay there again as we most definitely will. All that being said, I still give this place a 5-star review as it was such a fantastic stay with fantastic staff. Highly recommended.

The pillows were so big and hard that I was sleeping with my head on a 45 degree angle. Terrible neck pain. The shower was tiny. I had to shut the water off to lather up then turn it back on to rinse off. The bathroom sink splashed water all over my pants no matter how little or much I turned the water on. The lights on my balcony did not work and when I asked for a new room they just said no. The last 2 days I was there the elevator was out of service and I was on the third floor. One night around midnight I ask for some ice because my refrigerator didn’t work well and they said they couldn’t give me any because the bar was closed. The breakfast options were very limited. I ate eggs and toast every day for breakfast . The the people were very nice and the place was clean. I think it was rated an 8.2 out of 10. That’s impossible. I’d give it a 6 out of 10.

The general pool area, bar and dining area were ok. But we had problems with the room; no power in the bathroom and couldn’t lock the patio door. Also, the room I booked appeared to be next to a pool, so I was expecting to be able to just step out into that pool. However, this was not the case, as pool sides were too deep to be able to comfortably climb in and out. The premises were on many levels so we were constantly climbing up/down steps, definitely not wheelchair friendly. Overall, the rooms were ok bit in comparison to other resorts, this resort is now out of date.

This location is one of the best on beautiful Chewang Beach. This is our second stay here this trip. Beautiful to walk out the door to walk the beach. In calm weather, this is also a great place to swim. KC also has a couple of lovely pools. The massage ladies just on the beach are great, too. You can have a massage while you
Listen to the waves. Hard to beat!
Staff are friendly and most helpful. Breakfast is well done with good choices. I would recommend this place!

I stayed in a villa for approximately 2 weeks during the end of the November raining season. So the hotel was rather empty. All in all, this was a great choice for me, travelling solo. Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants, but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The staff is polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet is all you need with no frills. Sometimes a little strange, serving things like spaghetti and marinara in the morning.
The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were adequate. And I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a beautiful and peaceful location right on the beach. The facilities were somewhat basic, but suited my needs. I spent most of my time on the beach and in the ocean, which was quite memorable. The service here was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the liquor might be watered down a bit. Other than that, the food was nice.

We loved our recent stay at KC beach club. Having stayed at other great properties on Chaweng beach on previous occasions we booked this property with an open mind and no expectations, however we were absolutely thrilled to arrive at our amazing Villa room, with a private pool larger than any other we've had before, situated right next to the main pool and beach, we could open up the courtyard shutters if we wanted a view of the ocean, or close them up for privacy, it was absolutely perfect and the room was so spacious with a beautiful rainfall shower, spa bath and huge comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included in our room rate was not as extensive as what we've had at previous properties, but still perfectible acceptable and given the great room rate, it really was not anything to complain about! The ladies at the beach massage hut were so great too, I had a relaxing one hour massage and manicure/pedicure. My husband is a smoker and he was very happy there were plenty of accommodating areas for him to enjoy his cold Changs and Cigarettes. There was a real mix of guests who were enjoying themselves at the resort while we were there, from young and middle age to older elderly couples, young families and professionals, it was a great all round resort, and only just 100m from the main shopping centre and lots of street restaurants in Chaweng, overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend the property to others.

Shabby party hostel - STAY AWAY

I booked this for our young family as it had a '2 bedroom' option. When we arrived the reception was smelly and dated, the guy taking our bags dropped everything off the trolley within the first 5 metres... not a great start but looking forward to seeing the room.

He then takes us up what looks like a staff entrance, across the poolside fake grass that's all bumpy and filthy to our room. Its hot, right next to the main pool which is blasting dance music. The rooms are big but that's about the only nice thing I could say... the whole place is dated, stinky and feels like a cheap backpackers. We finally get the 80's aircon to work but quickly agree for the money we paid this place doesn't meet our expectations.

When i raise our concerns the staff were at least friendly but they still ended up charging me 9000 baht to cancel even though we hardly touched the rooms. When I told them we had a 2 year old and the music was too loud, they said 'you should have known its a party place from the word club in the name'.

I guess this place would be good if you're in your 20's, looking to party and don't pay more than 3000 baht per night... but banana fan next door looks SO MUCH nicer and they actually have a restaurant... KC only had 5 or so items on the menu and all super expensive.

In the 2 hours I waited for them to agree to partially refund my 3 night stay, 2 other groups came in complaining about things, aircon not working etc... it seemed like they don't really care.

