Our family of five had a fantastic stay! The apartment’s location was absolutely perfect—we were close to all the local amenities we needed. The highlight, however, was the view; it was truly amazing from morning until night. It was also very convenient to hop on a tram for a quick ride to the large shopping centre. Outside the apartment, at the elevators and in the corridors, there was a terrible, foul odour, eminating from the rubbish shoot, for the entire stay. The odour even came in to the apartment if we went near the front door, so we had to stuff a mat and towels against the bottom of the door.
To make matters worse, I reported this offensive and putrid stench to the Hilton staff (concierge and security manager) 3 times, and each time they played dumb and made out like they didn't know anything about it. Some days the stink seemed worse than the previous day.
It turns out that residents and guests throughout the building, on multiple floors, in the elevators, the corridors, at the pool, were discussing the disgusting smell amongst themselves (and with me), with many others making complaints to the Hilton staff and some moving rooms to higher floors in a bid to get away from it. According to some guests who had stayed there previously, this is a common and well known issue with this building. And the Hilton staff plays dumb about it and does nothing about it, pretending that it's the first time they've heard the complaint every time.
Great apartment, great everything. But I will never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of other buildings in Surfers Paradise.

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks. The beach views were absolutely gorgeous, and the apartment was incredibly clean and modern. Unfortunately the dishwasher stopped working 6 days into our stay, which was very annoying as we had to hand wash all our dishes on holidays. We were offered no solution, instead informed us that they ordered a new one to be installed, and it never arrived during our stay. That was abit of a damper on our experience, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Great location, excellent view and beautiful apartment. We could see the whales from the balcony. The noise at night wasn’t too good and the doors to the balcony did not shut properly. Continue reminders about cleaning on checkout where annoying, especially when only one dishwasher tablet was provided for a weeks stay.

Amazing location and views. We always stay in this building for family holidays. The only downside (this time) was that there were certain aspects that were well substandard. For example - we found a cockroach each day of our stay, the bath wasn’t useable etc.

The only downside, was the key p/up, drop off.

This property is in the heart of surfers paradise. The apartment is very clean and it has a beautiful sea view. It has accessible parking it’s well equipped with a washer, dryer and a full kitchen. We weren’t told that the apartment was part of the Hilton residence and is therefore accessible from the Hilton foyer so we had trouble finding it on the day. Due to that face we also had accessibility to all the Hilton amenities such as the pools and gym. Great place to stay for families.

If you are going with family and you are a person of color, don’t ever do the mistake of picking up this property especially during schoolies, where you are guaranteed to be harassed. They shouldn’t open up this hotel for families during schoolies time

The place is right in the heart of Surfers, only an elevator to Ground and you walk out of the Hilton site and you’re already on Cavill so prime location! The apartment was tidy and spacious and loved that the bedrooms were not next to eachother. I will add though while tidy, the apartment does feels quite dated.
Overall, stay was good but one issue was we found a cockroach outside on the balcony, didn’t think too much of it since we never saw anything inside. It turned into a few crawling around at night though still on the balcony only. We were worried they’d come inside so we had to keep the sliding doors closed most times even though we wanted to enjoy the sea breeze being 19 floors up. Aside from this; no other major issues, parking easy, access easy, neighbours lovely. So thank you!

We believed as a family we were all going to be in Orchid Towers , which wasn’t the case & very frustrating! First opinion when we walked in the door was neglect…the carpet is worn & very dirty, both showers leaked, 1 toilet roll in each bathroom 1 towel each, basically enough of everything for a one night stay, we were there for a week. Some lights not working or going off & on. Overall I wouldn’t rate it very high & we were on the 14th fl & could hear all the noise from below!

A very very good location if you want it to be lively. People and shops and beach and nightclubs and bars and restaurants within metres of the place. Excellent room, we didn't want for anything. This is part of the Hilton complex but in a different tower so just head into the Hilton and ask the bell boy which lifts. Now talking about the lifts - wow they are not good, they cab be slow. I also got stuck in a full lift for 20 minutes, nobody answered the emergency phone, people were panicking, air was running out, I eventually pulled the doors open and we were between floors and got out.
