Nice hotel in a super location, a few steps from the Navigli area. Breakfast was really good with a nice choice of foods. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

Good loction Right across the street from a tram stop that takes you directly to the main shopping area and cathederal. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and told me how to get around the town. I would definately stay again

Hotel in a good location next to Navigl canal area, 20 mins walk from Duomo. Clean and bright with a good breakfast selection and very helpful reception staff.
Slightly noisy as it is next to a McDonalds and tram stop, but the sound proofing is pretty effective. We enjoyed our stay there

The hotel was ok. But there was a particular male staff who was not nice and it appeared he was profiling. He wasn’t helpful atall and had a terrible attitude. This is particular to that staff because for the same issue another staff had a completely different approach and offered a seamless solution. I would not recommend this hotel because of this.

It’s difficult to get a good value hotel in Milan but this hotel is both reasonable and in a great location for exploring the city. Room was nice and well equipped although another power point near the bed would have been helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast manager was fab.

The hotel is conveniently placed nearby transport links eg. metro and tram links. The rooms are lovely and clean, we had a lovely view of the canals. The highlight of this hotel are the staff they are beyond helpful and friendly. They were really kind and made us feel really welcome.

Had to pay over $800 for one night because of last minute booking. Hotel provided one towel, no tissues. No English TV stations (like news). Air conditioning was shut off (only heat mode and fan) and HVAC fan did not turn on. Thermostat said the room was 25 degrees Celsius at 1AM. Bed comfort was okay for one night but would wear on one for multiple nights. Beware this hotel is right on the tram tracks (noise). Be prepared to carry your bags up several stairs to get to the elevator.

Great little place

Myself and my son stayed for 3 nights for the Italian GP. The hotel is a little outside of central Milan but we knew this beforehand. The hotel was clean and friendly. The staff on reception were very helpful and spoke English very well. Theres plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and the ones down by the canals are great.

Property is very clean, however single room is very small, 10 square meters. You feel yourself like in a train sleeping compartment.
Streaming TV is terrible, be Cayuse With-Fi system is always interrupted, and a screen became dark.
Each room need to have a description how to use digital key to operate TV/movies streaming. Mist programs are only on Italian language, at least Euronews must be not only in Italian. If hotel is booked via Expedia.com , TV must be in English too .

Nice staff. Especially the breakfast server was very attentive. They ask for your passports and won’t accept anything else as your ID, so we should have been informed of this earlier. We walked everywhere from this hotel location. Garage is off site but within walking distance. You give your key to the garage staff and just go back to pick up your car. Good for 24 hrs. Don’t exceed the time limit.

The best hotel for Rome, the Tram station is right in front of the hotel, which takes you to all the places nearby canal and hundreds of restaurants to choose from; front desk clerk MadhuMati was nice and friendly. Clean room and good quick breakfast. The hotel does not have onsite parking but there is a parking garage for 20 euro/night in walking distance.

Hotel Milano Navigli is located in the heart of Milano, and perfect for accessing all the major parts of the city. The Duomo is a short walk away, and the robust transit system means you can get anywhere you need to be efficiently. The Front Desk staff are friendly and attentive, and if you expect to be doing a lot of sightseeing or conference work, this is the place for you.

A major downside to the property is sound proofing, in particular the interior sound proofing. While the room was extremely quiet in the evenings, with only the occasional hum of a nearby tram, your experience may differ depending on the scheduling of staff or other guests. I was awoken nearly every morning to a din of cleaning staff going about their business, often starting at 6:00 and running until 14:00. While I do not fault the cleaning staff for doing their work, it was more than disruptive, and I found myself unable to get a good night's rest if I had a late night.

When we arrived there were clearly some surfaces that were not cleaned or dusted, but nothing seriously outstanding. A big plus was the care package in the bathroom, containing basically any toiletry you'd require. While we brought our own, it was extremely well stocked and worthy of note.

If you are okay with some noisiness within the hotel's interior, you'll be hard pressed to beat the sheer convenience of the hotel's location for a similar price, and I'd likely return in the future all things considered.

Spacious room, a nice hotel and a great location. It’s let down by being situated directly above a McDonalds with loud pumping music all hours of the night. However, ear plugs are provided by the hotel. Just be prepared for excessive noise and some questionable crowds hanging directly outside the hotel. The quality of the room and cleanliness however could not be faulted.

The hotel is currently completely surrounded by scaffolding and wrapped in a thin layer of fabric. It’s been ok to sleep for one night but I was glad I wasn’t staying longer. Friendly staff and great location. Lack of charm throughout the hotel. Felt way overpriced for what I got.

It’s location is beautiful - duomo is so near , tram no. 3 is by the doorstep and takes straight to duomo. There are lots of restaurants around. Is the tram free?! ( i didn’t see anybody pay)

Thermostat useless. In winter, if you want to lower the room temperature below 26C, you need to open the windows, which will expose you to the amazing amount of street noise (people, cars, etc.) I understand it’s Europe, but I can’t believe window basically functions as a thermostat. One of the staff members was very argumentative. The lobby area is unimpressive. It’s not a boutique hotel as described in the website. Just imagine a little bit higher end of a motel. The only good thing was it’s near the canal area where there are many restaurants and bars. I recommend you to look elsewhere.

