I always enjoy my stay here at the B. It is my home away from home. Yuni and Madri at the restaurant take care of me very well. Yuni is my friend and when I was feeling blue, she always cheered me up. I stay for a long while when I am in Bali. I will always come back to the B.

This place has shown us huge amounts of customer service and really made our stay very welcoming. The Staff there is the friendliest people in the world I do recommend try the in hotel spa the service was way better than any other spa service in Kuta and Seminyak. Seriously will be back every year. I wish there was more great things I could say about this place I loved it!

The Building where the rooms are wasn’t anything special, the Room was ok, bed was pretty hard as said nothing special.
The breakfast was our bonus, with buffet everyday changing and Staff was always kind and helpful. At our last day, our room lost power after several unsuccessful tries to restore it we got moved into a different room. Staff were very apologetic about it. Overall it was a good getaway but probably wouldn’t return.

It was nice. We stayed out of convenience as this was close enough to the airport. Not much to do and very few sun beds that were all taken up which made our stay even more brief. All in all not a bad place and staff was very friendly.

Really nice motel for the price. The girlfriend and I had the time of our lives in Bali the time just went by like snapping of your fingers. The hotel staff and accommodations were great. Great place to spend your time in volley. The pool was a great amenity and shopping with the mall just down the street. Also chooodem Beach was literally a 30 minute walk with the girlfriend and I love to do. Super safe area and people were so accommodating, I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. I can overall a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Byou hotel in Bali. The staff was over-the-top, friendly and accommodating all the time the location was great. They had a mall just down the street and my girlfriend and I went to a movie which we typically don’t do we also liked the food in the restaurant and the continental breakfast that was included as well. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Bali a great experience!

El hotel está muy bien en términos generales. Algo alejado del área turística, sin embargo no representa un problema en mi caso, los taxis son económicos.
El cuarto es cómodo, de un tamaño intermedio. Sábanas y almohadas buenas, el baño bien.
El desayuno está adecuado mayoritariamente al gusto local, pero es variado y de buen sabor.
Capítulo aparte para el personal, de lo mejor que se pueda encontrar.

My concern here was every single night during our stay in this hotel, I heard the sounds of bed frame that was moved or arranged by the guest right above our room.

We stayed here for a quick and easy night before going to nusa penida. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, especially with our early check in. The pool was great to lounge by and the happy hour beers more then welcome. The mall next door was nice to pick up some quick items, and along a major road for transport to other spots. Loved the swinging egg chairs in the lobby while we waited on our grab. This hotel is part of the completely undesirable taxi mafia, so our grab driver got an earful when he picked us up.

Staffs are very friendly. They are very quick in responding to any feedback/complaint. During my stay, I had a medical emergency. The staffs were very quick to respond and transported me to the hospital’s emergency department. They did not charge anything and said the vehicle facility is for the guests’ needs. Very impressed with their professionalism and prompt action to help guests in need.

Conveniently located closed to the airport. A good value for the price if you need to stay a night. However, the staff was not helpful and didn't help us with the luggages or cared much about our stay (they didn't show us where the room was and we got lost as the property was a bit big).

This was my second stay at the hotel . On my return I like staying there because its close
to the airport. The is clean and staff efficient. I was especially stressed due to
I had lost my phone and everyone was so helpful. Staff member BimBimwas
exceptional in his assistance ,so important to know that you from home and you a able to
rely on the genuine kindness and caring of others it truly touched my heart.

I enjoyed my stay at B Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could speak English. There was a nice swimming pool. I found the design good. I just wish that they provided a premium wifi service because I needed it for my business use. And perhaps the entrance walkway could be better insulated as I was woken up a few times at night but other hotel guests walking, talking in the corridors as they were leaving.

The hotel is nice, the stuff is friendly, but the management is stupid. So, you can not call a Grab, becuase hotel prohibits. If you go for a breakfast, it may not be billed to the room, so they need you to pay it right now, right now, right now... Some other things like that, which made me bored.

The hotel was ok. The room was decent sized but bathroom was very tiny. The floor boards were loose. The air conditioning was not good enough, it took ages to cool down. The bar fridge wasn’t operating at right temperature. If we put in cold drinks in it they would become warm. Told the staff about the problem but they said this is how it is. The food was terrible. My wife became sick two times in 5 days. We had gotten a deal a saying that we would receive a 15% discount on food and beverages but everytime we asked for the discount they said oh this is a promotion we can’t give you discount. Every single time.

Amazing staff: super friendly and helpful .
The hotel has nice facilities, especially the pool area and restaurant; the WiFi signal in general is pretty good.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The restaurant is very good with great food and amazing breakfast.
The gym is pretty small, so you can definitely do cardio, but don’t expect to go full weight or HIIT workout.
It’s very close to the main Kuta street where all the restaurants, bars and big stores are located. Since we’ve rented a car, with traffic it was about a 15 min drive. I think with a scooter it will be way faster :)
Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to stay for a good price.

Fine for one night on a business trip

The hotel itself is great. Staff were very friendly. The meals we had there were good. The only downside to it was the location. The street out on front was under construction. So you had to cross the street to walk on a sidewalk and the sidewalk exited in some spots and not in others and had big, deep holes that you could fall in to if you weren't paying attention. I was just in Bali for a night coming and going to Timor so it was fine for a night. If I was going to Bali on vacation (which I probably wouldn't because of the traffic) I'd definitely stay someplace on the beach.

The hotel is in Denpasar with good amenities--pool, restaurant, bar, and spa. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out.
Every interaction I had with staff was wonderful. However, it is not within walking distance of anything--although taxis are cheap in Denpasar and this didn't pose a problem.

As 2 single girls travelling, each had a room but one was clearly better than the other. The main bedroom had all the wow factor, while the second could have done with a few of the touches that the main room had. Such as a large mirror, more hanging space for clothes, a suitcase rack etc. The door didn't lock either. However the bed was comfortable and it was air conditioned. I was very happy with the powerful shower also. The location is right in the middle of the island, so it is a little way from the beach. We rented some bikes, but used the horse and carts in the evening as the way was not lit enough to use the bikes.

Me and my wife here stayed for a week. 3 items I want to highlight based on my experience.

1. My wife had bed bug bites. We suspect it was the chair in our room as I didn’t get one and we stay in the same bed. She stays in the hotel on a day to day basis while I go for my work. I was in Bali for a business trip.

2. I hope they work on variety in their breakfast. I like my bread toast in the morning and everyday is always strawberry and another yellow jam which I forgot what it is. I missed peanut butter.

3. It would be nice if they allow Grab or Uber cars to enter and allow to pickup guest. This is to encourage guest to use their hotel car service. Where is the liberty for customers to choose?

The staff in this hotel could not be more helpful. They really are stars. The restaurant serves good quality food at a reasonable price and the breakfast buffet offers a really wide range of foods both eastern to western cuisine. Facilities are great and the only downside is that the bathroom was very small and the hotel needs to buy new towels.
