We had an amazing night in this Campanile. The breakfast spread was the most impressive of any Campanile we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that in a double there is only ever one chair..

This is a convenient and very friendly stop over on our journey south. It allows us to have a leisurely meal and good sleep to break our journey and do a bit of sight seeing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again

Good location for a stop off, close to A71 and Puy de Dome. Clean functional room but building decor is a bit tired. Good for those travelling with dogs as you can access your room without going through reception and there is a small garden as well as outside seating next to the bar area.

I chose this hotel because it was shown to have a restaurant. (I am disabled and do not want to go out after a long drive.) I was very disappointed that the restaurant is always closed at the weekend.

Short stay to Visit Vulcania/Puy des dome
We took a one night stay with our Son for Visiting Vulcania. The stay was comfortable and the room size was good. Plenty of parking spaces. It was right beside the Autoroute and around 25 minutes to reach Vulcania/Puy des dome . With the Car it was fine for us. We had a nice short stay.

A very pleasant hotel, excellently located for those wanting to visit Grasse and the surrounding area. The staff on Reception were extremely polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately although the rooms were comfortable, they were a bit dusty.

Hotel staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Was able to leave my bike on my car overnight, zero problems (the front desk woman said in her 15 years of working at the hotel, they had never been robbed.) Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows (which is difficult in most of Europe, pillows usually suck). Very quiet and right across the street from a fun restaurant. Not as new as the other hotels, but I've stayed in this \"hotel row\" three times now over the years and this is the hotel I will return to from now on.

This hotel is a great location for a stop over, good restaurant for an evening meal with outside dinning as well as inside, great when travelling with a pet, good service and friendly staff. the only down side is I thought the breakfast was over priced.

The room was comfortable and, in comparison with other locations, seemed to have been recently refurbished. We were pleased to find that biscuits were provided, also a rubbish bin in the room itself, which is becoming a dying breed these days.

Used a black light to check the room. Seemed very clean. Only negative seemed to be the carpet was a bit tired and matted. Would prefer they did the whole room in a hard floor like the entrance way to bathroom. Wifi worked better than in most hotels for making voip calls. Check in was easy and clerk spoke english. However, he said breakfast was at 9, but when we showed up at 7 for checkout, breakfast was already being served. Breakfast was typical france hotel breakfast.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop en route to Northern Spain. The hotel was very easy to find being just off the autoroute and the staff greeted us very warmly. The room was modern if a little small but afforded a very comfortable stay given our late arrival and early departure.

Idéalement placé à la sortie de l’autoroute. J’ai passé une excellente nuit à l’hôtel Campanile de Riom. La chambre était parfaite : refaite à neuf récemment, propre, moderne et literie très confortable. J’ai également pris le petit déjeuner, qui était copieux et de bonne qualité, avec un large choix. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande vivement cet établissement !

pour étape de voyage nous avions réservé sur le site une chambre dans Campanile. Arrivés sur place à la date prévue, car des travaux inopinés fermaient l'hôtel, nous fûment logés dans l'hôtel Kyriad qui jouxtait l'établissement initial. Des travaux non signalés lors de notre réservation, les ouvriers ont commencé à 7h40. Chambre dans laquelle un coussin sentait le parfum d'un voyageur précédent, une literie très moyenne, une chambre peu insonirisée avec le bruit (vraissemblablement de la chaudière de l'hotel, toute la nuit), et aucune possibilité de changer de chambre.
Je passe environ 100 nuit par an dans des hotels, en France et en Europe, celui ci fait sans doute partie de mes pires expériences depuis 15 ans.

Quand je suis arrivé à 20h j’ai eu la surprise de découvrir que l’hôtel était fermé pour maintenance et personne ne m’a prévenu. C’est désagréable . J’ai donc été relogé à côté mais le restaurant était fermé donc très agréable aussi et la pizzeria était complète….