Spacious rooms. Food and beverage staff are not intrusive but always on hand when required. It was quiet in Koh Samui during our stay but I think the hotel could be noisy when full. Two pools to choose from which are both clean and well maintained. Good value for money. Special thanks to Deuane, Peter (food and beverage), Wan (housekeeping) and To Meen for arranging transport.

Great hotel but shower door does not stay closed so there is always a wet floor in the bathroom. Also the bathroom sink does not seem to drain all the water in so there’s always water floating in the sink. we asked to be moved to another room which they were happy to give us but the other rooms have the same issues. Other that those two things, which could easily be fixed by management but for some reason they don’t, it’s a really great place.

it is located around the end of Chaweng Beach- not the hottest spot, but work for me. The building is a little aged, but all facilities work well. I enjoy the time there and see it a good choice for staying at Koh Samui.
The staff is friendly, like a lady called May. She gave us a warm greeting and help us on check in.

Typically when you go on a vacation regardless of the amount of time you expect the facilities, amenities and staff to be industry leading. Particularly, when designated a VIP Access Expedia hotel.
I coordinated a shuttle pick up 2 days in advance via email with my flight information and they did not pick me up. I was on the line with the hotel for 20 minutes before I decided to just take a taxi instead of explaining what was confirmed. Upon arrival, there was no explaination of the facilities. Only the VIP benefits. Given my long travels, I was dead tired and went to bed at 1030pm. At 3am the AC went out and the heat and humidity woke me up. Facilities came quickly and worked on it for an hour and wished me well.
Now let’s talk about the facilities. It was absolutely amazing. More than I could have imagined. Pool off of my patio and another pool at the beach club and then beach access. Music, food and service was top notch. The music pace changed with the time of the day. The service team at the pool made me feel like a king. Kept me hydrated and fed whenever requested. They worked well as a team. Very coordinated and engaging.
Although it started off with issues, my overall experience was amazing. I still highly recommend KC Beach Club

We only had a pizza by the pool one lunchtime but this was tasty. The location is excellent - close enough to bars and restaurants but off the main drag so not noisy. the photos are 15 years old, the hotel is run down, the wifi is horribly slow (2mbps)
then the staff tried to bribe us with a free meal to write a nice review... which is probably why half the below reviews are good....
its also 15mins walk from anything at all to do.
we transferred to arkbar for 1/4th the price and had a far nicer room and experience.

Great location.. friendly and helpful check in staff . Breakfast staff could use some training and be more helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower door didn’t close properly so lots of water on the slippery marble tile . There is are two frosted glass panels in bathroom , one to the outside and the other a very large one along the wall to the bedroom .. this brings light into the bedroom all evening from the outside corridor . Koh Samui Beach was littered with garbage the three days we were there.. not sure if they have a program in place for cleanup or if each hotel is responsible for their own piece of beach .. this property did the best job of any to keep the beach clean.. red flags 🚩 on beach our entire stay so not able to swim in the ocean. The location is excellent for accesss to chaweng road restaurants and shops . The hotel is looking a little tired .. I expected a bit more for the high price .. not sure if I’d give it the 4 star rating it has online . Perhaps 3. The bar / restaurant prices very high so we went elsewhere for food and drinks

Staff was very helpful. But wonder if their Room Service Procedure not including refilling amenities, changing/cleaning the used cups/glasses & didnt make the bed since our total stay was 4 days. However, those were made up once upon requested.

For the breakfast session, the kitchen will not make sunny side unless you highlight by saying \"fried one side\"

The hotel is in a great location in Chaweng beach. There are two nice swimming pools and a direct access to a beautiful beach.
The room was spacious, basic cleaning, the toilet flush was not always working.
Sadly, it was very noisy as the hotel staff let drunk guests do whatever they want until early morning.
The WiFi was very bad and we needed to login again and again.
Great choice of food even though there were ants in the bread baskets.
Some staff were nice and friendly but overall absolutely not client centric, not proactive (needed to wait to be served).
Last but not least, the new year’s party was a total disaster. The band and show were very bad and all guests left before midnight.

Our first few days in Koh Samui

We were really impressed and pleased with the welcome we received as it was professional, informative and prompt!

As soon as we were shown to our room we quickly dashed (dropped) the bags we were straight in to Samui!

Getting back to the hotel later in the evening we were please to find that the size of the room, it’s location and the temperature were just right!