Clean rooms, great amenities (slippers, dental kit, vanity set) provided in rooms for 2. I’ve stayed at 4 different Hotels the was rated over 4 in Expedia and in the same budget (under $150) that did not provide these extra amenities so well done. I guess my only issue is that I checked in super late, and I had a heavy suitcase and the front desk didn’t even offer to walk my suitcase up the landing set of stairs that lead to the elevator. I am a single female traveler and it was late. Would have been nice to offer. This def is a boutique hotel, no doormen or bellhop or anything like that. The layout in the rooms are great and if you are lucky you may score a little patio which is nice and for some reason not advertised when I booked the room. The area is a hip area for the younger locals (you will see groups walking around with open beers as at mini beer vendors will park along the canals)... some good options for international food in area (ie: sushi and Indian) and to get to the duomo, take the 3 train (will also take you up and down Porto ticinese).

Our stay was pleasant . When we checked in ,the person at the reception desk was less than helpful. Instead of being forthcoming with information about the area and transportation etc , he was unhelpful . Instead, we had approached a news vendor outside the hotel to purchase our train tickets and he was helpful by providing us with information on transport etc. There was no kettle in the room and we had to
request for one. We did not have issues on subsequent days with others at the front desk.

Some external noise but it’s right in the heart of the canal district and so what you would expect. Transport links by tram to the station and the centre of Milan are frequent and reliable. The centre is within walking distance and not long by tram.

Strategic location just next to tram that bring you to Duomo with 4 stops or by foot, even to Centrale station is easy too. I am sensitive to noise but the tram does not create problem at all. If you are worried earplugs are supplied. Hotel room is clean. If a kettle is supplied to boil water that would be perfect. Breakfast is good with juices pastries fruits and cakes. Front desk staffs like Edie Michael and Peter are all very friendly and provide information patiently for each question asked on location sim card and transportation.

The hotel is very clean, modern and in a great location. The room was spacious enough with the largest bathroom I've had in Italy. The free breakfast buffet had a great selection of items and was delicious. When I was checking out I asked the woman at the front desk where I could buy a ticket for the bus. She directed me to a store across the street, but when I got to there I realized I didn't have any more cash on me and they did not take cards. When I went back to the hotel I asked if there was an ATM nearby. The woman at the front desk then told me to wait one moment and then got her purse out and gave me €1.50 for the bus ticket. I'm so grateful for her generosity and for going above and beyond. It really helped make my trip wonderful.

Everything about this Hotel is perfect, location is central (10 min walk to the Duomo), lots of restaurants nearby and the staff recommended some others and they were really helpful.
We booked the deluxe triple room and it was clean and spacious and has a beautiful balcony.
The only thing i recommend fixing is the elevator which make noises and is too small.

I'm not very picky when I travel as I travel a lot for work and I'm barely in my hotel room. All I really care about is a clean room and a comfortable bed. This hotel failed at both things which was a bit disappointing. When I walked into my room it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette event though it was a non-smoking room. There was also a half empty bottle of beer on the desk that someone had taken from the mini bar which was also never thrown away during my entire stay even after the maids \"cleaned\" the room twice. There were used hotel soaps in the shower that were never cleared and in general the room just felt kind of grimy and not very thoroughly cleaned. Also, the bed was as hard as a rock so I didn't get very much sleep during my stay. Given that this hotel had over 4 stars and was not cheap I would not stay here again if given the option nor would I recommend to anyone.

Tram 3 outside front door takes you to Duomo square. Short walk on Via Dante and you are at milan visitor center where most bus tours depart. Staff is very helpful with questions and recommendations. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Special thanks to Pipo the night clerk for his service

Rooms are clean, staff is helpful, breakfast is great with a lovely attendant. Convenient and walkable to many sites of interest (don't forget to explore the canal area for beautiful evening vibes/menu). Because I am a light sleeper, the continual noise from the street below was an issue for me - there is a LOT of energy below, people partying, motorcycles revving, syrens- an energetic vibe all night! My adult children didn't mind this a bit. Best pizza on our Italian trip was across the street.

I had excellent experience at Milano Navigli. I chose it for its location and it turned out to be a great choise - close to both Navigli nightlife and restaurants and Ticinese district with its famous churches and shops. You can easly reach Duomo taking a train right next to the hotel (5 stops only) or 20 min walk. Recently refurbished, clean modern rooms, well protected from the street noise (not really sure if there's much though). Good breakfast and very friendly personnel. I would only change the pilots as these were too hard for me.

The unique artistic style of hotel is energetic and the buffet is outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised to see such a modern hotel right across the street from the Porta Ticinese arch monument and The Naviglio Grande; the oldest canal in Milan.

Bonus perk: You can catch the Tram right outside the door and take a 10 minute ride the Metro station at the world famous Piazza del Duomo.

Hotel needs airport round trip transportation option. Taxis are very expensive. The cost for the tiny room size was excessive. Hotel navigli was the perfcect fit for us. The hotel had everything we needed but luckily it wasnt overly priced. Breakfast was delicious. We always found our room clean and nice smelling with renewed amenities. The windows are huge, the view is nice and we even had a small balcony. The room temperature could be set very easily.

My favorite part was the location. Its 3 minutes to Navigli, a cute neighborhood for cafes and bars and also night life. Also the tram 3 for duomo leaves literally from the door step. A nice Italian restaurant, an American bakery and McDonalds are just some of the places you can find just outside th hotel. Also there is a park very nearby.