Myself and Wife had a pretty good sized bed (equivalent to a Queen in the UK) and daughter (14 yrs) had a ‘roll away’ style bed! To be honest it looked pretty uncomfortable but the following morning, and all subsequent days, she advised that it was lovely and comfortable.

We had a ground floor Pool Access room........we had intentionally gone for this room as we were fortunate enough to have had a week at the Anantara The Palm in Dubai earlier in the year and this had a pool access room........unfortunately the KC wasn’t a scratch on the Anantara but it was decent enough!!!

The best thing about the pool access was that it was on the ground floor and had and decent sized balcony but to be fair as did all of the other rooms that we saw whilst there! Perhaps not worth the premium as they are reasonably sheltered and the pool by the beach is larger, closer to breakfast and the pristine beach!

Breakfast was fantastic and there is more than enough choice to cater for every diet and culture!

The staff are tremendous and exceptionally attentive! And on hand 24/7.

Overall a great experience, although one of the kitchen staff didn't seem very friendly. She seemed quite annoyed by our presence at times so we avoided her. Secondly there are not many beach chairs with umbrellas so we had to make sure we got there early before anyone else. Finally, most of the food at the breakfast was cold. We'd arrive at the start of breakfast and many of the dishes were lukewarm at best. The staff did not put the burners on underneath them from what we saw.

Awesome Beach Club with Deep House

Beach club was in the prime location of Chaweng, on the beach and they played Deep House EDM all day at the pool. Views were awesome from the room so definitely stay on the 3rd floor. Also, my favorite person at the hotel was Bom, she was so cool and took care of us. Anything we needed she got and gave us great advice on where to go in the city.

The hotel is amazing, close to the beach and nice pools. The room was always clean and staff very very friendly! Food at the hotel was nice but the only annoying thing was the music at the pool. Literally horrible, couldn’t listen to it, all the time the same music Not nice at all.

Overall I would recommend the hotel it’s really worth it !

perfection steps away from the beach

Perfect hotel, clean and right on the beach. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a private patio and pool. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the installation was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here. It is also in Chaweng Beach which has many shops and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is private enough to offer an escape from the noise.

Stayed for 6 nights on Koh Samui and stayed here. Organised airport transfers with the establishment to make things easier at the end of a day of travelling - a couple of emails was all it took.

Our room was clean and tidy, just like the resort itself. Staff, with many having limited English, were very helpful. The resort is located towards the Southern end of Chaweng and the hustle and bustle is within easy walking distance. You can walk up the beach or up the street.

There is a beach/pool party at the resort each Saturday which means even guests have to pay for sun-loungers and a buffet. However there are other sun-loungers which aren't included in the 'venue' which we found to be really pleasant on the beach itself.

There is a restaurant at the resort which we used once. Reasonably priced, but delicious. I can recommend the chicken and cashew fried rice, which comes served in a scooped out and grilled half pineapple. If it's on the menu I would try it.

- : Light came into the room from the bathroom window, which made it very bright at nighttime. Lighting in the room & bathroom was confusing (some lights would only go on if others were on, etc).

Good location to chaweng beach and street

This hotel is located close to chaweng beach and the 'Central samui' 10min by walk.
Staffs are kind.
But breakfast is so bad. Even breads are not good. If you consider at least normal breakfast, I don't recommend this hotel.
If not, this hotel is good choice for your trip to Saumi.

Probably used to be nice

This hotel was probably nice when first built. However maintenance has not been up kept. Shower leaked water all over bathroom, all furniture was bashed and chipped, the fridge woke you up every hour, bath taps engrained with limescale, the bath panel fell off in the middle of the night giving us a fright, and the curtains were so thin you would be wide awake at first light.
As for being a party hotel, the pool was dead, the bar empty and the pool had a ring of algae around it, looked like a long time since last cleaned.

Central location with beach access

Overall a pleasan stay, short walk to Central Festival, room is fairly clean, breakfast spread is reasonable with a view of the ocean and beach. Staff are courteous especially Ms Min she escorted me to room and assisted me with luggage storage; the security guard also walked me all the way to massage place. +VIP Access benefits are room upgrade subject to availability and 10% discount for F&B.

Dated hotel with no service

Very disappointing. Hotel needs full refurbishment. Service was non existent. Beach lounge chairs were old and extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced with new ones. No pressure in the shower. Shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Main pool was dirty and disappointing. Pictures say something but the reality is different.

Would not stay in this hotel again.

We stayed in the room with the pool access, the water in that pool where dirty, but the second pool was clean. The hotel location is a little bit far from the center where all the parties, except those things it was great, beautiful jacuzzi.

Best Location and Best Beach

Ideal place for Beach fun..clear beach..good pool.massage on the beach..all rooms have decent view of the beach..close by to all other attractions..the breakfast can be improved they say its till 10.30 but by 10 most of the food is over and they do not refill it..For vegetarians they can order indian food from close by restaurant noorie which they deliver at the hotel..worth the stay..Good room balcony..They have pool party every saturday..lively place to stay

Great Location

We were overall pleased with our stay here. Right on the beach with two nice pools as well. Easy walk to the main bar area, but there is an excellent bar directly out front of the hotel. Staff was pleasant and always ready to help. We stayed mid-week so weren't there for the pool party. This made for a quiet stay, which was fine for us. Thank you again to KC Beach club. I'd recommend it to others and would stay again.

Not a good hotel

Wasn't that good of the hotel. Aesthetically pleasing, but functionally poor. The shower flooded the rest of the bathroom and wouldn't drain properly either. The rollaway bed we had was basically a very thin mattress on a wooden plank. However, the service at the hotel was the worst. The staff were both rude and unhelpful. Simple requests to ask for more towels were ignored. The front desk routinely tried to charge us more for things that we had already ordered on this site. In addition, most of the staff doesn't speak English, so it was hard to communicate what needed to be said.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Central location. Spacious, clean room. Beautiful pool next to the beach. Friendly staff. Would stay here again. Nothing really to complain about, except sometimes there's loud music, and housekeeping staff would not give us more than 2 toilet paper rolls and a box of tissues per day.

Hotel on the beach

The hotel was located on the better part of Chaweng beach and about a 5 minute walk to the busier part of the town. There was an abundance of sun beds and staff were very attentive. The room was very spacious with a balcony and whirlpool bath. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of variation.

Expected a bit more for the price they charge. Was unlucky with my room. Cover above my room was leaking creating a permanent waterfall. As it was a wet season water from the roof was running towards our end of the building well after rain has stopped. Light switches were not working properly. It took them 2 days to fix them just to disconnect all but 1 power points. Air conditioner was running at set temperature only. Couldn't adjust temperature up or down. Breakfast menu was very poor. They couldn't get bacon for 2 days just to make a simple bacon and eggs. The only positive about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and trying to help.

Great Locations but that's all.

The location is great, but that's all. The room stunk on cigarettes. The towels were over used, mini bar minimum supply. The breakfast was very average. The staff were nice but that's not enough to recommend this hotel to stay at. When we booked if the pictures on the net were lovely and rated 4.2. I would rate this hotel 2.5 -3 certainly NOT 4.2. It felt like a cheap motel that smelt on smoke odor. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Nice rooms, good pool on the beach

Awesome location if you want to be right on the beach and next to the shopping and eating. Clean, modern and attractive room with a nice bathroom. Patio offered a beautiful view of the pool and beach. The upper pool could use some work and is right in view of many of the rooms -- but fortunately you won't be using it. Why? The lower pool next to the beach is great with a view of the sea, and they pump some good electronic music in the area, but the deck chairs could use some cleaning/replacing. This was the worst hotel breakfast on my trip. There was almost nothing decent/appetizing to eat besides the omelette. Not sure how fresh some of it was either. This was quite a surprise. The rooms are 4-star, the lobby/service 3.5-stars, and breakfast 3 stars. The price? Fortunately we only paid a third of the regular price (booked last-minute). The rooms were nice and the location is ultra convenient, but it would be hard to justify paying full price by Thailand standards. Do not pay more than your'e comfortable with if you're just a couple -- unless it's high season or you really value a beachside location and not your breakfast.

the hotel itself was very clean and modern. the location was great also. the only problem was that they tried to charge you for a sun bed on Saturdays for the party (which was very average). overall I would stay here again.

After hotel hopping the last week, KC will remain one of our top choices. Great ocean view room, great facilities, and prime location. Fine white sands on Chaweng beach beat boat ports and seashell dagger debris beaches on the northern part of Samui!

Great hotel, right on the beach

Fantastic hotel. Staff were all really friendly and helpful from meeting at the airport, to service by the pool. Were there if you needed anything but left you alone to relax when you didn't. Great vibe at the hotel and the food was fantastic. Right on a beautiful beach with clear water.
Only negatives would be that the electricity cut out in my room for over an hour on day 1 bit staff sorted that out quite quickly, couldn't get a late checkout, and the cost of airport transportation was steep.
I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this one would be in my top 3. Would go back again!!
